What a delightful and charming place to stay! I flew to Palermo to attend an event at the Teatro della Verdura, which is just 10 mins walk away. It is also very convenient for the beautiful beaches at Mondello. The room was huge, beds very comfortable, linen excellent and the bathroom was marble, the result of a new renovation on the property. The shower was the best I've had in Sicily. Peace and quiet after noisy Palermo, so quiet you could hear the birds singing, but close enough to surrounding cafes and restaurants. I only wish I had spent more time there relaxing. Pucci the Director speaks perfect English, was also a perfect host, even offering to take me to the beach. Highly recommended.

Beautiful facility, very comfortable rooms, very kind and helpful manager. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet place in the city (beautiful park in front of the entrance to the Villa). I do not recommend dining at the famous Braceria (in the same facility) because it is overcrowded and they are very rude.

Wonderful charming and historical location. The staff were extremely kind and caring. The suite with antique furniture was beautiful. The breakfast, then, was extremely abundant and related to the local cuisine.

Very beautiful structure, obtained from an ancient baglio, very quiet place, strategic position between Palermo city and Mondello beach. Also adjacent to a beautiful 'Braciera' where we went for dinner every evening. Highly recommended place.

Spacious and very clean room, a pity about the poor management. The breakfast time (ends at 09:30) so I would say it's not a place for holidaymakers if one expects to rest a bit, especially on Sunday.
