Pros: Very convenient location, clean apartment. Cons: Payment only in cash. The management of the bunch of keys and accessibility is inconvenient. Guests are asked to clean sand off their feet before entering the house; a small fountain or a hose in the courtyard would be useful. We had to prepare bottles of water.

Gentile Signora Paolini, ci dispiace che alcuni aspetti del soggiorno non siano stati di suo gradimento. Per quanto riguarda il pagamento, precisiamo che la prenotazione è stata effettuata tramite il portale B&B, con versamento di una caparra tramite bonifico bancario. Al momento della stipula del regolare contratto di locazione turistica, da Lei sottoscritto, era previsto il saldo anticipato dell’intero soggiorno. Non disponendo di POS, avevamo indicato per l’importo a saldo, come modalità il pagamento in contanti oppure optare per un bonifico istantaneo; modalità diverse, ma entrambe con la certezza del saldo. Per quanto riguarda la sabbia, la richiesta di pulire i piedi prima di entrare è dettata sia dall’esigenza di mantenere puliti gli spazi sia, soprattutto, dalla necessità di evitare che la sabbia provochi ostruzioni alle tubature, problema che purtroppo in passato abbiamo già riscontrato. La possibilità di installare una fontanella è stata valutata, ma non è risultata praticabile per motivi legati alla sicurezza e alla gestione degli spazi comuni. Ci dispiace che queste attenzioni siano state percepite negativamente, sono semplicemente accorgimenti adottati per tutelare la struttura e garantire un soggiorno piacevole a tutti i nostri ospiti. Dal 2011 svolgiamo il nostro lavoro con serietà e attenzione, come testimoniano le numerose recensioni positive ricevute.

We spent 9 nights in August at this facility. Excellent apartment 2 minutes walk from the sea and the town center. Giusy was very kind and always available for any information or advice. Highly recommended! Lorenzo and Alice.

We spent three wonderful days, the Residence Arcobaleno is located in the center a stone's throw from the sea. The apartment is well-structured, equipped with all the comforts to spend a pleasant holiday and above all quite clean. Experience to be repeated for sure.

We spent 4 wonderful days in San Vito lo Capo. We found a second home, furnished with taste, simplicity, and very functional, close to everything (sea, center, port, etc.). Mrs. Giusy was always available and very nice. In short, to do again, again and again with great pleasure.

We have been guests at Residence Arcobaleno twice. It is located right in the center, at the same time the place is quite autonomous and safe. All the apartments are spacious, bright, and very cute, comfortable and clean, inside there is everything you need. The owners are very kind and friendly.\n\nThe apartments are suitable for both couples, families with children, and friends who want to live close by and at the same time independently.\n\nGreat place for a wonderful holiday in beautiful San Vito Lo Capo!
