Vista Mare Rooms

Our room, the Levante, had a magnificent sea view overlooking the small village harbor. This prime location can also be a drawback, with noise from the harbor's entertainment, but after midnight, everything stops. The room is furnished in a pleasant nautical style in white and blue, and we had access to a fully equipped kitchen shared with the other guests. We especially appreciated the dedication of our host, Benedetto, who arranged for us to have breakfast outside of normal opening hours. This exceptional welcome allows us to rate this accommodation among the best we've seen elsewhere.

Everything was perfect for our one night stay prior to an early morning flight, the host was always available to answer any questions and assist in any way possible, we will definitely consider this property again when next in Sicily.

Benedetto was a great host, always making sure that I had everything I needed and keeping the towels and linen fresh every few days. Beautiful apartment in an amazing location - with the main streets of Isola very close by and Capaci beach just a short walk away. Having breakfast included at local bars was also much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Clean room equipped with everything needed. Small fridge with welcome water, Smart TV, shared kitchen with unlimited coffee. Beautiful sea view. Benedetto is a very polite and helpful person who attends to every request. He also organized a day trip for us on a dinghy. Highly recommended.

Everything is perfect.

The structure is new and equipped with every necessary comfort with great attention to detail. It's a shame we only stayed for one night. The host Benedetto is a helpful, knowledgeable guy with plenty of tips for getting around the area.

I recommend staying at Vista Mare Rooms, beautiful structure and excellent hospitality.

Recently renovated structure, shared kitchen, kind and helpful manager, excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Benedetto is very helpful and kind. Spacious room with all comforts practically facing the sea. Top breakfast with freshly baked sweet and savory pastries. Not to mention the beds, which in my opinion are very comfortable. We can't wait to return.

Overnight stay for work.

The structure conveys the "new" and the "cleanliness". The manager is very kind and very helpful.

Even though a month has passed since our stay, I would like to thank Benedetto for the service we received: impeccable welcome, top room cleanliness, and immense availability towards our requests. The structure is located in an excellent position with great views and is convenient for those who, like us, wanted to explore Palermo and its surroundings. Transportation is possible thanks to the train that runs regularly right at Isola delle Femmine, where it is also possible to rent bikes to venture towards some of the most beautiful beaches; we chose Mondello. Breakfast is provided at a local bar that offers a huge variety of pastries and brioches. It is not my habit to write reviews, but I truly feel I can recommend this structure.

A fantastically beautiful apartment. Very well maintained. New, modern, absolutely comfortable. We only stayed one night as our return flight was the next morning. Ideal location. But as a family we said we would have stayed here for several nights to visit the area. And the landlord Benedetto is incredibly friendly and helpful. A wonderful host! Breakfast is a drink and a croissant at the nearby cafeteria. That's fine. Nice to sit by the harbor. Typical Italian coffee, where even at 6.15 in the morning the locals are already drinking their espresso. But therefore only an 8 out of 10 points here. If you're staying several nights, a more extensive breakfast (at least as an option) might be a good idea. We had dinner at the Godiva restaurant, right by the sea. Sensational. A last evening in Sicily that we will always remember fondly. Many thanks for the great overnight stay.

My wife and I chose this accommodation for a small two-day vacation in Isola delle Femmine, and it was a wonderful discovery. The property is very well-maintained and welcoming, and we opted for the junior suite with a sea view: a magical experience that I recommend to anyone looking to relax in front of a postcard-worthy view. The room was spotless, equipped with all comforts, including a very convenient mini kitchen for heating food or making coffee independently, thanks to the always available capsule machine. This was a detail we greatly appreciated. A special thanks to Benedetto, the manager, who was very kind, always present, and available for any need. If you're looking for a place to stay in Isola delle Femmine, this property is truly an excellent choice. The only small note concerns the breakfast, which is not served directly at the property but is included in the price of the stay, thanks to an agreement with some local bars. On the first day, we had breakfast at Gran Café, where unfortunately the cream croissant was a bit dry. On the second day, as the previous bar was closed, Benedetto directed us to Valentina Bar, where the croissants were definitely better, though the welcome from the owner was a bit cold. That said, this small note does not take away from the excellent experience we had at the property, which we sincerely recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a few days of relaxation by the sea.

We stayed with friends at Vista Mare Rooms, Isola delle Femmine. We were welcomed by Benedetto, the owner, a young and very helpful guy, very attentive to our needs and requests. The rooms were very clean and had modern furnishings. Everything was new and had all the comforts. The view of the sea was spectacular. It is convenient to reach the airport, Palermo, and the surrounding areas. Highly recommended place. Congratulations Benedetto!

We had a really good time. The structure is very clean, the courtesy and complete cooperation of the manager Benedetto were exceptional, and the location by the sea is wonderful. On occasion, we would gladly return to this structure. The only note is that it would be nice to organize a small breakfast in the structure.

The structure is a fishermen's house overlooking the small port of Isola delle Femmine converted into a Bed and Breakfast in a graceful and comfortable way. The town has preserved the type of small fishing village but is in the process of beautification to provide visitors with an improvement from a tourist perspective while maintaining the typicality of the place. The location is excellent for reaching Palermo even by public transport. The manager Benedetto is a young man but very experienced and prepared in providing information as well as being kind and available for every need. The beaches should be a bit more cared for but the sea is beautiful and transparent. I will certainly recommend this corner of relaxation to my friends.

What can I say. The apartment is beautiful, just renovated and very well taken care of even in the smallest details, nothing is missing. Score 10 praise! We did not use the kitchen, but I must say it is very well equipped, it feels like being at home. The mattress is super and comfortable. My husband, after many trips, for the first time found a bed where he can rest as if it were his home bed. And what can I say about Benedetto? He is a really professional guy both in service and in availability, but above all always very attentive to satisfy the customer. In our five days, he was always present, but above all he gave us a lot of information regarding our excursions and more. His service was super super 10 praise. Congratulations, Benedetto! Well done, keep it up. We will keep this apartment in mind for the future, but above all we will recommend it to our friends. Everything was very nice. We will return. By the way, Benedetto, at our departure he delighted us with a tray of cannoli, thank you, they were delicious. We also thank my children. See you next time, Benedetto, Sicily is in our hearts.

We were three families. The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious. There is everything needed. The manager is welcoming, caring and available. The bar where we had breakfast is exceptional. A few days ago we were guests at this lovely B&B. Of particular importance was the value of the welcome and the wonderful hospitality that the manager Benedetto and his mother reserved for us. We felt at home! The history and roots of the structure, humbly told by them, pleasantly and significantly involved us. The environment in general enjoys excellent comfort, a good scent, and an extremely and lovingly impeccable cleanliness. Just a few steps from the streets of the historic center, a good breakfast awaits you in a bar they trust. Benedetto is a very friendly, polite, and cheerful person, very attentive and careful to the smallest details. Incredibly generous and available, dedicated to your well-being during your stay at the B&B. An experience we highly recommend with transparency; we will cherish a beautiful memory.

Delicious B&B located in a central position, close to everything, probably in the most beautiful area of Isola delle Femmine, in front of a small harbor, with a spectacular view of the sea. The structure is brand new and tastefully furnished, with a spacious shower, an efficient small refrigerator, and a modern coat rack. The beds are extremely comfortable, even equipped with a Barbieri-proof topper! This B&B has demonstrated a quality that far exceeds many hotels that boast four stars.

The manager (Benedetto) is a young entrepreneur who provided us with maximum availability. The rooms and the common area for coffee, herbal teas, water, etc., are impeccable and he provided us with all the useful information to have a great stay. The rooms, in particular, are beautiful and equipped with all comforts. Furthermore, the memory foam mattresses and pillows are the best. It is certainly a bed and breakfast to consider for those passing through, both in summer and winter.

An excellent choice as a stopover for our tour of Sicily. Benedetto is an attentive and very helpful host. Absolutely recommended.

Kind and helpful manager. Clean and modern rooms.

I stayed for two nights with my husband and 15-year-old son at Vista Mare Rooms. The room and bathroom are brand new. The room is a bit small for three people. The owner, Benedetto, was very helpful and kind; he made sure to bring us croissants and fruit juices at 4 in the morning because we had to leave very early and wouldn't have been able to have breakfast.

Truly perfect experience! The property is located in front of the port of Isola delle Femmine: staying in the room with a balcony overlooking the sea allows you to enjoy a splendid view, sipping coffee (coffee pods are always available in the B&B kitchen) practically on the gulf. The entire B&B has been recently renovated with extreme taste; the cleanliness is impeccable. A special thanks to Benedetto who welcomed us on our arrival, was available throughout our stay with dinner and beach suggestions, and escorted us to the airport at 4 in the morning, complete with croissants and fruit juices for breakfast. We will definitely be back!

The place is enchanting in a wonderful location for resting, very clean and exceptional, the kindness of the guys who followed us should be an example for many structures throughout Italy. The managers always present, always ready. When I return to Palermo, I will always stay here.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights (2 adults and 2 children), the experience was above and beyond every expectation. The room overlooks the local small harbor, offering a privileged view of the town, with lights coming on one after the other after sunset, creating an immersive and magical atmosphere. The room is adequately spacious even for 4 people, completely renovated internally, practically new and comfortable in every aspect. Convenient parking under the structure, with the car always visible from the terrace. Impeccable cleanliness, with a complete set of towels and sheets provided. There is also a shared area with stools suitable for a snack or just a coffee, with a coffee machine and pods always available. The Wi-Fi is available but in the end we didn't use it since I had a lot of traffic on my phone. An additional strong point is the Sicilian hospitality that we fully enjoyed with the friendliness and availability of Benedetto (the young owner). He was there for every need at any time, he even left a little surprise at the breakfast bar for our daughter who had her birthday the day after our arrival. In short, Sicilian hospitality never disappoints. In this regard, breakfast was included and was served in a bar in the town just a few steps from the property, with an excellent assortment, needless to say, all delicious. The sandy beach is very close, and it's also convenient that you can reach the property from the airport in just 15 minutes (by car). What can I say, we will definitely return if there is another opportunity.
