Stefy is very nice. Because I had a trail run in Molveno in the morning I had some special needs, but she proved to be flexible and kind. Well organized, great view, quiet and close to the beautiful centre. Very good.

The images available on the website do not correspond with reality. The decor is too outdated, like from the 90s, there is no air conditioning and the heating does not work. It urgently needs remodeling!

The hosts were amazing. They were very friendly. The room was nicely located and well-cleaned with all required facilities. The room on the top floor feels like home and there is a clear mountain view from the balcony. Breakfast was pretty decent.

I very much enjoyed my stay. My room was on the 4th floor and had a private bathroom, but shared the corridor between the bathroom and bedroom with the entrance of the owners. No issue for me as everything was private. Will come back next time staying in Trento.

We (family - one child) only stayed at B&B La Malvasia for one night but we really enjoyed it very much! It was a very warm welcome and great support. It is in a prime location a few minutes from the center of the beautiful town of Trento. The flat was spotlessly clean and the breakfast can compare with any hotel breakfast. We highly recommend this B&B and say thanks for having us.

We had a very pleasant one-week stay. The property is well-maintained, clean, and in a central location. There are no large groups staying in the B&B, so it’s calm and quiet. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I can highly recommend this place also for longer stays.

Breakfast was not as good as in other Bed & Breakfasts where we had stayed before. The coffee was reheated if you do not come first thing in the morning, and the selection of food lacked variety and freshness. The door to our room was extremely thin, and you could literally hear everything. The hosting was great, and the room was clean. All in all, it's a great place to stay, especially considering the price.

We liked it very much at B&B La Malvasia. The host is very kind and helpful. He could give us good advice for our bicycle tour the next day. By the way, there's a garage to store the bicycles safely. Very nice breakfast with homemade jam.

We had two very nice rooms with modern furniture. The bathrooms were completely renovated. The shower was superb. The innkeeper was very nice. Perhaps we will come back next year.

The room was on the fifth floor. The elevator was out of order. Very inconvenient. There was only a temporary worker on site. On the second day, there was no breakfast despite the notice posted from 7 a.m.

Simple communication regarding booking & check-in. Train station and old town are within a maximum 10-minute walk. Beautiful spacious room with comfortable bathroom. Very good breakfast with delicious homemade jam, cold cuts & cheese, and fresh pastries. Possibility of luggage storage after check-out. Hopefully it will work out again on the next stop in Trento. Hotel located in the very center of Trento. You can walk to any tourist area of the city center. If you go by car, there is paid parking right on the same street as the hotel or on the next one (Via del Brennero). A few streets up the mountain, I think it was free, but there was no space when we arrived. The hotel is in a rather old residential building, with a super small elevator that barely fits one person. We had to carry the suitcases up the stairs. The room was very basic; cleanliness could be improved, to be honest. Breakfast had no fruit; it was all pastries.

We stayed during the Trento Christmas markets. Mrs. Stefania was kind and helpful. The property is located about a ten-minute walk from the train station, the bus station and the center. Quiet area, away from traffic and noise. Excellent value for money compared to other options in Trento. Pleasant atmosphere and excellent breakfast with homemade products. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Recommended.

Beautiful structure a stone's throw from the center of Trento, very spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff, recommended. The only downside is the parking, at certain times you have to drive around a bit to find one.

A B&B very close to the center, honest in price and with a good breakfast. All in all, it is a good choice. However, there are some things that made me frown, leaving aside the refusal (which one can agree or disagree with) of any digital payment. I did not appreciate the room with the same entrance as the homeowners and the door without a lock (I do not consider an internal lock of the house as such). It should be said that you had your privacy, but the feeling that they enter your room every time someone enters or exits the house is not the best. For the rest, the homeowners are very helpful and kind.

Ringraziamo per la recensione, vorremmo però replicare alla questione "stesso ingresso dei proprietari" in quanto qualche volta ci hanno già scritto cose analoghe, e fortunatamente solo recentemente nei nostri ormai 15 anni di attività. I bed and breakfast sono camere all interno di abitazioni private, poi nel tempo con l assenza di normative si sono ampliati e chiunque avesse un appartamento creava un bed and breakfast snaturando quella che è l origine di quelli che sono reali bed and breakfast. Quindi la normalità è questa che voi avete vissuto, altrimenti ci sono gli hotel o le pensioni. Vogliamo inoltre specificare che le nostre altre 3 camere sono site al primo piano in un appartamento che è adibito e frequentato da altri ospiti che entrano ed escino liberamente, quindi mi chiedo e chiedo quale è la differenza? Riguardo alla serratura non comprendo cosa intende essendo munita di serratura sia la camera che il bagno che la porta di ingresso con chiave a codice. Speriamo di aver risposto alle vostre perplessità. Buon proseguimento di anno Stefi e Giulio.

The property offers several rooms with independent bathrooms, generously heated. Although from the outside the impression is not great, as the building's facade would need renovation, inside the rooms are well-kept, clean, equipped with a wardrobe, a spacious bathroom with shower and bidet. Giulio is a friendly, affable manager who is very attentive to guests, pleasant company. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. PROs: manager, breakfast, location, bathroom, price CONS: no air conditioning (inefficient fan), view from the room Certainly for the price, it is an excellent solution, convenient to the center, with good sleep quality (aside from cats in heat :) ) and convenient parking on the street below.

I'm sorry but unfortunately we didn't have a good experience. The room on the fifth floor was very hot without air conditioning. We couldn't sleep. The bed was very squeaky and the mattress was very warm. Let's say that with this price we have stayed in other bed & breakfasts with many more services. I'm sorry.

Ci spiace se non vi siete trovati bene, ma vogliamo puntualizzare che sul sito c'è scritto tutto, non abbiamo aria condizionata ma solo ventola. Nella camera al 5' piano però ci sono ben tre finestre oltre che la terrazza e solitamente facendo corrente si dorme abbastanza freschi dalle 23 in poi, forse avete preso quelle poche giornate molto calde. Il letto è vero lo dobbiamo cambiare in quanto è diventato rumoroso, e lo faremo al più presto. I voti sulla colazione ci lasciano un po stupiti. Buona fortuna.

The manager requested the payment for the overnight stay again even though it had been paid 4 days in advance, also applying a doubled tourist tax (€ 3.00) even though by SMS I had been confirmed the correctness of the one added to the transfer (€ 1.50); by pure chance the payment was not repeated: the manager justified the misunderstanding to the lack of information and instructions from the owner, which I consider inadmissible. Poor and low-quality breakfast. Bad choice of B&B La Malvasia, the presentation does not reflect the actual service received, I was very disappointed. "Just informed, didn't ask anything...": in short, what professionalism is this? If my daughter hadn't called me (by pure chance) she would have paid a second time, and, I repeat, even with the increased tourist tax (but why?); then, of course, I didn't see the breakfast, but I was told how different it was from the photos on the website. I'm sorry that you call these complaints nonsense, I would have preferred sincere apologies, since the mistake is not attributable to us. It would have made a better impression, on us and on your future guests.

Sul pagamento è vero che le è stato chiesto per errore in quanto non avevamo scritto sugli appunti che aveva fatto il bonifico e la persona che ci sostituiva non lo sapeva, ma come vede poi appena messo al corrente non ha chiesto nulla. I stayed several days in this beautiful and very comfortable b&b, I must say that I felt very comfortable as if I were at home. The owners do everything to welcome you in the best possible way and they accommodated my every need. It is located a few hundred meters from the station and about 700 meters from the center, very close to the Castello del Buonconsiglio; nearby there are both bars, a pizzeria, a bank, and above all the Despar. Breakfast varied both sweet and savory and the cakes were delicious and especially the homemade jams, in short, pampered in every way. Thank you so much for everything, I really felt like family!

We couldn't have chosen a better place to spend a few days on vacation. The hosts, Giulio and Stefy, are very nice. They assigned us the room on the top floor, with a splendid terrace and a spectacular view of the mountains. The bathroom is external but private, so it was only for us, ensuring maximum freedom even though the room was attached to their apartment. Breakfast with pastries, fruit juices, and, upon request, also cold cuts and eggs. They welcomed us and treated us as if we were at our own home, and that's why I gave the highest rating to everything. Congratulations and thank you for making us feel good during these relaxing days.

The structure is located in a not recently built building and, as a downside, the elevator is small and with the backpack, I struggled to enter alone. When a manager puts me in a bad mood, there is something wrong. I did not receive a response to the messages sent through the website, I could not have breakfast at the time communicated on the website and in the confirmation, I had to argue to have breakfast 15 minutes earlier. I stayed for 3 nights in Room number 1: spacious, tastefully and tastefully furnished with a comfortable bathroom equipped with a large and modern shower. Small flaw in the latter, which was immediately pointed out to me by the manager when he showed me the room, is the lack of bidet (I believe only in that specific room), partly compensated by the presence of an additional small siphon connected to the main shower. The cleanliness is very accurate. Every morning a small but well-stocked buffet is set up in the breakfast room and Mrs. Stefania, very kind and helpful, prepares coffee and serves a sweet directly to the table, where two portions of their tasty homemade jams are always prepared. The B&B is located on the first floor of an old building but equipped with a small elevator (old style but well functioning) located in a good position relative to the station and the center. I definitely feel like recommending this property and would come back.

I stayed at B&B La Malvasia for two nights with my girlfriend. Giulio, the owner, always available for information and suggestions; a covered space was made available for our bikes. Very good breakfast. Staying for at least two nights, you receive the Guest Card Trentino for free, which allows you to enjoy various free services including trains, buses, and museums. Definitely recommended!

We stayed at this B&B La Malvasia for the Christmas markets: we really enjoyed it! Some considerations: great location to visit the city, about a fifteen-minute walk from the center and the main points of interest; clean, spacious room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed in the room on the 5th and last floor of the building, adjacent to the managers' apartment. Spacious room with a kettle for hot drinks, a nice library, a panoramic terrace, and a private bathroom. Abundant breakfast, excellent homemade jams by Stefania! Friendly managers and generous with advice. Great location, about a 5-minute walk from the city center.

Lei sceglie un bb e vuole il cambio biancheria giornalieri, forse a sbagliato struttura per questo ci sono gli alberghi a 4 e 5 stelle non i bed and breakfast, ma presuppone spendere il doppio. La colazione Lei mangia solo brioche e un frutto mi chiedi perché denigra la nostra colazione che offre un po' di tutto. Sulla posizione poi, le posso solo dire che in fondo la scelta lei, e si ricordi che se preferiva il centro storico vista Duomo non avrebbe mai parcheggiato la sua auto sotto alla struttura, oltre a non avere il silenzio che invece ha trovato a stare da noi. Anche il prezzo non adeguato? Credo che se ci avete scelto avrete fatto le vostre valutazioni e confronti, gratis forse si va ancora dai parenti. Buona vita. Giulio.

Great discovery the B&B La Malvasia. We returned from Trento recently, I discovered this B&B by chance. We really liked it, it's close to everything. The Buonconsiglio Castle is within walking distance and to go elsewhere there are public transport, at Piazza di Centa, around the corner, and from there you can easily reach the Piazza Dante station from where you can easily reach the center. I have trouble walking so I did it this way, maybe others will walk. Mr. Giulio is very helpful for everything. The B&B is very quiet, excellent breakfast, especially the homemade jams. The B&B La Malvasia is located less than ten minutes on foot from Trento station. For those arriving by public transport, it is very convenient. It is also very close to the city center, so it is in a truly optimal position. I stayed in a double room even though I was alone. The room was very nice, well-kept, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast in the morning is both sweet and savory. I enjoyed the delicious homemade jams. The owner was also very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this B&B for only one night, yet I consider myself very satisfied! The structure is a 10-minute walk from the station and the center, even less if you move by public transport, and this allows you to fully experience a beautiful city like Trento. The managers were very friendly and helpful: during breakfast the owner even stopped for 5 minutes to chat! The rooms are impeccable: clean linen and sheets and not a speck of dust around. Very abundant breakfast, excellent sandwiches, but above all the plum jam offered was excellent.

Three very quiet nights in a well-served area. The manager, Giulio, is a very welcoming person who makes you feel at ease right away. The accommodation is really very welcoming and finely furnished. The bathroom in the room is fabulous. The breakfast is more than abundant. The rate also included the card to use public transport and museums throughout the province of Trento, completely free of charge or for a small fee in some museums. The only difficulty is finding a parking space that is not paid or has a half-hour time limit. Definitely a B&B to return to as soon as possible.

Even though it does not look very inviting from the outside, the interior, especially the room on the fifth floor, is very pleasant, especially thanks to the terrace. The relationship with the owners was immediately pleasant, revealing immediate harmony. The breakfast products are simply exceptional. We chose the Malvasia attracted by the image of the exterior that appears on the website, a beautiful mountain landscape that made us think of excellent fresh air to breathe along with the view to admire. Upon arrival, we realized that the air was urban and there was no trace of the mountains. The manager explains that the photo was taken from his apartment on the fifth floor, while the Bed and Breakfast is on the first floor and the view is of the street with buildings in front of the windows. The room is clean, but with a stay of five nights, cleaning needs to be done regularly: we happened to have the same towels for the entire time and found various traces of dirt in the bathroom. The room is small and to store clothes there are some hangers hanging from a support (no drawer or wardrobe), a small window and luckily we were not a bit taller than we are, because the bed does not have the standard measurements in our opinion. Breakfast was scarce: one brioche for those who asked for the sweet, a plate with two slices of salami and two of cheese for the savory. The bread was little and if it finished, the basket was not refilled. It would also seem appropriate for a structure to guarantee some parking for its guests, which does not happen here. The website guarantees bicycles for guests: a structure that accommodates about ten people with only two bicycles? The first one who arrives takes them and the others cannot use them! My boyfriend and I were not happy with the stay and we think we paid too much for this treatment. Sincerely.

Upon arrival, there was no one to open the door and we couldn't reach anyone for a while. Eventually, we managed to get in and received the access code. Too bad to start like this. Otherwise clean and beautiful in the center. The downside is that you have to park on the street for a fee. Cozy breakfast.
