The host was excellent and the staff were great.

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had air conditioning, a Nespresso machine and lovely furnishings. Biagio is an excellent host, very informative and super friendly. His recommendations were spot on and the property is in a great location.

There is no elevator in the building. If you book breakfast, you have to walk 450 m to another location where the selection is very limited (one coffee per person and only a choice of croissants; fruit juice is an additional charge).

Absolutely loved my stay at 3B Bed & Breakfast! The design of the room is gorgeous and the location is great too. I liked that it was a little further away from the chaotic centre but only a short walk to get there. The area was safe with some lovely restaurants nearby. Biagio and housekeeping were lovely too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence!

Host Biagio's attention to detail regarding the facilities and his anticipation of my needs as a solo woman traveller was excellent. He is a kind and thoughtful guy, and everything you'd want in a host. The location on Via San Gallo is within ideal walking distance of the hectic centre of Florence, but far enough to still have great cafés and quiet evenings. This accommodation (and the bed) will be the benchmark by which I judge all my stays in the EU.

3B is a great place to stay in Florence. It's close enough to the downtown area but not so close you get a lot of noise or foot traffic. There are a lot of good food nearby as well. Additionally, it's close to a few tram stops so it's easy to get to. The room and area are very clean and tidy! It genuinely felt like a stay at home. The bed was nice and firm enough and there was actually quite a bit of room. The AC was working and the bathroom clean. Biagio was super friendly and welcoming and was very kind.

A very nice host, very nice! He helped with recommendations about the city and helped carry our luggage. The room was beautiful and clean and the location was also great in the city centre. One little issue for me was the noise level (from neighbors and also from the street). But I would gladly go there again!

The host (Biagio) is great, and he gave us a lot of relevant tips about the city! The room is spacious and bright! I recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay there again!

All was fine.

Very good communication with Biagio, as well as before arrival as during our stay. Breakfast is included but is in a café down the road. There is no buffet, but two pastries to choose (which were really good) & one hot beverage. The room had a lovely decoration, kettle and coffee maker. We only stayed one night and enjoyed it very much. The road is a bit off the centre, not as quiet as I thought.

Stayed here recently for 3 nights and this is how a B&B should be run. Biagio was the perfect host and the property itself was wonderful. Great location in a quiet area away from the city centre but still within a short walking distance from major attractions and railway station. Biagio gave us some great recommendations for places to eat. Tito's was a highlight and the Florentine steak was fantastic. Badiani gelati and in particular, the bontilenti flavour was sensational. 10 out of 10 for our stay... would definitely return again.

Well located, clean, nice host.

Biagio is a fantastic host, very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, stylish, and cool (the air conditioner was important because the temperature was 39+ degrees outside). We could tell how much thought, love, and care Biagio had taken in styling the property. It was conveniently located for Florence's major sights. The breakfast (at the Nab bar/cafe about 500 meters away) was very basic - literally just croissants and a hot drink - but again with very friendly staff. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely use Biagio's place again if we visit this beautiful city again. Ciao!

We enjoyed staying in the 3B Bed & Breakfast. Good location, short walk from everything we needed to go. Biagio was very helpful, recommended restaurants, booked a taxi, and was always smiling and friendly when we saw him. The only negative was that I thought breakfast was included but there was no sign of it. To be fair, we didn’t ask as we were usually trying to get somewhere so it wasn’t a big deal.

First trip to Italy, I didn't want to be in a traditional big stuffy hotel. This was perfect. It is quiet, accessible to walking to touristy parts of Florence and the host is awesome. I skipped the breakfast because I intentionally wanted to try different small places in the morning, so I was glad it was an optional part of the price. Will stay here again when revisiting Florence.

We have stayed at the 3B Bed & Breakfast in 2021 and 2022 and enjoyed our stay both times. The decor is bright and modern with plenty of room. The location is great if you need to park a car in Florence as there is a parking garage at Piazza Libeta which is a 6-minute walk. It is also far enough from the crowds but close enough to walk to all the major sites. There is a great trattoria a few doors down (Antica Trattoria da Tito) and also a wonderful cafe (Cafe Goretti) for a morning coffee and croissant. Biago is a wonderful and communicative host. You can't beat the price for the quality.

If I could give Biagio a score of 12 I would! He greeted us with a warm smile and friendliness. He immediately gave us tips for the city, where to go, how to go and where to eat of course :) Every tip was spot-on! Next time I'm in Florence I will definitely stay there again, and if that is not available I will just come to say hi to Biagio!

Biagio is the perfect host. He was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and helping us with advice on different places to visit. The B&B is spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. It’s close to the city centre and to the train station. We had a great time and will definitely stay again next time we’re in Florence.

The breakfast isn't in the B&B. It is in a café a couple of 100 meters down the street. It is okay. We would absolutely recommend staying at Biagio's B&B.

Awesome place: clean, cozy, pretty, well located. The breakfast is quite complete. You have several options: coffee, fruit, eggs, bacon, etc. Biagio, the host, is very kind, attentive, helpful with tips (restaurants, etc.) we loved this place and would stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay at 3B: the room was beautiful and very clean. The check-in and check-out were super easy. The host, Biaggio, was professional and responsive. I would stay in the same location again when I return to Florence. 10 minutes walk to Galleria dell'Academia and about 15 to Duomo. I also just walked to the hotel from the train station.

Wonderful place. Five spacious rooms in the loft of an old unused palace. Gorgeous gardens, great service, delicious breakfast, fantastic views! Not the easiest place to get to (two flights of stairs) but it is worth it. Easy walk to the city center.

Nice small B&B to the north of the main center of Florence, about a 20-minute walk. The host was very helpful and friendly with lots of useful advice on places to go and eat. The rooms were basic but very clean with nice big bathrooms. The only downside I would give is that it is an old building without double glazing, and the noise from the street outside was quite loud very early in the morning from about 6 onwards with deliveries and rubbish collection, etc. A shame as it did spoil it for me. If you want breakfast, it is available at a cost of €8 in the hotel across the road, which was good value as there was quite a good selection.

This is a very nice place. Biagio is the most helpful host, he will give you excellent suggestions of what to see in Florence and also where to go to have lunch and dinner. The location is very good, just a short 10-minute walk to the Duomo. The room was brand new, it more or less felt that we were the first one staying there, extremely clean and very nicely decorated, Good job Biagio. It is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, but Biago helped us with the bags so it was not a problem at all. It is also very centrally located so if you are a light sleeper you might want to use ear plugs since it can be a little bit noisy when some shop owners open up very early. I really recommend this place, and we will be back! Jerry & Sarolta.

Biagio is one amazing host, I simply loved his B&B and his hospitality. The rooms are spacious, neat, and clean, with a contemporary design, all equipment (AC, TV) in the best working condition, ample light and fresh air too. The bed was comfortable and the shower was refreshing, which is a must for all travelers. The location of the B&B is also very good, you can walk to the city in 10-15 minutes, it's safe as the police station is right across the street. The breakfast was simple, just coffee and croissant. The only difficulty could be finding the building as there is no big banner or hoarding, but even if you get closer, give a call to Biagio and he will help you out, he came to receive us and helped with baggage too. My only feedback would be if he could provide a mirror somewhere in the living area, that would be great, as we were a family with kids and due to one mirror which is only in the bathroom, sometimes we were taking a lot of time to get ready, this is especially a problem when you have kids as they also take a lot of time to get ready. But excellent stay, don't think too much and book it.

Recently renovated and very well maintained. Very warm welcome. Very clean. Very comfortable bedding. Modern, bright and luminous. Overlooks the street but no noise due to very good window insulation. Photos are completely accurate. Easily accessible from the train station or the airport. Tram T2 stop Cavour. Quiet neighborhood a bit away from the very touristy hypercenter but everything is within walking distance. Close to San Marco and the Galleria dell'Accademia. Two floors easy to climb.

Unfortunately, breakfast is not on site and we would have liked more choices (fruit, bread...).

I stayed at the 3B Bed & Breakfast for a week and I have nothing negative to say. I can only use one word to describe it: perfect. Excellent welcome from Biagio, who will recommend you great restaurants and despite the lack of an elevator, he will help you carry your luggage to your room. If you don't go for the additional breakfast, you will find a bakery in front of the establishment. The room is very clean and spacious with a well-equipped bathroom.

This B&B is very well located. The welcome by Bilagio is very warm. He knows his city well and is very generous with advice and suggestions for discoveries. The rooms are very clean and the service is impeccable. I would have liked to find a small stand in the room to deposit and facilitate the use of luggage, instead of placing them on the floor. The storage provided is not very suitable for a stay of a few nights. The bathroom is super clean and functional. I would have also liked to find a small refrigerator in the room. Overall, I highly recommend this B&B.

The owner is extremely friendly, always approachable and reachable, and personally takes care of all the service including cleaning. The rooms are bright, very clean, and modernly furnished, including a coffee machine, water, and refrigerator plus a television. The air conditioning is brand new and adjustable very finely. The bathroom is also large and bright as well as freshly renovated. The value for money is also very good. You are in the historical center in 5-6 minutes. The neighborhood has many very good restaurants/trattorias. A similarly modern underground garage for 15.00€/day is reachable in 3 minutes. We can recommend the B&B 100% all around and will gladly come back!

While looking for a place to escape in Florence, we found 3B Bed & Breakfast. Without a doubt the best! Location near the Duomo. Spacious room, tasteful and comfortable. Just like in the photo. The place has been good, it has a good location. The host has been the kindest, always helpful and giving tips, advice... in a good mood. In the mornings it is a bit noisy for being next to a medium-high traffic street, nothing serious. Without a doubt we would stay here again.

The perfect B&B. Spacious, clean, and beautiful. Well located. The lovely owner. He gave us very useful and practical information.

Correct, restored and functional and modern furniture. Very clean. Second floor without elevator but Biagio took care of the luggage. Very attentive and helpful man, warm welcome. Tourist explanations and collaboration in printing tickets. Breakfast in nearby pastry bar, coffee and a pastry, just right. Distance to places of interest 10', quiet area to sleep. Only drawback with the street number that there are two the same, it is the second one about 100 from the first, it is clear that the numbers of the doorways are somewhat disordered. Otherwise a more than recommendable place for what it is.

The property is located a few steps from the center of Florence. The owner is excellent, helpful and extremely courteous.

What can I say, I give 10, actually 11 for the cleanliness and courtesy of the owner. We really lacked nothing. Room tastefully furnished and clean! 5 minutes walk from the center. Nice because away from the noise. I highly recommend it and when I return to Florence, I know where I will stay ❤️.

The manager Biagio is very nice, he gave us great advice on where to eat and on gems to visit in our free time.

New room in an old building, clean and quite spacious. Close to the Accademia Gallery. Central area and well served. Cozy bathroom with a shower box. Good air conditioner. There were a coffee machine, kettle, and a bottle of fresh water. Room without balcony but with a window. No elevator, on the second floor (the manager went out of his way to help us with the luggage). The manager is more than kind, sociable, generous with advice and helpful. Perhaps a bit expensive, but I believe that in Florence these are the average prices, so it's understandable.

Delightful, welcoming and hospitable B&B. Well-kept and bright room, immaculate sheets, with impeccable ironing. Cleaning 10 because I can't give more! Maintenance and cleaning are meticulous, the facilities have quality and branded sanitary ware and fittings (shower included). Biagio's passion for his own work is evident at first sight and how much he cares that guests return home with a beautiful memory of their stay in the B&B in Florence. The 3B Bed & Breakfast exceeded my expectations! My partner and I chose this delightful Bed & Breakfast for a 4-day countryside trip in the Tuscan capital. Biagio welcomed us with kindness and courtesy, showing charisma and energy from the first encounter. The room is exactly as in the pictures: I appreciated the touches of color and decorations that made the space 'cozy' and cheerful; the large windows allow light to pass through, avoiding the room from appearing gloomy. I liked the numerous outlets scattered around the room as well as the various surfaces and the wardrobe with hangers to store my personal belongings. The rooms are extremely clean, and room tidying is also provided in the morning. We were also provided with a map overlayable to Google Maps with points of interest such as museums, churches, restaurants, or ice cream shops. With the key, we could enter and exit with total autonomy. Sleeping was not difficult: the neighborhood around Via San Gallo is very quiet, and the location of the Bed & Breakfast offers a wide choice of bars for breakfast. Getting to the city center is easy: in about 15 minutes you can reach the Cathedral and from there Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi. I highly recommend exploring the city on foot, and maybe stopping at the Central Market for a bite for lunch. It was a truly special stay, at a really convenient price - I don't think I would consider another Bed & Breakfast to stay in Florence. Biagio was really welcoming, with great pleasure we exchanged a few words with him in the mornings before visiting the city.

I had a great time, Biagio is truly a kind person, excellent value for money. The structure was located 10 minutes from the Duomo. Excellent cleanliness of the structure and radiators always on.

The room is comfortable, clean, well-organized with attention to detail and a unique choice of furniture. Biagio, the manager, is very courteous and helpful, he provided us with useful directions for dining in some local restaurants and offered us the possibility to leave our luggage in storage the next morning, so we could explore the city freely. We recommend it.

Great everything!

I traveled alone for a competition. Located on the second floor of an ancient building, 15 minutes walk from the Basilica, in a quiet area far from the chaos. The rooms are all renovated. Mine was clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished. There were a minibar, a kettle, tea bags, toiletry set, and everything needed to spend your stay in the city. Daily cleaning. Thanks to the owner, Biagio, for his welcome and availability. He satisfied me in everything! I highly recommend this property for both leisure and business trips or for a competition, as in my case. Rating 10!

The place where it is located is easily accessible and convenient to move easily in the oldest areas of the wonderful Florence. We stayed for two nights and we had a wonderful time, the owner (Biagio) is a qualified and good person. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at 3B Bed & Breakfast for three nights and we can't help but recommend it without a shadow of a doubt. Upon arrival, Biagio welcomed us with charisma and kindness that distinguish him and make him a perfect host. The building doesn't have stairs, being ancient, but he offered to help us with the luggage, making everything much simpler! The interior of 3B Bed & Breakfast is pleasantly modern, carefully curated in every detail; the rooms are tastefully furnished and clean (with daily cleaning between 10 am and 12 pm), the location is truly strategic as it allows you to reach several bus stops on foot (if needed) and the numerous attractions of the beautiful city of Florence. What can I say, a fantastic experience! I can only recommend 3B Bed & Breakfast, thanking Biagio for his extreme availability (also in accepting to keep our luggage given the train schedule in the late afternoon) and I hope to return soon to enjoy another pleasant stay in total comfort!

What can I say, there would be only one suitable word FANTASTIC! I took a leap into the unknown in my uncertainty to leave, I found the 3B Bed & Breakfast as a suggestion on Google Maps, I open the main website and I am amazed by the beauty of the rooms, I book my stay from 4th to 8th of October. Coming out of Firenze Campo Marte station it takes 20 minutes of walking to reach the Bed & Breakfast, having arrived much earlier than the scheduled time, I waited for my check-in time to approach. Biagio welcomed me impeccably, very kind and very helpful (always lending a hand even in carrying luggage) the Bed & Breakfast is on the second floor and the stairs are not heavy, at my check-in he provides me with a map indicating places to eat that are not tourist traps at exorbitant prices! (Ps: I tried them all except 1 recommended place, spending little and eating well!). Naturally, he hands you the keys to the front door, main door, and room door, even though in the end only one is used, because both on the front door and the entrance door there is a magnificent keypad with a code that is naturally provided during check-in, (He cleans the keys with alcohol disinfectant before handing them to us customers). Breakfast is in agreement with a Bar always on the street 5/10 minutes away (depending on the pace) very special and very good with a varied choice of products especially special Bio coffees. From the center, the Bed & Breakfast is a 15/20 minute walk, maybe even less, continuing down the street where it is located you get everywhere in no time. The cleanliness of the room is impeccable, always tidy and very clean, change of towels is very regular, in the room there is also a very convenient kettle with a small supply of soluble coffee, chamomile, and tea, and a small minibar to keep your things cool. In the evening, feeling cold, I looked for and found a wool blanket to put on the bed to keep warm, the next day they had the foresight to put it under the covers, things not all places do. In the bathroom, they provide you with everything, from travel shampoo that also works as a shower gel, makeup pads, and a very convenient travel hairdryer which is very handy for those who like me do not bring their own. The property is located in the Piazza della Libertà area, within the ZTL. If you arrive by car, you can park at the Parterre parking lot (15€/day) and reach it in 10 minutes on foot. If you arrive by train, it's about 15 minutes from the station. The location is really very convenient, close to the center but in a quiet area away from the noise. You will be 5 minutes from the San Lorenzo market and no more than 15 minutes from Piazza della Repubblica. Don't be fooled by the ancient facade of the building (dating back to 1500 and has been renovated in the last 10 years) because inside, Biagio has done an impeccable job to bring it to a very high level of design and cleanliness. The rooms are just as you see them in the photos, no surprises. The added value is undoubtedly Biagio. He has a unique knowledge of the city, he will advise you on everything, the trendiest places for an aperitif, the best restaurants, taverns, or sandwich shops, what to visit and where to park. In short, trust him and you won't regret it. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night but we will definitely be back.

Truly excellent! The rooms are all new, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort for a pleasant stay: from air conditioning to TV with chromecast, a small fridge, kettle and coffee machine. The manager is really very kind, helpful, friendly and attentive to every detail in the room, which is arranged every day and returned to the original state that perfectly matches what is seen in the photos. Tea bags, sugar and coffee pods are replenished every time one runs out. Convenient location for the main sites of interest in the city, it allows you to go back 'home' to rest between one visit and another. Breakfast includes a drink (hot or cold) and 2 pieces each (sweet or savory); even here nothing to say: everything I tasted was good and above all it fills you up (and you can face the morning calmly without being hungry). In short, it is an excellent value for money.

We had the most economical room and it was exactly as in the website photo, well-kept, clean, and of adequate size. The bathroom is a bit small but functional with all the necessary bath products, new towels. In the room there is a kettle with tea, coffee, and chamomile. The manager is super friendly and available to provide advice of all kinds. The Simbiosi restaurant he recommended, not too far from the 3B Bed & Breakfast, we liked it so much that we went back twice. On the day of check-out, we were able to leave our luggage in storage for free, and the owner even left us the room keys, unlike other b&b managers in Florence that we heard from friends charge for luggage storage. However, it must be said that to reach the historic center of Florence, you need to take a nice walk, about 15/20 minutes. I definitely recommend this 3B Bed & Breakfast to anyone looking to have a pleasant holiday in Florence.

Perfectly clean and comfortable accommodation in every detail. Located in the center, a 20-minute walk from every artistic site, it offers excellent accommodation at a reasonable price. Much of the rating is due to Biagio, the manager, who from the beginning was extremely kind and helpful, also advising us on excellent places to have dinner or an aperitif. The rooms were very clean and very spacious, perfect for a couple traveling.

Beautiful and very clean property, also thanks to a fantastic host, Biagio; he proved to be very attentive to our needs and available for everything. Room tidied up every day, clean and fridge filled with water. Towels and shower products replenished daily. Excellent advice on where to eat, and what to see. I have given the highest score because the structure deserves it. The B&B is very central, in 10 minutes on foot you can reach the cathedral. Excellent cleanliness and excellent welcome from the host Biagio. I recommend following his food and wine recommendations. Maximum courtesy also in storing luggage on the day of departure. I found no faults in the structure. I recommend it and if I were to return to Florence I will definitely come back.

We stayed 4 nights at this 3B Bed & Breakfast and we had a great time. It is within walking distance from the station and is located about 15 minutes from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The structure is well-kept, tidy, and well managed by the owner who is always available.

The B&B was a very pleasant discovery. It is located in a convenient area to reach the most interesting areas. The bright room with private bathroom was perfectly tidy and clean, the previous guests had broken the shower rod, and Biagio, the owner, had already taken action to replace it upon our arrival. Pleasant to have a kettle to prepare tea and coffee. Highly recommended!

This Bed & Breakfast has managed to give something more to Florence. The photos you see published are all real, this little paradise is just as you see it. Welcoming, well-kept, all splendid, as soon as we left the room breakfast was a beautiful moment! One thing in particular stays with you besides the overnight stay, the fact of being welcomed with a smile. In many tourist places, it can happen that the tourist is a 'sitting duck', here instead I can say with certainty that the price paid is worth the service. Upon our return, on my partner's birthday evening, we found a little thought to celebrate with a greeting card that is still kept in the Florence guide as a little memory of this great experience. I recommend booking! Happy Florentine holidays to all.

Among the Bed and Breakfasts I have stayed at in Italy, this one stands out for its exceptional quality-price ratio, as well as for its truly international style and interior design, of excellent taste, all taken care of down to the smallest details (there is also a kettle with a beautiful set of coffee and tea cups).
