Our B&B is at Monticchiello district of Pienza art city in an area known for its spa waters and facilities (Terme di Montepulciano, Terme di Chianciano, Terme di Bagno Vignoni), in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a quiet, panoramic setting. "Affittacamere Maria Gabriella" is a prestigious dwelling to conjure up the thrill of the past, elegant design with attention to detail, a residence with unique, original style, a building of the past brought into the present with unique touches guaranteeing top comfort.

The breakfast included in the price during the autumn and winter is served in our lounge while during the spring and summer in our garden table. Breakfast includes Cakes and homemade biscuits Jams Honey and Yogurt Scrambled Eggs and Bacon juices Coffee tea and cappuccino The desserts offered are prepared by Maria Simonetta and all local produce. On request with a little extra on the price we can also offer breakfast traditional Tuscany: Cold Cuts Pecorino Cheese bruschetta Fried egg

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, malgré une météo médiocre. Monticchiello est un petit village plein de charme, idéalement situé pour visiter le Val d'Orcia (et notamment Pienza toute proche). La chambre était très agréable et bien décorée. Guido et sa tante se sont montrés très attentionnés et nous ont merveilleusement bien accueillis.

Beautiful structure with a view directly on the countryside. Clean, spacious and well-organized room. Guido and his aunt welcomed us very well showing themselves immediately available. Guido not only recommended the itinerary with the various places to visit but also restaurants and wineries! Highly recommended!

Top! Guido and Maria Gabriella are very friendly and welcoming! The accommodation is nice in the center of the village, the view over the fields of Tuscany is very beautiful. The breakfast is delicious with homemade sweets, Tuscan hams and cheeses. The owners are very helpful for anything (advice on what to visit around, restaurants...). We had a great time, highly recommended.

The structure is wonderful, well-kept in every area, even in the common spaces. Our room was splendid and spacious. Impeccable cleanliness and great attention to detail. Very well-kept garden with a splendid view over the valley and Pienza. The managers, very kind and with a great knowledge of the area, gave us very useful advice on what to visit in the surroundings.

With guilty delay, I write this review but still with the magical place that hosted us for a weekend in my eyes and heart. Affittacamere Maria Gabriella is a magical place, immersed in nature (the sunset over the valley was one of the most beautiful I have ever seen) and a few km from all the beauty to see in Val D'Orcia; Guido and Simonetta are two perfect hosts, present with excellent advice and never intrusive. We hope to come back to enjoy even more the beautiful garden of the b&b, thank you very much for this wonderful holiday.

Top structure, very well-kept, impeccable cleanliness, stunning panoramic view. We were greeted with a smile by the owner Guido, a very kind and attentive young man, he was always ready to help with anything we needed, and then the excellent abundant breakfasts with homemade cakes by the aunt, truly delicious. Impossible to find negative aspects. Highly recommended, we can't wait to go back.

Great bed and breakfast run by aunt and nephew and after a while they become your aunt and cousin. Strategic point to visit the Val d'Orcia, to admire beautiful sunsets over Pienza and have several restaurants 150 meters away from the property which, with all the wines circulating in Val d'Orcia, is not trivial. Very satisfied.

Accogliente BB, camere spaziose e ben curate, ottima pulizia, ambienti tipici toscani, gestori gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni esigenza, ottima colazione in giardino. Vicino al paese e ai centri di maggior interesse. Una bella e tranquilla vacanza!

Bella struttura e ottima posizione, con un giardino dal quale si assiste a un tramonto spettacolare con vista su Pienza. La cittadina rimane un po' distante, ma il borgo di Monticchiello è un gioiellino che merita di essere visitato. Gestori cordiali e simpatici, sempre disponibili nel fornire informazioni su eventi e ristoranti della zona. Decisamente consigliato.

Il proprietario è davvero accogliente, disponibile e dà ottimi consigli su luoghi da visitare e su cibo da provare. Struttura pulitissima e con un giardino dove rilassarsi e godere della vista mozzafiato. Il tramonto è il momento più spettacolare.

Struttura in una posizione invidiabile, con giardino annesso, da cui poter ammirare il tramonto sulle colline della Val d'Orcia e si trova a pochi metri dal fantastico centro storico del borgo di Monticchiello. Fare una colazione in relax all'aperto un vero piacere. Guido e sua madre sono padroni della struttura premurosi e sanno far trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno agli ospiti.

Siamo appena rientrati da questa struttura gestita da Diego e sua zia, da non perdere per gentilezza, gestita molto bene, ci torneremo sicuramente ancora, ci hanno coccolato e dato buoni consigli pensavano tutto loro per prenotazioni anche al ristorante di Montichiello la ruota, panorama stupendo e buon cibo. Grazie e a presto.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti con 2 bambini di 11 e 9anni e mezzo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ottima la posizione. Camere perfette e pulite ed estremamente gentili i gestori. Dobbiamo inoltre ringraziare per la disponibilità a promuovere il territorio per i consigli e le indicazioni per le visite e per le cene! Grazie!

La struttura è molto bella in posizione strategica per visitare la Val d'Orcia. Mio marito ed io abbiamo alloggiato alla dependance "La Lanciotta" che si trova all'interno delle mura del borgo e a 150 metri dalla casa principale dove facevamo colazione. Abbiamo accolto con grande entusiasmo sia la posizione della dependance, che si trova in zona molto tranquilla e comoda alle varie necessità, sia la cura nei dettagli dell'arredamento. Guido e la zia Simonetta sono delle persone splendide, cordiali, accoglienti e molto disponibili. Ci auguriamo di ritornarci presto e di soggiornare ancora a "La Lanciotta".

Cercavo un luogo per dormire che fosse nei pressi di Bagno Vignoni. Non potevo trovare di meglio! Il B&B Maria Gabriella è un luogo incantato. Uno splendido casale in pietra con un bello e fiorito giardino dal quale si gode la vista della vicina Pienza. Punto strategico per esplorare i dintorni ricchi di storia, di terme e panorami meravigliosi. Le camere sono pulite ed accoglienti così come i gestori Guido e la zia Simonetta che prepara ottimi dolci per la colazione. Tutto perfetto. Mio nuovo punto di riferimento in Toscana. Francesca.

Gestore molto disponibile e sempre presente ambiente molto confortevole, familiare, posizione della struttura ottima per gli spostamenti e le visite nella zona molto gradita la tipologia di colazione con dolci fatti in casa spazi esterni curati.
