We had a great time at the studio. Super well located near Ponte Vecchio. All the accommodations. We could even leave our luggage a couple of hours after check out to visit Florence a bit more.

Great place to stay in easy reach of the best sites to visit in Florence. Barbara is very welcoming and helpful with advice on where to visit and the more unusual things to do away from the crowds if you prefer. We'll certainly book again in the not too distant future.

A lovely spacious self-catering apartment right in the heart of Florence. Located in a reasonably quiet area (quiet as far as any city center location can be), it can't be more than 100 meters from the south side of the Ponte Vecchio, and about the same distance from the Pitti Palace. Barbara is helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. She took pity on my poor Italian and spoke English, told us all about the facilities as well as showing us the nearest shops and recommended places to eat. We would not hesitate to go back!

This studio is the perfect place to spend your holidays in Florence! It is situated in the heart of the city in a quiet street. Everything was very clean, and you can find all the things you need for living (including a washing machine, an iron, dishes, and so on). You can also find good restaurants near the studio. We had a great time in this lovely little studio, very recommended for a couple, very clean, tasteful furniture and equipped with everything from coffee to shower gel. Two minutes from Ponte Vecchio in a quiet street, nice and trendy bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The owner is especially nice, kind and very caring.

Very pleasant place in a very ancient house on the other side of the Arno but close to everything! No need to buy the transport pass. Everything you need is in the apartment and Barbara does her best to welcome you and advise you as best as possible.

I highly recommend this charming, well-furnished and clean apartment, in the very center of the city, just a few steps from the Palazzo Vecchio. You can cook here and the supermarkets are nearby. The owner is very kind and available to provide information about Florence.

Delightful apartment, tastefully furnished. Very central location, just a stone's throw from all the attractions of Florence. Great for those without their own means of transport and who do not want to use public ones. Complete with all the necessary accessories, great for 4 adults. Owners' availability and courtesy. Highly recommended!

Strategic location! Right in the historical center, so you can easily walk around the entire historic center of Florence! Quiet and well-served area, within a few meters you can find everything, from supermarket, to post office, to ice cream shops, to clothing stores, and to many delightful local places. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a more or less long stay and the owners, Mrs. Barbara and her husband, are always kind, caring, and helpful. Recommended structure.

Excellent solution for visiting Florence, two minutes from the Ponte Vecchio Apartments and therefore close to all points of interest. Many nearby restaurants of good quality. The apartment I rented is a fairly large studio, well furnished, with a lot of atmosphere and equipped with all comforts. I have never found apartments where nothing was missing, even small accessories like the corkscrew, the hairdryer, and various seasonings, in addition to the normal appliances. The only downside is the lack of a bidet, but the shower is quite spacious. The price is certainly excellent even for the quality of the offer. I advise against going by car, as unfortunately I had to do, as the traffic, regardless of the fact that the area is a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), which can be solved by going to a garage, in the historic center of Florence is really difficult, with very narrow streets, one-way streets, pedestrian areas, and an absolute lack of parking, all combined with not exactly optimal signage. If possible, much better to take the train.

We had a great time on Valentine's Day. Very elegant and fragrant place, very clean and nice. The manager of the property was friendly and efficient, but above all helpful. I recommend it to anyone looking to spend a few days relaxing in Florence. A key feature is that it is just a stone's throw from Piazza Pitti and Ponte Vecchio.

The B&B is located in a very central position, a stone's throw from the city's main attractions and in the heart of the beautiful Oltrarno area: we had the opportunity to explore a lesser-known and more authentic Florence, made of narrow alleys and medieval houses. As for the accommodation, the studio is very charming, made even more fascinating by the renovation of some thirteenth-century parts. The only downside is the breakfast, it could be more abundant. The owners were extremely helpful and very friendly! Highly recommended for a romantic weekend!

We stayed 3 nights in the studio, super satisfied! Excellent value for money, the location is a stone's throw from Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. If I have to make a criticism, I can suggest adding a slightly larger dining table, but otherwise it's really great. Equipped with a hob, wifi, washing machine, even a hairdryer. The owner is very kind and always available, next time I come to Florence, I already know where to go!

I recommend this apartment to everyone who intends to visit the heart of Florence. The apartment is located in an ancient building, but it has been tastefully renovated and is very well equipped. The Wi-Fi is greatly appreciated, and the owner is kind and helpful. The location is convenient for visiting Florence on foot. There are trattorias and grocery stores nearby. Perhaps the kitchen could be improved a bit, but overall it is an excellent B&B, definitely to recommend.

Excellent starting point for the main places of interest. Well equipped. In summer, the air conditioning is particularly appreciated, given the Egyptian temperatures. Excellent cleanliness and price. I am very happy. But above all, I must say thank you for the kindness and availability of the owner. This is something that goes beyond cold statistics and really makes a difference.

In a very central and quiet location, just a few steps from the Ponte Vecchio. Ideal for reaching all the main points of interest in the city on foot in just a few minutes. The studio is clean and welcoming, among the least expensive I have found. Barbara was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.
