The stay at Villa Giulia was an extraordinary experience. The "Perla Marina" room is a true corner of luxury, featuring refined parquet flooring, a flat-screen TV, and an elegant bathroom equipped with all comforts. What really impressed me was the private jacuzzi and the sensory shower, perfect for a moment of total relaxation. Additionally, the indoor pool added an extra touch of wellness, allowing me to relax even on cooler days. Every corner of the villa is meticulously maintained to provide an exclusive and peaceful stay. An experience to repeat without a doubt, recommended for those seeking luxury, comfort, and serenity.

Excellent facility, kindness, and great availability of the lady who welcomed us. The facility is beautiful.

Unique place, it feels like living in a movie for how beautiful and unusual it is. At the end of the stay, I really did not want to leave. Everything was perfect.

I appreciated the kindness and availability very much. The original architectural structure favors rounded architectural forms that create voluptuous volumes, managing to achieve a good compromise between elegance and functionality. The location is advisable for a stay away from the traffic of Ortigia. The ample parking area is excellent, as reaching Ortigia by car is essential. The wellness area is also good, with an indoor pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. The solution for the breakfast service is less successful. The structure currently offers a service in partnership with a bar, which can be reached by car, although it is nearby. Although the bar also has convenient parking and offers a good variety of excellent products, including savory options, it is a very busy place and, at least during the working season, even crowded, due to the nearby school and hospital. In order of importance, I would suggest, for the future, to equip the rooms with light curtains in addition to the already present heavy ones; to offer at least the option of breakfast on the premises and, since there is enough space, to add one or two chairs and a small table in the rooms that allow working in the room without having to go to the common areas or work in bed.

Spacious, spotless rooms, equipped with a balcony, bathroom or jacuzzi shower. We are on the level of a five-star hotel plus.

Wonderful, brand new and clean structure. We were welcomed by Paolo, really kind and helpful. Very satisfied.
