This place is fantastic! When I first researched what I wanted to see in Catania, the amphitheater was on my list. Who knew I would be staying inside it! The rooms are clean, comfortable and have an amazing terrace inside the amphitheater to enjoy wine and coffee. The location is the best. It is easy to walk to all the main points of interest in Catania and there are restaurants and shopping everywhere. Anna, the host, couldn’t be nicer and was very accommodating. All her recommendations were spot on. Although there isn’t a hot breakfast, snacks and beverages are provided 24/7. You are given a voucher for breakfast at a nearby café a 2-minute walk away. The only downside was the initial walk upstairs with our luggage since there is no elevator. However, it was certainly not a deal breaker. Once we got up, it was so worth it. Don’t pass on this place. You won’t be disappointed!

This is a beautiful property with amazing integration of the ancient amphitheater into the property! Anna went way above and beyond to make our stay welcoming, easy and memorable. Be sure to ask for her recommendations on restaurants, parking and things to do. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

We chose the accommodation for its originality and central location and we were really very satisfied. The hostess is very kind, helpful and assisted us with a lot of information about the city and attractions. The only downside is the breakfast: the service at the local bar was very basic and the breakfast was rather meager.
