A Casa da Agata

Thank you, Lorenzo, for hosting us. I highly recommend A Casa da Agata to anyone looking for a farm stay with spectacular views, time off in nature, furry company, and a welcoming host. Lorenzo is a hardworking young man who takes care of both the property and his guests. From olive oil and honey to Lorenzo’s pasta and generous breakfasts, ending the day over a glass of wine while watching fireflies and shooting stars is a great end to the day in Casentino. Special shout out to Gala the cat, Chuck the Australian Shepherd, Agata the sheep, Gina the pet chick, plus many other chicks, rabbits, and bees (and the occasional spider — it’s a farm stay after all). The guest rooms are exceptional for a farm stay: renovated, stylish, and spacious. The drive up the mountain road is adventurous, but even our Fiat Panda could handle the last metres of steep dirt road. It is a memorable and authentic place that we would happily return to.

My wife and I were guests at the property on the occasion of the B&B day. The location is amazing, the rooms and the cleanliness are top-notch. It is the best structure by far. Ginevra, the owner, there are no words to describe her. She prepares fabulous breakfasts for her guests. All natural and at 0 kilometers. She is always available to meet any guest's needs. Excellent WiFi. The location is great and is a fundamental destination for those who want to find some relaxation and live immersed in nature. We can't wait to go back. I take this opportunity to greet Ginevra and her beautiful daughter Agata with a big hug.
