We are a small family-run guesthouse that is not classified as a B&B, and we do not have common areas. Ci fa piacere che abbia trovato la camera carina, anche se ci dispiace leggere i suoi voti, che ci sembrano poco coerenti con quanto espresso. Siamo rimasti perplessi dal punteggio assegnato alla posizione, considerando che ci troviamo nel cuore di Ortigia, una delle zone più apprezzate e centrali di Siracusa, nonché centro storico a pochi passi dalla Cattedrale. Anche i giudizi su materassi e cuscini ci hanno sorpresi, poiché è la prima volta che riceviamo una critica su questi aspetti: quasi 200 ospiti, su diverse piattaforme, li hanno sempre valutati molto positivamente. Accogliamo sempre con attenzione i suggerimenti costruttivi, ma riteniamo che una critica debba essere accompagnata da una valutazione equilibrata e utile al miglioramento. I was very happy with the accommodation. The owner Andrea is very helpful and sent me many useful information via WhatsApp. The room was modern and clean. The location is ideal for visiting Ortigia. There is a small Coop supermarket downstairs, very useful. I would return to this accommodation.

The only flaw of our stay in Ortigia was not being able to stay longer. The room we stayed in was perfect for our needs, and it was a stroke of luck to find it right in Ortigia with little notice and at a fair price. The best aspect was the host's attention: they took the care to find us a free parking space near the property just before our arrival, thus facilitating and speeding up our access, all with the warm hospitality that characterizes Sicilians. I recommend it 100% and hope to return soon.

Very helpful and kind owners, they even provided parking as soon as we arrived at Siracusa Ortigia by Duomo. Very nice rooms recently renovated. The only flaw, the building lacks an elevator.
