Description Breakfast

The breakfast at Quattro Incanti is designed to offer a first taste of the culture and culinary quality "made in Sicily". It features a wide selection of flavors, a presentation rich in colors and shapes, and a careful selection based on the season of the year, local celebrations, and their culinary peculiarities. Located on the second floor (which can be reached via a comfortable internal staircase), the living room and terrace are entirely independent of the sleeping area and provide the perfect setting for breakfast. Guests can enjoy a sweet Sicilian festival of flavors, scents, and colors, which includes a buffet of typical products, seasonal fruits and jams, yogurts and juices, pastries and croissants, biscuits and cakes, as well as the inevitable cappuccinos, latte macchiatos, and coffees, served directly at the tables. The panoramic view from the terrace available to guests frames the nearby Real Teatro Santa Cecilia, Palazzo Valguarnera Ganci (a set for some scenes of the movie "Il Gattopardo"), the rooftops of the city center, and reaches Montepellegrino, "the most beautiful promontory in the world," the final resting place of Santa Rosalia, the patron saint of Palermo. Italian breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00 every day. Any requests for specific products related to food intolerances, allergies or diets can be communicated at the time of booking.

Lovely bed and breakfast near the old town. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had a lovely breakfast provided by the host who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He arranged our transfer back to the airport and arrived early to provide us with breakfast before our flight.

Allesandro is very helpful and reacted promptly to my questions per e-mail or Whatsapp. The room is great and very clean in a perfect location. Breakfast outsider on the rooftop is wonderful!

Alessandro and his staff were the perfect hosts. His wife and mother-in-law made daily breakfast cakes in addition to homemade fruit jams and jellies, orange, lemon, fig and strawberry. The rooftop seating area was spacious with a fabulous view of the surrounding city. The beds/mattresses in the rooms were so comfortable. Air conditioning was also great. Rooms spacious. We took the advice to take the local bus from the airport to the central station for 6 euros pp, then a 15-minute walk to the property. A great savings compared to $40 euros for a taxi. You do have to walk your luggage up to the 5th floor but it was well worth it. If we get back to Sicily we will definitely stay with Alessandro again.

First impression with Palermo and I chose this accommodation for its central location. Certainly, in the evening (especially on Saturday), the streets below the accommodation were crowded with noise. But inside the room, it was not very loud, thanks to the triple windows and earplugs provided by the manager. Then there's nothing better than breakfast on the terrace! Magnificent view and great food! Impeccable cleanliness and lots of suggestions to visit Palermo at its best. I recommend this B&B to everyone.

The highlight of the property is its manager Alessandro who provides very precise instructions for self check-in. The property is located in an old building on the second floor but inside the bed and breakfast is impeccable for comfort and cleanliness. The breakfast on the terrace is sublime, made with artisanal products and the jams are delicious. Moreover, if there is friendliness, courtesy and humor that accompany everything, it's all much better and here at Quattro Incanti, Alessandro ensures it!

I stayed at the Quattro Incanti for only one night. Pleasant, spacious, clean room. Super breakfast. The owner was available, attentive to every need. We were able to leave our luggage at the property. Everything was perfect, I recommend it.

Alessandro was very kind and caring. He provided us with a multitude of useful tips both before and during our stay. Everything is organized to perfection from booking, to welcoming, and throughout the stay. New, spacious and comfortable beds as well as the rest of the B&B (brand new bathrooms/top insulation/very spacious and bright room/breakfast terrace). Very central. We will gladly return.

Regarding breakfast, the rating is not 10 but at least 12! Already from the detailed instructions for fast check-in that you receive before arrival, you understand that you are dealing with a precise and competent person. The structure is clean, tidy, with a beautiful terrace available for guests. The rooms have excellent sound insulation, an air conditioner that, used in dehumidifier + silent mode, is not noticeable and not forceful with the cold (no risk of summer cold!). The location is perfect, close to all the main points of interest in Palermo. The host, Alessandro, you can see that he is passionate about his work! Friendly, reserved, and helpful, truly competent. A person with whom it is impossible not to have a pleasant conversation. Okay, there is the limit of the slightly annoying stairs, but the luggage is taken up only once and the effort is worth the stay!

I randomly chose this accommodation and I was satisfied. The environment is very familiar, it is an apartment with 4 rooms, extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. The manager has always been kind, friendly, and helpful. The location is strategic, we reached all the places of interest on foot, and the area itself is enriched with numerous venues and a lively atmosphere. The breakfast time is very convivial, to be enjoyed inside or on the lovely terrace with excellent homemade cakes and other local products. I recommend it!

I can only give the highest rating to this property. The location is excellent, just a stone's throw from Palermo station and the center, you can walk everywhere without needing a car or public transport. Our room was spacious and well organized, equipped with all the comforts, cleaning is done every day. Excellent breakfast, both sweet and savory (homemade cakes were much appreciated), served on a very charming terrace on beautiful days. Finally, the welcome from the owner Alessandro made us feel at home! Our stay was truly pleasant. Highly recommended!

Let's start with the owner, who was infinitely kind, supporting us in every request with extreme courtesy and promptness. The bed and breakfast is a real gem. It is located in a somewhat run-down building that could be discouraging at first, but as soon as you open the door on the second floor, you enter an apartment divided into rooms that welcomes you with its light colors and well-kept details, immediately putting you at ease. The room is just as well-kept, spacious, welcoming, new, and equipped with every comfort. An additional value is the terrace that can be reached by an internal staircase and allows you to have breakfast outdoors. We also really liked the location, a stone's throw from Quattro Canti and other places of interest, lively even in the evening if you don't want to go far in search of a restaurant. We found parking near the property without difficulty. Therefore, recommended from all points of view.

la struttura è situata in un'ottima posizione, a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione dei treni e nel quartiere di Kalsa, quartiere dinamico e pieno di ottimi ristoranti e localini. Le camere sono molto graziose e la pulizia è ottima. Ottima anche la colazione. Infine, Alessandro, il gestore, si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e cordiale. Se dovessi ritornare a Palermo sicuramente sceglierei questa struttura.

Struttura ottima ristrutturata nuova, camera e bagno perfetta comodissima, posizione più Centrale non si può, pulizia perfetta, terrazzo con vista cittá per colazione con dolci fatti a casa spettacolare. Il signor Alessandro, il proprietario gentilissimo educato e sempre disponibilissimo a qualunque nostra richiesta, rappresenta la Classica ospitalità Siciliana senza limiti. Struttura in centro a Palermo che consiglio. Il b&b è in un palazzo antico al secondo piano. Struttura semplice ma pulitissima. Alessandro il proprietario gentilissimo e pieno di attenzioni verso il cliente. Preciso e scrupoloso. Perfette tutte le norme anticovid che vengono seguite dalla sanificazione della struttura alla colazione e all'uso della mascherina. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere a piedi a pochi minuti qualsiasi attrazione turistica del centro di Palermo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ottima posizione, struttura pulitissima (la stanza viene pulita tutti i giorni) e Alessandro è una persona veramente cordiale e dà ottimi consigli. Inoltre è molto attento nel rispetto delle regole imposte per il covid. La colazione è splendida. Siamo rimasti 7 giorni e siamo stati veramente bene. Speriamo di poterci tornare presto.

Il B&B è posizionato in un ottima posizione. È a pochi minuti dalla stazione centrale di Palermo e dal cuore pulsante della città. I locali e le stanze della struttura, nonostante si trovino in un antico palazzo del centro, sono tutti completamente ristrutturati e ammodernati. La colazione offerta dal titolare è più che abbondante, con un ampia varietà di prodotti, anche caserecci e artigianali, che spaziano dal dolce al salato. Infine, per ultimo, ma non per importanza, vi è da segnalare l'ospitalità offerta dal titolare Alessandro, il quale è sempre pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza degli ospiti e a far conoscere i luoghi dove si può trovare la Palermo più vera e vivace, rendendo il soggiorno gradevole, come se ci si trovasse ospiti presso un amico di vecchia data. Super consigliato!

Mi sono trovata benissimo. Ho adorato la colazione con prodotti fatti in casa e possibilità di farla in terrazza. Il gestore è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. Inoltre, la pulizia è impeccabile.

Struttura ben posizionata all'interno del centro storico cittadino! a pochi minuti dalla cattedrale, piazza quattro canti, e i due mercati storici di palermo! il Ballaro' eil VUcciaria! ed a tanti altri siti turistici! struttura in un vecchio edificio ottocentesco, unica pecca... salire dei gradini abbastanza alti! ma per il resto tutto magnifico! Tanta professionalità e cortesia da parte del sign, Alessandro. Camere ben pulite, climatizzatori ben funzionanti, visto il grande caldo che batte sulla città, colazione molto soddisfacente da consumare, in una saletta al piano di sopra, dove trovare anche una piccola terrazza dove prendere qualche momento di relax! E per terminare... mi e' stata concessa la possibilità di tenere il mio bagaglio, in loco, fino al tardi pomeriggio! certamente alla mia prossima volta a palermo, ritornerò in questo B&B.

Abbiamo trascorso questa piccola vacanza nella meravigliosa città di Palermo! Oltre alla bellezza della città, folkloristica e magica, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornare in questo curatissimo b&b posizionato al centro di Palermo e gestito da Alessandro. Il B&B è situato in pieno centro storico, ci si muove facilmente a piedi per raggiungere i monumenti e le zone d'interesse culturale della città. Ideale per chi ama la movida notturna. Il gestore si è preoccupato di trovarmi un garage per la moto a pochi passi dalla struttura. Pulizia quotidiana delle camere. Consiglio vivamente.
