Thank you so much for having us! We were difficult to contact because we only rely on WIFI during the holiday, fortunately Giorgio was kind enough to wait for us and keep our booking. What I love the most about the B&B are the fresh smell of the apartment, the cleanliness, comfortable bed and good cappuccino every morning!

Good value for money. There was a small problem with the booking, a payment in April and another one was charged at the beginning of August, but the issue was resolved. Spacious and clean room and bathroom. However, there were sewer issues in the bathroom. Friendly staff. Average quality breakfast.

Very good welcome on our arrival. The room was very clean! Careful decoration very much appreciated. Only downside: the constant noise due to traffic. The establishment being close to a main road.

Convenient for those arriving by public transport Flixbus, but not at the Santa Costanza stop. Because it is a 15-minute walk to the property, even though the property is located behind the train station. Quiet area connected by tram with two stops to the main entrance of the S.M. Novella station.

Comfortable near the train station and downtown. Recently renovated. Spacious room with bathroom. Breakfast provided with sweet and savory options and any drink. Highly recommended.

Fantastic stay, beautiful rooms, well-organized bathrooms.\n\nExcellent and plentiful breakfast, with a wide choice between sweet and savory. The tram passing by the house takes you to the city center in five minutes.\n\nLast but not least, the kindness of the manager Giorgio, always available and truly skilled!\nWe have already decided that if we return to Florence, we will not change our choice! Giorgio is a truly sunny person, available for any clarification. He takes great care of his structure and makes you feel comfortable like at home. The room is small, but essential and above all clean and fragrant. I stayed 1 night with my 14-year-old son and we highly recommend it.
