The buffet breakfast, with sweet and savory options, is made with our own products and locally sourced products. The pastries are homemade using our own wheat and buckwheat flours cultivated in our fields (almost always lactose-free and occasionally we also prepare vegan pastries upon request). We also have gluten-free products available for those who require them. You are in the "kingdom of herbs", so for breakfast you won't find tea bags but our herbal infusions instead!
