Pier is kind, helpful, attentive, and caring. An unbeatable attention. The Affittacamere Pierilù is quiet, clean, without great luxuries but with everything one needs to feel at home.

Fantastic overnight stay, super friendly, helpful and welcoming manager. Excellent location, inside the walls. Room equipped with all the comforts, including a welcome bottle and tea/coffee set. Delicious breakfast with a super tasty cappuccino. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant and well-maintained structure, large rooms with all the comforts, including a kettle and a coffee machine with pods. Despite being in the city center, the structure is very quiet. The host is friendly, attentive, and never fails to provide anything to the guests. Definitely an excellent reference point for the next trip to Grosseto.

Excellent location for visiting the city, very close parking, comfortable, clean, well-furnished room. The manager was kind, informed, gave us useful advice on how to move around during the visits, on the cuisine and traditional foods, and where to find them. We thank him for everything, and we recommend it. Maria Rosa and Marco (from Udine).

Strategic location (100 meters from Piazza Dante and the walk on the ramparts), convenient parking in Via Ximenes just 3 minutes away on foot. Pier Vittorio excellent host, very attentive in giving advice on what to see and eat, and very available in preparing breakfast for us at dawn. If you pass through Grosseto, you won't find accommodations with the same unbeatable quality-price ratio.
