Had a great time, location to beach was perfect. Franco and everyone was kind and did an awesome job making us feel at home while we stayed there. I would recommend this place to others and my clients.

Fantastic stay in a welcoming and well-kept establishment, located just a few steps from the sea. The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy the beach without having to take the car. The highlight is definitely the owner, Mr. Franco: very helpful, kind, and always ready to assist. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

The structure is clean. It takes 5 minutes on foot to reach the sea. The breakfast was good, although I would have preferred to have more variety of fruit and local pastries.

The structure is clean with five available rooms. The environments are basic but functional. Fridge, TV, and air conditioning. The price paid is disproportionate to the quality offered. One thousand euros for a room per week, and not even a drop of water offered upon arrival to guests who come from all over the world or from Italy, with thirty-two degrees Celsius temperature. The water is in the fridge but exclusively for a fee. (Note: twenty-five cents for local water) Breakfasts are served with great commitment by the very kind Mrs. Marianna, but they taste of everything except Sicily. Upon request for a fruit or an egg, one is immediately attacked by Dr. Franco, who does not accept criticism and gets offended like a child. What a shame, it would take very little to greatly improve the positive perception of the structure. This way it just does not work.

We had a very good time. The structure is ten minutes from the sea on foot. The staff is kind, especially Mrs. Arianna, always friendly and affable.

We stayed in a Family Room on the upper floor of Villa Matari (1 room with a double bed and a single bed + 1 room with two single beds + 1 bathroom). The environment is simple but new, extremely clean, and air-conditioned. There is a refrigerator in the double room. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed. The entrance is independent, and you can enjoy the outdoor terrace and a second terrace with sofas and an open-air shower. The manager, Mr. Franco, and the staff, Marianna and the other operators, are extremely kind and available for any eventuality. The location is very close to the free beach of Fontane Bianche or, for those who prefer, to the bathing establishments. Syracuse is about twenty minutes away. Recommended both for a stay limited to Fontane Bianche and for a stay with trips to Syracuse, Cassibile Reserve, Avola, Noto, Marzamemi, etc.

We returned to Villa Matari for another long weekend. We were even better than the first time, welcomed and pampered by Franco and Marianna. Excellent as always the breakfast, very clean room (redone every morning) and very comfortable patio. The proximity to the beautiful sea of Fontane Bianche makes the holiday time very pleasant.

Excellent structure, spacious rooms and impeccable cleanliness. Varied and abundant breakfast. Great location. Unmatched kindness of the staff. We felt at home.

Extremely kind and helpful staff, fairly well-organized structure within short distance from beach and restaurants. Daily cleaning, sweet and savory breakfast. Rooms equipped with everything needed: TV, air conditioning, reasonably spacious refrigerator with freezer. We will definitely come back in the future.

We spent some very pleasant days in Villa Matari, our double room was well organized with a private patio where we could stay outdoors. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower and shampoo and shower gel available for guests. We really appreciated the warm welcome from Franco, who was available for any suggestions, and Marianna's cakes were excellent. Starting the day with a nice breakfast outdoors in front of the garden sets the mood in the best way to enjoy the holiday. We will be back soon!

An exceptional experience at B&B Villa Matari. I cannot express enough how extraordinary my recent experience at B&B Villa Matari has been. Myself and two of my friends had the privilege of staying here for three nights, and every moment was simply unforgettable. First and foremost, I would like to emphasize how the kindness and availability of Mrs. Marianna and Mr. Franco made our stay so special. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly and felt right at home. Their attention to detail and dedication to making us feel comfortable was truly unique. It almost felt like we were visiting longtime friends rather than a B&B. One of the most delightful aspects of this stay was the breakfast. Mrs. Marianna spoiled us with a selection of homemade products that were simply divine. Every morning we had the privilege of tasting her incredible freshly baked sweets and delicacies. The care and love she puts into preparing each dish are palpable and made every breakfast a unique taste experience. Additionally, I can only applaud the B&B's initiative in offering various affiliated restaurant options. Among these, I absolutely recommend the restaurant La Capannina, located a few meters from the property. The delicacies served there were nothing short of extraordinary. The food was exquisite and the welcoming atmosphere made every meal a memorable moment. In conclusion, I can only praise the B&B with the most positive words. It is a hidden gem that offers not only comfort and convenience but also an extraordinary human experience thanks to the kindness of Mrs. Marianna and Mr. Franco. I highly recommend anyone looking for a cozy and unforgettable retreat to give this charming B&B a chance. I can't wait to return in the future!

We stayed as a couple in this strategically well-located property to easily reach the many places to visit in the surrounding areas: Ortigia, Noto, Vendicari Reserve, etc. The room was comfortable and clean with a spacious bathroom and a useful outdoor shower. The property also provided us with a useful beach umbrella to use during our stay. The free beach is only a 3-minute walk away. The owner Franco is the added value with his availability and friendliness. Following his directions, we had the perfect guide for every need. Thank you Franco! And thanks to the very kind Marianna for preparing delicious breakfasts.

An oasis of courtesy and tranquility, enriched by the delicious cakes of Mrs. Marianna.

Cozy, quiet structure, strategically located a few steps from the sea, but at the same time convenient to reach the splendid Siracusa and other nearby locations like Avola, Noto, Marzamemi. Excellent room cleanliness and appreciable care for the open spaces. Mr. Franco is superb, helpful and discreetly present, and Marianna delighted our breakfasts with her fantastic cakes. To be repeated.
