Our farmhouse is located in Cologna, a hamlet of Tenno, near the lake, in a quiet and panoramic setting. "Agritur Acetaia - Gourmet & Relax" is a welcoming and comfortable establishment.
Surrounding Area
Our guests will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the colors and lights of the shopping streets, enjoy the views, and experience the local flavors thanks to various food and wine itineraries. They can also participate in numerous cultural events and unmissable exhibitions, wandering through museums and exhibition spaces, or take long walks, marveling at the many gardens and splendid landscapes in the area.
A short distance from our residence, guests will find monuments and places of interest to satisfy their thirst for knowledge, as well as sports facilities and fitness centers to stay in shape even on vacation.

For breakfast, only the finest options are offered to start the day off right, in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere that encourages guests to take their time. The Acetaia del Balsamico presents a lavish continental breakfast with a wide selection, served buffet-style during peak season, enhanced by local specialties and always fresh, carefully chosen products. Guests can sit on the terrace overlooking the lake or in the bright breakfast room, indulging in the aromas and flavors of a diverse and authentic spread. The selection includes hot beverages such as coffee, tea, herbal infusions, milk, and hot chocolate, paired with various types of bread, flaky pastries, and a selection of homemade sweets and cakes. There are also artisanal honey and jams, along with yogurt, cereals, muesli, and dried fruit for a balanced start to the day. For those who prefer a heartier breakfast, there are house-made cured meats, hard-boiled eggs, and freshly prepared hot dishes like scrambled eggs or eggs cooked on the stovetop. The offering is completed with fruit juices, freshly squeezed orange juice, seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as rice cakes and toasted bread. During the grape harvest season, the experience is enhanced with the option to taste a glass of fresh grape must, adding an authentic touch linked to local traditions. Any allergies or intolerances can be communicated at the time of booking to ensure attentive and personalized service.

Beautifully located above Lake Garda. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Very comfortable and spacious room. Very friendly staff. Nothing to complain about. Unfortunately I was only there for one night, but I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location was very convenient for us, especially for the visits we had planned. We found excellent cleanliness, both in the common areas and in the room, a really good dinner and staff who were always helpful and kind. The pool and the hot tub were much appreciated, both clean, and the solarium was well equipped with sunbeds. We also appreciated the opportunity to visit the property's cellars and buy their products directly. One point to improve is the breakfast: although we had it at 9:20, we found the selection rather limited for both sweet and savory options, with some items already finished, including the juices in the dispensers and the cold cuts. We still very much appreciated the helpfulness and kindness of the staff member on duty, who was truly courteous. The main strength is definitely the exceptional view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The on-site parking was also convenient. Overall, a property that left a great impression on us and that we recommend.

Beautiful view. The hosts are available and kind. Excellent restaurant, with quality products and very friendly staff. The only area for improvement is breakfast. From a place like this I expected more and, above all, better replenishment. I prefer 'less but good' and here the quality is present. Only the breakfast cakes could be improved: one was slightly burnt and the other had only three slices, so it was not available for all of us. If at 9 a.m. the brioche, doughnuts, cakes and speck are finished, and despite requests they are not restocked because the kitchen is closed at that time, I'm sorry. The coffee is made by a machine and not barista-made, but of very high quality. The cappuccino is better than in many cafés. So I would say that with some improvements to the breakfast, everything is perfect.

To begin with, the property is in a perfect location, just a few minutes from the town center, the lake and other places to visit. The view is breathtaking. The staff are kind, attentive and professional; they make you feel at ease from the start. The property has a relaxation area with pools and a wonderful terrace, set among vineyards and nature. Not to mention the restaurant, the strong point of this place: a menu worthy of top marks, with artisanal products made by them and paired with stellar dishes. Once you try this restaurant it will be hard to go elsewhere. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely return.

I stayed unfortunately only for one night, as I was on a motorcycle itinerary. It was convenient to be able to shelter the bike under the canopy. Beautiful rooms with a terrace and a spectacular view of the lake. Impeccable cleanliness and a pleasant opportunity to take a refreshing swim in the pool. We also had a magnificent dinner at the restaurant: all excellent products. Their Pinot Grigio was excellent. The breakfast was also very good and featured homemade products. If we return to the area we will certainly know where to go back, perhaps for several days. One small note for us is that breakfast was served from 08:00, and we would have preferred to have it from 07:00–07:30 to continue our trip a bit earlier, but it was worth it.

Friendly and helpful at any time we needed them. Excellent food and perfect waiting times despite the restaurant being full. All the waiters were very professional. The rooms were cleaned attentively and thoroughly. Strategic location, being 10 minutes by car from Riva del Garda and 10 minutes by car from the medieval village of Canale di Tenno and its lake. It can be a bit awkward to merge onto the road from the property's parking lot, but everything is manageable with due care. We will return.

I would like to give just one suggestion to the manager. It would be great if the restaurant, open at lunchtime, could offer guests of the property the option of having toast, sandwiches or piadine for those who are satisfied with a quick, light lunch to eat in their room. I am not asking for full restaurant service, but at least it would avoid having to go out by car and drive all the way to Riva del Garda.

Welcoming, helpful and kind staff: we arrived two hours before check-in and the rooms were already ready, so we were able to enjoy the coolness of the pool on a scorching day. Clean, well-maintained property. Spacious and well-arranged relaxation area. The choice of underfloor-cooled rooms was excellent: the right amount of cool. Breathtaking view. I expected the rooms to be larger; the bed was very close to the wardrobe, making the passage difficult, and several times I bumped my legs on the corners (given this, it would be good to make the bed frame with rounded corners so that if someone bumps into it they hurt themselves less). The bathroom is spacious and has everything needed, pity about the lack of a bidet. Restaurant: excellent cuisine and staff. I will definitely return. Thank you for the hospitality.

For us the property was very good. Unfortunately, in these periods (F06, 37-40°C) it would be very appropriate to have parking that also protects from heat/sun: our car indicated 44°C while parked outdoors without any shade from trees or protective roofs. We also appreciated the excellent services, the great breakfast and the very well-kept environment. There is a spacious terrace and a lot of tranquility.

Excellent property with a view of Lake Garda. Excellent restaurant with local traditional dishes and other refined options. Their homemade balsamic vinegar is also excellent: not to be missed, as is the oil.

Very welcoming structure, attention to every detail, kind and helpful staff, fantastic relaxation area with pool and whirlpool. The only negative point, if I may say so, is that in the room they have an underfloor cooling system which always causes humidity, especially in the bathroom and the floor is always wet. For the text, everything perfect.
