The accommodations are new and modern with 2 sets of double glazed windows so it is very quiet. The property is managed by owners who were very helpful and accommodating. Close to Syracusa train/bus station and a short walk to Ortigia Island.

Carlo was a very welcoming host and advised us on places to eat and visit. Location excellent. Everything on your doorstep from the cathedral, shops and restaurants. We had a ground floor room which was spacious with a small kitchen area with a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities. We made our own breakfast so did not book the breakfast option.

Great location, Carlo gave great local advice about restaurants. I didn't get breakfast at the Gran Caffe del Duomo either because they were not open when I was around or the service was bad. I recommend the Viola bakery around the corner instead.

Our host Carlo was very efficient and friendly in dealing with our stay. The location is great at the very center of old Syracuse nearby the Piazza del Duomo. It is great also to have breakfast organized at the Gran Cafe on that place. The room is small but cozy. Tre Archi is an excellent choice for visiting Ortigia. Carlo gave us also some good references to go for dinner in typical places serving quality food. We recommend Tre Archi without any doubts.

Overall excellent and recommended: lovely accommodation on a quiet street near everything. Easy to find for first-time visitors. The pastries and drinks at breakfast at the restaurant were delicious. Daily cleaning is appreciated, especially the bathroom cleaning. Only 2 small things we did not like: the bed has a "memory foam" mattress that many love, but we don't. Also, you have to drink bottled water in Siracusa - our host provided a bottle on Day 1 but after that we had to buy our own.

We had a very pleasant stay with our baby. The room was as welcoming as our hosts. They were very available and helpful. Everything went very well. We came by car and they proposed us a parking very near from the B&B. Our baby had a bed. It was easy to visit all around, the location is perfect. \nWe warmly recommend!

The B&B is excellent and well located to visit the island of Ortigia, in a quiet street. I stayed in this room for three nights and I had a great experience. The room is clean, bright and well furnished, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed is comfortable, the atmosphere is quiet and the area is very convenient, close to Ortigia, in the city centre. The owner was kind and helpful, always ready to assist if needed. I recommend it 100%, perfect for both short and long stays. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

The accommodation is welcoming and secluded just a stone's throw from the Duomo square, in the ancient heart of the fabulous Ortigia. The room is comfortable and clean, the bathroom functional, the bed very comfortable, the host is extremely kind, providing numerous useful tips on where to eat. Absolutely recommended. The only downside: perhaps due to the winter season and the humidity of the period, the linen, although clean, was affected in olfactory terms.

Great Tre Archi Bed and Breakfast centrally located, behind the Cathedral but with a nice private courtyard, very quiet, away from the noisy crowd. Excellent location to visit Ortigia and Syracuse in general. Small room and bathroom but with everything needed for the stay, a plus the coffee machine with pods and kettle with infusions included in the services of the property. I recommend it.

The room is small, with the bed practically attached on both sides to the wall, and it has an uncomfortable mattress. The bathroom is tiny, with a folding door and stained glass. The positive note is the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast is served outside the facility.

Salve, siamo lieti che abbia apprezzato la nostra attenzione per la pulizia. Per quanto riguarda la dimensione delle camere ne abbiamo di diverse dimensioni. Bastava leggere la metratura indicata e selezionare la tipologia di camera più adatta alle sue esigenze, dal momento che le triple uso doppia hanno lo stesso prezzo delle matrimoniali. Per quanto riguarda i materassi finora si sono trovati tutti molto bene, come può visionare dalle precedenti recensioni. Questa è la prima segnalazione a riguardo, se dovessimo riceverne altre non esiteremo a cambiarlo. Infine il vetro del bagno non è "macchiato" come lei asserisce, ma effetto anticheggiante come quello della reception. Saluti.

The stay was pleasant from all points of view. The Tre Archi B&B, located in a typical street inspired by local tradition, meets the expectations advertised on the web. The sea is reachable in three minutes. The manager provided prompt and excellent assistance for all expressed needs, even those of a primary nature. I will gladly return to the Tre Archi in Ortigia. The structure is located in a strategic and characteristic position. The managers are very helpful and kind. They were precious in providing directions and information. Very nice B&B, located in the center of Ortigia and a stone's throw from Piazza d'Uomo. Excellent cleanliness and choice of furnishings. We stayed in the green room on the first floor, not too big, but equipped with everything and very welcoming. The manager sent me all the necessary information via WhatsApp (map, parking, and route to the B&B). Breakfast will be served at the bar in Piazza d'Uomo, abundant and good, with a choice available. Highly recommended.

For the first time, unfortunately, I find myself writing a review that does not consider the structure but something else. I returned to Syracuse after a few years and was lucky to find this small and comfortable studio that allowed me to enjoy the city center in complete peace. The rooms are renovated and tastefully furnished, and the hospitality of the landlady is exquisite. Absolutely recommended.

We were in Syracuse to see the Greek tragedies. If we were to go again, we would definitely try to return to this delightful B&B. In a strategic position in the historic center, in Ortigia, it is an excellent base for visiting the historical and artistic attractions of the city. The apartment is a gem, comfortable, tastefully furnished with top quality designer furniture, which is rare for a vacation home. The kitchenette is perfectly equipped, with a bookshelf dividing the living area from the sleeping area and a bathroom. It is very clean. Carlo and his mother, who manage it, have shown exquisite courtesy, being very kind in answering all the questions that arose in organizing the vacation and choosing where to stay. I highly recommend it. It is perfect for a couple or a family with a small child. I hope to return soon, in the meantime, thank you for the hospitality.
