We loved our stay at Sofia's place! The room was super clean, cosy and quiet and the breakfast was tasty. The host was really nice and provided us with everything we needed. The property itself is located not far from the city center, but in a quiet area. Thank you for everything and we hope to come back one day!

It is a very very good B&B. Sofia and her mother are so kind. The breakfast is excellent. The room and the bathroom are super clean. The bed is good! We loved it. Hans and Dianne.

A lovely apartment 5-10 minutes walk from the center of Predazzo. The space was perfect for 2 people. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to our requests. We highly recommend this place.

We have been coming back for a couple of years, we always feel good and welcomed by the Gabrielli family, always kind and courteous. The homemade desserts are excellent.

A fantastic stay. Excellent cleanliness, the location of the house, and a great hostess like Sofia.

Super! Ms. Sofia warmly welcomed us and was available with advice and suggestions. The room was very clean and very welcoming, quiet and spacious. Parking is available for guests. The breakfast was super abundant and varied. A praise for the delicious cakes made by the owners. The location of the property turned out to be excellent for several activities in the valley.

The B&B is located in a central area of Predazzo, and at the same time just a few minutes by car from the ski lift. The rooms are new, comfortable, and functional. The breakfast is ample and includes both sweet and savory options, with different items every day. Sofia is very kind and helpful.

Good morning, we stayed last weekend and we had a great time. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, new structure very clean and well organized. Definitely recommended. We will return!

Well-organized, clean, and welcoming structure. Breakfast with homemade pastries, spectacular. Giulia and her mother, always present and available.

The stay of a few days was very pleasant. The availability to welcome us for an early arrival, the freedom to manage ourselves with the room, the parking available even covered, the location is not only convenient to reach the places to visit but also to the restaurants, in an extremely quiet area. The structure seems new as it is well maintained and cared for in the small details, the care in the furnishings and the choice of colors of the linen in tone. The room was very welcoming, clean and tidied up every morning. The breakfast varies from savory to sweet, dried fruit, honey, jams and yogurt, and much more, I would say well stocked and with homemade sweets from Sofia who hosted us as if we were at home. I highly recommend it for staying in the area.

The structure is very close to the center of Predazzo, with convenient internal parking and the possibility of reaching shops, venues and restaurants on foot in a few minutes. Excellent welcome from Sofia, who is very helpful in providing information on routes and excursions to take in the surrounding mountains. The structure is new and maintained with extreme care and cleanliness in the smallest details. Abundant breakfast including fresh cakes. The manager is extremely helpful (on the day of our departure she voluntarily offered to advance breakfast to 6:30 AM). Very close to the center along the main road but with rooms on the opposite side, therefore very quiet. I highly recommend.

The structure is truly perfect in every way. I highly recommend it. Sofia and her mother, the hosts, are fantastic, super welcoming, but with great discretion.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. We had a great time. Brand new room, excellent cleanliness, abundant breakfast and good with homemade cakes. Owners available and very kind. We will definitely come back.

The owners have chosen to use non-technological methods for breakfast preparation: excellent homemade sweets and local coffee prepared on request with the moka pot. I only suggest also putting a jug of hot milk next to the coffee. We had a great time.

This is a family-run B&B. Rooms in 'mountain' style. Abundant breakfast with quality products, also homemade. Extreme friendliness of the owners. I will gladly go back.

We had the pleasure of staying at the B&B Tre Cuori in Predazzo in September 2023. Our experience was truly unforgettable, thanks to the love and hospitality we received from the Gabrielli family. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is abundant, delicious, and offers a variety of fresh and genuine products, served in a bright and welcoming room. But what really made our stay special was the attention and care that the Gabrielli family reserved for us, making us feel at home, and they did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. In particular, I fondly remember Mrs. Elena and Sofia, who pampered us with their culinary delicacies and with their stories and anecdotes, making us feel like part of their family, leaving us with an indelible memory. A big hello and hug from Fragolino.

I stayed with my wife for 12 days in this beautiful Bed and Breakfast and we were extremely satisfied. The room was very nice and spacious as well as the bathroom. The breakfast with the cakes prepared by Sofia and her mom is uniquely delicious, and not to be underestimated, the kindness and availability of both. Definitely worth returning.

Simply, we had a really, really good time. We will come back!

We stayed 9 nights. The B&B is a gem. Comfortable room, well furnished, very comfortable mattress, spacious bathroom, good breakfast, especially the homemade pastries. Mrs. Sofia and her mother were very courteous, helpful, and ready to provide us with suggestions for our days. We definitely recommend it.

Welcoming structure with a family atmosphere, attentive and helpful managers to meet every request, a stone's throw from the center. The room is spacious and clean, the bathroom is large and functional. Predazzo is an ideal strategic destination to reach the most spectacular places in the Dolomites quickly, but it is also a quieter town than the renowned nearby locations.

What can I say, everything more than excellent. Strategic location a few minutes walk from everything, spacious room, comfortable and extremely clean. Full and abundant breakfast with a wide choice of products, many homemade. Convenient private parking. Sofia, the owner, is kind and attentive, the value for money is definitely advantageous.

B&B very nice, quiet and well-kept, the owners are very kind, convenient location near the center and the cycle path.

Sofia and her family are perfect guests. Friendly, very helpful, and generous with advice. The rooms are cozy, very clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast is rich and caters even to those with special needs such as allergies or intolerances. The location, adjacent to the center of Predazzo, with private parking in front of the skibus departure and just a few minutes from the Latemar ski center cable car, is very convenient.

I thank Sofia and her sweet mother because thanks to their rare sensitivity they allowed me to spend an unforgettable weekend. The perfect structure is complemented by Sofia's competent availability in indicating the places to discover.

We spent 8 beautiful days at this B&B located a stone's throw from the center of Predazzo, therefore an excellent starting point for many walks. We really enjoyed our stay, the B&B is family-run, very nice and recently renovated. Sofia and her lovely family work every day with love, dedication, and passion, making the guest feel at home. And how could we forget the legendary breakfasts, there was a wide choice, including cakes (different every morning), all homemade, yogurt, cereals, cookies, honey, jams, tea, coffee, everything you need to fill up with energy before starting a nice walk. Every morning Sofia and her lovely mother came to the room to say good morning and advise us on the various routes we intended to take, on the refreshment points, but also just for a simple chat. We will definitely meet again on our next holiday in Val di Fiemme, we had a really wonderful time! Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for everything, a big hug and see you soon!

Great B&B, very friendly and helpful managers for any information. Very good and plentiful breakfast. Clean and completely new rooms. Great for reaching the Latemar facilities even just using the bus or train. The bus stop is right in front of the property and it takes about 3 minutes to reach the facility, upon our arrival we were given a card to use the transport for free. We had the possibility to warm up boots and skis, everything perfect, highly recommended. Chiara & Elia.

Cozy room in a new structure with obviously a view on the mountains in a quiet location where at night we were lulled by the sound of the stream that passes through the village. The activity is family-run, each room has its own color that identifies it with bedding and bathroom linen including its little heart on the door. At breakfast, you will always find a heart-shaped biscuit on your table and nothing is missing from typical local products to cakes and brioches made by the grandmother. The management's availability is immediate and very cordial every morning, both for the daily greeting to the guest and for any needs, including suggestions on excursions and events of interest. Recommended for those who love tranquility and quality.

The stay at Vacanze Tre Cuori, B&B and Apartments was really relaxing. Sofia and her family are kind, helpful, and welcoming. The suggestions for walks were precious. The room is a true romantic gem in the middle of the mountains. Too bad we stayed too little.

The property is simple, being a family-run Bed and Breakfast, but I can only give a 10 to everything because the rooms are brand new, well-furnished and spacious, as well as the bathroom (larger than average). The lady welcomed us with extreme kindness, the breakfast is adequate for the property, and the location is just a few hundred meters from the Predazzo cable car station, all with an excellent value for money. So, absolutely recommended.

My husband and I stayed at the B&B 3 Cuori for a week and we had a really great time. The B&B is very nice, cozy, and well-furnished. The location is excellent: despite being slightly on the outskirts, you can reach the town center in a few minutes on foot without having to take the car. The parking is private. The room we were assigned is furnished in shades of blue: it is very spacious, always clean, very quiet, and from the balcony, we could admire a splendid view of the mountains of Val di Fiemme. The buffet breakfast is varied and plentiful, and every morning delicious pastries are served. Sofia and her mom are lovely, kind, and always helpful, ready to provide excellent advice.
