Our B&B is placed at Stazzo district of Acireale a few metres from the seashore in an area known for its spa waters and facilities (Terme di Acireale), rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view. "Palazzo Giovanni B&B" is a prestigious dwelling to conjure up the thrill of the past, elegant design with attention to detail, a residence with unique, original style.

Can not fault this B&B Beautiful place, stunning views of Etna Very clean, owner Silvio cannot do enough for you. Silvio and his wife Alessandra are lovely lovely people They also have secure parking which is a definite bonus Would definitely recommend.

It is a wonderful place to stay. A real Palazzo, perfect! The owner Silvio and his wife are very friendly and helpful. They really want to make it a perfect stay for their guests - and they are successful! The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious and Silvio helps with a lot of informations. The place is perfect to explore Catania, Etna, Taormina and a lot of interesting places in the surrounding.

A charming building well decorated and scented. A very beautiful and flowered rooftop terrace with a very nice view. A small drawback for access to people with difficulties, which is through a beautiful but very narrow spiral staircase on the outside. \nI regret being accommodated on the ground floor, near the entrance and by the road, with a basic bathroom. It would be nice to have a wall shelf to place toiletries and facial lighting. \nHowever, the welcome was very friendly and informative.

Tout était parfait du verre de limoncello offert à l'arrivée, à l'organisation de la randonnée sur l'Etna avec un guide, au choix de la chambre et top du top du petit déjeuner sur la terrasse face à l'Etna. Un grand merci à Silvio.

L'endroit est loin de tout et on peut s'en éloigner qùen voiture. Il n'y a rien à faire sur place. C'est entouré de magnifiques plantations de citronniers mais elles sont toutes grillagées et on ne peut pas s'y promener. Le seul endroit pour se promener sont les petites routes asphaltées, sans trottoir, sur lesquelles il faut faire très attention aux voitures. Le bord de mer de Stazzo n'a pas de charme, une large bande de blocs rocheux sépare la route de la mer, on ne peut donc pas réellement s'approcher de la mer. Le village du bord de mer n'a aucun intérêt. Cette adresse est parfaite pour y passer une nuit ou deux, le temps de faire étape pour un trekking sur l'Etna. Nous y sommes restées toute une semaine, ce qui est beaucoup trop long, car il n'y a rien à faire sur place, et on est obligé de prendre la voiture ne serait-ce que pour aller dîner dans un endroit agréable (les restaurants du village sont moyens). Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et pris sur une toiture-terrasse avec une belle vue sur l'Etna. La seule déception, c'est que les boissons chaudes n'étaient pas à la hauteur de la qualité de l'endroit. On se les procurait auprès de ce genre de "machine à café", qui ne débite que des cafés insipides et de l'eau tiède pour le thé. Ce fut vraiment dommage car en-dehors des boissons le petit-déjeuner était excellent. Les draps de bains, dont le changement était prévu deux fois par semaine, n'ont pas été changés. Au bout de 4 nuits, mon amie a déposé son drap de bains au sol pour le faire changer. Le soir même, nous avons retrouvé le même drap de bains sale qui avait traîné au sol, à nouveau accroché sur la patère, par-dessus le mien ! Bien-évidemment, nous sommes allées trouver les propriétaires pour réclamer des draps de bain frais, et nous les avons reçus, mais n'est-il pas choquant de ne pas changer un drap de bains jeté au sol, après 4 nuits sur place lorsque le règlement nous informe que les draps de bains sont changés deux fois par semaine ? Compte tenu du tarif de ce B&B, ce genre de problème ne devrait pas se poser.

Bonjour et merci beaucoup pour le temps passé dans votre avis. En la remerciant cependant, je lui demande également de s’identifier, même en privé. Cela me fâche de répondre parce que je crois fermement au droit de chacun de pouvoir s'exprimer, mais tout doit être constructif et surtout réaliste. Comme vous le savez, nous vivons d’examens et de satisfaction du client, c’est la première chose à faire pour obtenir de bons résultats et examiner ceux qui l’ont précédé. Je pense que nous avons fait un travail remarquable. Les choses qùil écrit sont aussi douteuses que de remonter à des raisons d'insatisfaction qui peuvent aussi m'aider à faire mieux à l'avenir également parce que je suis le propriétaire et que je suis toujours avec mes clients pour les aider et leur donner une expérience, si quelque chose qui pourrait conduirait à un examen comme celui-ci, je l’aurais remarqué et au moins j’aurais essayé de faire quelque chose. Les raisons pour lesquelles je dis cela et je vous serais reconnaissant si vous pouviez me montrer, ainsi qu’à d’autres clients éventuels, le contraire, sont les suivantes. et ceci parce que je n'aime pas spéculer ou tricher et je n'en ai pas besoin. Je recherche l'expérience d'accueil, j'aime ce travail et je ne le fais pas pour de l'argent, Je suis disposé à faire d'autres comparaisons constructives si vous avez le temps et l'envie de le faire, mais j'espère que vous aurez une identification claire de votre réservation et du problème que vous avez trouvé qui justifie le mauvais jugement que vous nous avez donné. Cela dit, j'espère qùà l'avenir, si vous le souhaitez, vous pourrez revenir ici et changer complètement d'avis. Aurevoir à vous. Silvio et Alessandra.

Excellents service et prestations. La maison est superbe et il y a une vue magnifique. Terrasse très fleurie ou est servi un bon petit déjeuner. Propriétaire très sympathique. C'est une adresse que je recommande fortement.

Superbe maison face à l'Etna. La terrasse sur laquelle on prend un petit-déjeuner copieux est paradisiaque. Propriétaire avenant et pas avare de renseignements. Seul petit bémol: il serait utile de préciser qu'une des chambres a une salle de bains privative mais qùil faut traverser un couloir pour s'y rendre.

Très bel établissement; beaucoup de charme; chambre spacieuses et très propres; très bon accueil de Sylvio, et sa femme, qui est très bon guide pour la région; les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse panoramique sur le toit sont un vrai plaisir. Très appréciable le grand jardin fermé pour ranger les voitures. Très bien situé pour visiter la région. A recommander. Bruno Lydia.

Spettacolare struttura con camere belle e comode, munite di bagno molto grande..con parcheggio comodissimo e di facile accesso, paesaggio bellissimo, i proprietari disponibili e gentili ci hanno accolto in confortevoli terrazze per la colazione. Consigliatissimo.

Fantastica struttura di classe e raffinatezza, in mezzo ai limoneti tra l'Etna ed il Mar Jonio. Grande disponibilità ed attenzione dei gestori Silvio ed Alessandra ad allietare la permanenza ed a consigliare gite, ristoranti, visite. Location perfetta quale base di partenza per visite Taormina, Etna, Catania e Riviera dei Ciclopi. Indimenticabili le superbe colazioni in terrazza con vista mare ed Etna. Struttura consigliatissima!

Splendida struttura solo un po' difficile da raggiungere a causa della scarsa segnaletica. I gestori affabili e gentili, molto attenti ai loro ospiti senza essere invadenti. La colazione, servita sullo splendido terrazzo, è da Favola. Sicuramente ci ritornerò.

Ho soggiornato al B&B Palazzo Giovanni con mia moglie e mio figlio e siamo stati veramente bene. Posizione tranquilla ma ideale per ogni tipo di escursione, parcheggio privato, stanze belle, pulite e ottima colazione su terrazzo panoramico. Silvio e sua moglie fanno il loro lavoro con passione ed attenzione per i loro ospiti. I consigli su dove andare, dove mangiare, dove parcheggiare cosa vedere rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Abbiamo già consigliato la struttura ad amici, sicuri di indirizzarli nel posto giusto per visitare la parte est della Sicilia.

Ottima struttura splendida vista su Etna e mare. Camere spaziose e ben tenute. La colazione in terrazza d'estate è un vero piacere. Unico neo l'impossibilità di pagare con carte di credito/debito.
