Everything was perfect, the cleanliness was impeccable, the hosts were helpful and welcoming, and the homemade cookies for breakfast were excellent.

What can I say, for the second time I stayed at this property. I am always amazed by the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts. The room is spacious and equipped with every comfort: coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator and Mrs. Carmen's cookies, priceless. The bathroom is large and has a window, with a shower cabin you don't even find in luxury hotels. Cleaning was thorough. Excellent soundproofing. Comfortable bed; in the morning you wake up feeling refreshed. Private parking.

Excellent location just 300 m from the Varone Waterfall. My wife and I, for the June 2 long weekend, were looking for a centrally located place near the various lakes in the area and we had a wonderful stay. The hosts, Mr. Angelo and Mrs. Carmen, are very kind and were also very thoughtful in leaving cookies, coffee and water in the room for us, even though these were not provided. We found the premises welcoming, comfortable and above all very clean. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and we will definitely return and recommend it to our friends. Luca and Domi.

We arrived after 2:00 PM and found the owner, Angelo, waiting for us and very helpful. He immediately showed us our room, tidy and clean. We needed some information and were always received with kindness and professionalism. Excellent.

Everything is superb: location, parking, cleanliness. The owner is extremely kind; they help with any information and provide everything you need. Even though we didn't have breakfast, they offered us coffee and biscuits. I would give 100 for everything.
