Our B& B is located at Fabbrica district of Peccioli surrounded by nature, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a quiet, panoramic setting. "A Casa Di Lizzy" is unique, distinctive style, a period building where echoes of the past blend with modern comfort.

It is a part of our strength and it consists of fruit juices, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, home-made croissants and cakes, different kinds of home-baked bread, jams made with our organic fruit, tea, coffee or milk. If you follow a particular diet, please tell us when you book and we will try our best to satisfy you. It is usually served on a large table under the cross vaults and it is the best moment to chat with us or with the other guests coming from all over the world, exchanging opinions about the best places to visit, the best restaurants, festivals and Tuscan traditions. In this period in order to keep social distancing it is possible to have breakfast also in the garden or in your bedroom.

I had the pleasure of staying at A Casa di Lizzy B&B for seven days, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area and get to everything I needed without hassle. The room was spotless and impeccably clean, which made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Each morning, I looked forward to the delicious breakfast, which was always fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. What really made the stay special, though, were the hosts—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and offered great local tips that really enhanced my trip. I would absolutely recommend A Casa di Lizzy to anyone looking for a charming and well-run place to stay. I’d love to return someday!

We had a great stay! The host was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh, local ingredients. The location is peaceful and just a short walk from the village. Highly recommended!

Lizzy and Lorenzo put a lot of heart into what they're doing. They did their best so we could have the perfect vacation. They prepared lots of information about the activities we could do in the area. They offered us a very good, local food breakfast and recommended us a free wine tasting at a local winery. The cleaning was perfect, too. We truly recommend them as hosts for your stay. Thank you!

At Casa di Lizzy is a very comfortable place to stay. The welcoming owner family is nice and discreet. We felt like at home and also took advantage of the wonderful marmalades they make, which you can (and should) buy. The surrounding area is stunning.

We were royally welcomed by the owners and we loved our stay with them. We enjoyed exchanging with them about our respective living conditions and these exchanges were very respectful and human. They also gave us excellent advice on visits outside the traditional circuits recommended by tourist guides, which allowed us to discover a "different" Tuscany. We also learned a lot about Italian gastronomy. Lizzy and Lorenzo are people we love to know and remember!

Very warm welcome by Lizzy and her husband. She used to be a French teacher, and it's very nice to chat with her and her husband about their journey and their adopted region. Their corner is magnificent, and their home is comfortable and rustic.

If you wish to visit the Tuscan countryside, this address is ideal. In a rural and quiet setting, you will meet Lizzy and her husband who will advise you and will be very pleasant company. You can even taste their production. It is a good address because you really feel good there!

We highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast. You will find everything that makes a stay in the hills of Pisa enjoyable: friendliness, kindness, cleanliness, silence, and an excellent breakfast (the jams made by Lizzy are delicious!). The house is an old farmhouse renovated with passion and good taste. Lizzy and Lorenzo make you feel at home. Old nineteenth-century farmhouse renovated and very well maintained, the rooms are spacious and clean like the whole structure. Bathroom outside the room (practically two meters from the room) clean with everything you need to wash, hairdryer included. A good breakfast with jams made by the manager of the property (Lorenzo is a botanist), bread, croissants, fruit juices and coffee with milk. Annalisa and Lorenzo always ready to advise you on where and how to move. Recommended for those who want to stay in peace in the silence of the Tuscan valleys.

With three other friends, we needed accommodation to attend a sporting event and it was great. Clean, great breakfast, and the lady gave us the opportunity to take a shower afterwards, so she let us have the room for longer. Great!

A true Bed and Breakfast where the owners live there and host you in their home. Very kind and welcoming, ready to give you all the information for a holiday in the beautiful province of Pisa. Excellent and abundant breakfast with local products of excellent quality. The rooms are clean and comfortable, you don't need to bring anything, just your toothbrush. It rained and we couldn't enjoy the garden and the greenery surrounding the house with vineyard and olive trees, I will definitely come back to enjoy it, special appreciation for Lizzy and Lorenzo who made us feel at home.

Simply a corner of paradise, where you can immerse yourself in total tranquility after intense days; easy to reach, close to many well-known tourist destinations. Fabulous owners, always available and precise in every task, from preparing the excellent breakfast with fresh and genuine products, to cleaning the cozy B&B; they will also carefully guide you in visiting these magnificent areas. Absolutely worth trying also considering the quality/price ratio. We will definitely come back here if we are in the area again.

Very well-kept B&B, very clean, fantastic bed, I slept better than at home! Lizzy and Lorenzo are very kind and attentive to the customer! As soon as we arrived, they welcomed us by letting us taste their oil and wine and provided us with all the directions to restaurants and places to visit and how to get there! We were practically guests at their home for 3 days! Also very very nice and attentive with our little girl. We will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful structure, immersed in the green hills of Tuscany and a stone's throw from the most renowned locations. The cleanliness is truly impeccable, the breakfast abundant and tasty, with excellent quality homemade products by the hosts, extremely welcoming and helpful, as well as prepared and well-organized to provide all the necessary information to visit the surroundings and more. In short, it is certain that during the stay, returning to the room at the end of the day, you will naturally say "coming home" and not certainly "going back to the B&B".

Wonderful place, immersed in green, quiet. In the evening you could see the fireflies! Suitable for those who want to relax or visit the wonderful Tuscan cities, some very close. Lizzy and Lorenzo are two special people, available for any need. You feel at home. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, the rooms super clean. It was a wonderful stay, we will return.

Very helpful and at the same time discreet. We were on a motorcycle and they made an effort to find a covered shelter. Super breakfast. Definitely recommend.

Very clean and beautiful structure, immersed in greenery, large double room. The managers were very kind and hospitable, they made us feel comfortable and gave us many tips about the area and restaurants. 100% recommended.

Bed and breakfast in a very quiet location. Very clean. Kind, friendly, and helpful hosts. Excellent breakfast with homemade sweets. What more can you say? We had a great time.

Located in the beautiful hill at the foot of Peccioli and a stone's throw from the main cities like San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa, Lucca and more. This B&B is completely different from all the others because it's like being at home. The owners Lorenzo and Lizzy are 2 fantastic people, after 2 minutes it feels like you've known them for a lifetime. Lizzy prepares fantastic bread and cakes every day and the jams are great. The oil and the wine, what can I say, if you want to spend some time in Tuscany this is the place for you.

I do not know for what reason, but the site ate up the previous review, so I am forced to rewrite it using another account.\n\nWe stayed last weekend at this beautiful B&B: spacious, bright, welcoming, clean, quiet. There are certainly other adjectives that qualify the location, but certainly noteworthy are the friendliness and kindness of the managers and the abundant breakfast of excellent quality.\n\nThe 3 toilets are outside the rooms, but each of them is reserved for the guests of each room.\n\nThe only negative note was the weather, but we certainly cannot blame Lizzy and Lorenzo for that!

We were hosted by Lizzy and her husband in December. We had a great time: the rooms are cozy and well-maintained, the bathroom is spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very plentiful and delicious.\n\nWe really enjoyed our stay. Too bad we couldn't see the olive grove and the garden better!

Personally, I gave ten as a rating to all points because everything perfectly reflected what I expected. Lorenzo and Lizzy are two exquisite people, just like the breakfast they offer! Everything is homemade, natural, and good. When things are done with passion and love, they are necessarily beautiful, and that is what is noticeable at Casa di Lizzy. The place is quiet, immersed in nature, but at the same time, you are not isolated; the structure is located very close to several towns, one could say that it is almost in the center. We hope to return.

We felt like at home. The place is very quiet, perhaps too much, but for those who love tranquility, it is the ideal place. For those of us who traveled for seven days by motorcycle, Tuscany was ideal for recharging our batteries when we returned in the evening. The place is very clean and the managers are very friendly and helpful. To be repeated.
