Apartments Udera

Having stayed in Apts for skiing holidays in previous years in Str Puez & Str Larciunei in previous holidays, we booked Apt Udera as it was much cheaper although it seemed to be quite a lot further away from the slopes & restaurants in Selva. However, the free ski bus is 2 minutes walk from the front door & the walk into Selva only takes 10 minutes. We stayed in the 1Br apt which was very warm & comfortable, even through a really cold snap in January 2017. Recommended!

Gemütliche Wohnung mit tollem Blick (Whg für 6 Personen) Lage: - Skilift Nives, Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurants und Ortskern Wolkenstein innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichbar - der tolle Blick resultiert aus der Hanglage - daher gehts von Wolkenstein gesehen auch mal kräftig bergauf - Skifahrer: es gibt eine Skibus-Haltestelle in der Nähe des Hauses (Abfahrtszeiten hängen in der Wohnung aus / kostenlos, da man mit der Grödner Mobility-Card ausgestattet wird). Alternativ oder zusätzlich kann man sich auch bei "Skidepot Walter" einen Schrank für Ski, Skischuhe und Helme mieten. Wohnung: - alles wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern der Homepage zu sehen vorhanden. - jedes Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Waschbecken - ausreichend Schrankkapazitäten vorhanden - toller Blick auf Wolkenstein und ins Grödner Tal vom schönen Balkon aus (der an zwei der drei Schlafzimmer grenzt) Ansonsten: - sehr nette Vermieter - alle möglichen Infos für den Aufenthalt liegen in der Wohnung aus (z. B. Skibusplan, Info zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen. Uns hat es gefallen und Lust auf eine Wiederholung gemacht.

Very kind and helpful hosts, beautiful panoramic view, no need for a car thanks to the complimentary tickets from the owners, so no pollution. We will come back!

Great facility, very clean and very close to the city center. Quiet location. Excellent WiFi and equipped with satellite TV. What I appreciated the most is the view.

We stayed in the small ground floor apartment, me, my husband, and my 3-year-old son. The apartment was very clean, with a new and fully equipped kitchen, a completely renovated bathroom even though without a window, with a perfect ventilation system, and a super spacious shower. The view, well, what can I say, I think the best in Selva! Owners were very kind, discreet, and helpful. We will definitely come back.

The location of the property is very easy to reach, with a spectacular view. The apartment is very clean and well-structured, with bedrooms and a living room with kitchenette. Great for families with children too. From here, you can reach all the fantastic tourist attractions in the Dolomites. If I could give a rating, I would give 1000. The hosts are also very good, open and always ready to help. Fantastic. A round of applause for them.

Has a fantastic panorama. The area is super quiet. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The landlady is very kind.

I stayed here at Apartments Udera for a weekend with my partner. The place is spectacular, completely immersed in nature, and you can feel an absolute peace. A few minutes' walk away, you can take hiking trails in the very suggestive forest, and within a kilometer, you can find excellent restaurants. The apartment is very spacious, equipped with every comfort, spotlessly clean, and impeccable with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The owner is kind and helpful. Definitely a great experience to break away from the routine and relax.

Beautiful property, with a breathtaking view, near Passo Gardena, just a stone's throw from the center. The owner is very courteous and attentive to every request. We will definitely come back.

Posto pulito e comodo. L'ideale per raggiungere in macchina in poco tempo, o a piedi, le mete più spettacolari della val Gardena.

La struttura si trova in un ottima posizione. La parte più bella oltre alla pulizia dell'appartamento è stata la magnifica vista che si può vedere dalla terrazza. Cordiali e professionali la Famiglia Bauer che ci ha accolto in modo impeccabile, facendoci un mini tour della casa e consigliando dove poter fare delle passeggiate con una bimba di due anni. È stata una fantastica vacanza. Da tornarci sicuramente.

L'ambiente, così come i gestori sono accoglienti ed "emettono calore". Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento da 2 persone ed è confortevole per 2 persone massimo. I gestori amano la pulizia, non sono invadenti e rispettosi della privacy. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il loro comportamento, la pulizia e l'accesso alla struttura. In più lo stabile è comodo a tutti i sentieri raggiungibili a piedi

Abbiamo soggiornato per pochi giorni, l'appartamento è caldo e arredato con tutto il necessario. I padroni di casa disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Siamo stati in questa struttura in occasione di una gara in mtb. La posizione è molto panoramica e vicina al centro, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti tramite una ripida salita, i proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili.

Siamo stati ospiti presso Udera della famiglia Bauer durante la settimana del Natale. L’appartamento pulitissimo- perfetto per la nostra famiglia di tre persone e distante un centinaio di metri dalla fermata dello skibus da cui si raggiungono in 5 minuti le piste da sci - è caldo ed accogliente ed è stato recentemente ristrutturato. Volto verso sud regala una inappagabile vista del Sassolungo e del paese che dista appena 10 minuti a piedi. Composto da un salotto con angolo cottura, camera da letto e bagno. La camera da letto è provvista di ampi e comodi letti, matrimoniale e singolo, entrambi letto costruiti dal Sig. Andreas e da un ampio armadio. Il bagno dotato di asciuga capelli è dotato di una ampia e comoda doccia. La cucina è nuova, ampia ed è perfettamente accessoriata di ogni utensile. Un caro saluto ad Andreas ed Helga che ringraziamo ancora della grande gentilezza, disponibilità ed accoglienza con l’augurio di poter tornare presto ad essere nuovamente loro ospiti.

Appartamento carino e funzionale, vicino al centro ma tranquillo, proprietari cordiali e disponibili.

Siamo stati a Selva di Val Gardena, ospitati presso la struttura Udera via Daunei n°25. La posizione della casa ci ha permesso di godere di una stupenda vista sul Sasso Lungo e Gruppo Sella, e il paese dall'alto. La salita di via Daunei ci ha allenato per le camminate. La discrezione e la disponibilità dei signori Bauer è stata ottima.

Ottima posizione, appartamento pulito e curato nei particolari, proprietari squisiti molto gentili e disponibili, consiglio vivamente questa struttura.

Wij hebben een fantastische week gehad in appt Udera/Selva. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse, goed, netjes verzorgd appartement, goede bereikbaarheid naar piste met bus of auto. gezellige dorpje op loopafstand (10 min naar beneden lopen) naar bakker/supermarkt of andere winkels.
