Our apartment is located in an area rich in historical, architectural and cultural testimonies, in the historic center of the city in the Tribunale area. "Palazzo Cutelli Bed&Book" is a design structure characterized by attention to detail, where the charm of history is combined with the most modern comforts.
Surroundings
The area in which we are located and the surrounding places offer our guests the opportunity to go shopping, admire the products of local craftsmanship, build delicious food and wine itineraries through which to discover traditions and cultures, get lost in cultural events and exhibitions.
A short distance from our residence, guests will find monuments and places of interest to satisfy their desire for knowledge (Teatro Massimo, Duomo, Castello della Zisa, etc.).

Characteristics of the structure
We offer our customers a private bathroom in every room, free wifi, heated rooms, air conditioning, freedom to return at night at any time, even with access via whatsapp link via the Vikey application.

Our rooms
In the air-conditioned rooms our guests will find hairdryers, internet access, smart TV with streaming services (Netflix, Prime, etc.).
We can accommodate up to a maximum of 20 travellers in:
2 double rooms that can accommodate 2 people
1 accommodation with two bedrooms that can accommodate 5 people
1 room that can accommodate 3 people (a double bed and a single bed)
1 apartment that can accommodate 4 people.
Sheets and linens and bathroom sets are included.
THERE IS A SMALL SPA ROOM WHERE RELAXING MASSAGES AND PROFESSIONAL HOLISTIC TREATMENTS ARE CARRIED OUT.

The managers will be able to provide you with the information you need in English and Spanish as well as in Italian.

Our guests can enjoy breakfast, when included in their reservation, using a ticket at the Amaro&duci café just a few meters away.

Excellent stay at Palazzo Cutelli. Very well located to visit Palermo on foot or by train (Cefalù airport, Monreale...). Our hosts were welcoming and attentive. The room is large, bright, and well decorated. The breakfast is varied and appetizing. I recommend this establishment.

Stay in Palermo TOP! Convenient place to move around the city on foot, safe area in a historic building, well-kept in every detail, beds with new mattresses, meticulous cleanliness, friendly hosts who went out of their way to meet all our needs. We will definitely return. We were welcomed by Vincenzo and Alessio like old friends! Oh, important: 7 minutes on foot from Lolli Station which leads to the airport. Keep it up guys, you are great. Beautiful stay. The B&B is just a few steps from the center. The owners are very nice and always available. The room is very spacious with an en-suite bathroom. If you like books, it is the perfect place because there are books everywhere. Absolutely recommended.

The location is excellent, close to the center of Palermo, near the Lolli train station, which goes to and from the Falcone and Borsellino airport. We were very well.

We returned last night after staying in the Capo room for five nights. We can only compliment the owners, whom we found super helpful and especially nice. Comfortable and welcoming room, very cheerful kitchen, and excellent breakfast service. The cleaning service of the room was also excellent, with more being done than necessary. Despite other reviews saying otherwise, the Palazzo Cutelli Bed&Book is actually close to the area of the Politeama and Massimo theaters, about ten minutes walk from the center. We take this opportunity to thank the owners of the B&B again and to say hello to their lovely little dog Mimì, who loves eggs.
