Great location, nice host.

New, modern furniture. Clean. There is parking nearby. Top location, 5 minutes from the cathedral. Friendly host.

We really enjoyed the room. Very clean and fresh with nice amenities. Our plans changed on the day of our arrival so we did not arrive until late in the evening. But access had been pre-arranged and we got in without a hitch using the detailed instructions (in English!). Unfortunately because of our late arrival and early departure, we did not get to explore and enjoy the neighborhood.

Perfect location in a small, very nice neighborhood. Beautiful view of the rooftops. Modern and clean room for a very reasonable price. The terrace is magnificent. The arrival information was conveyed to us for a very easy and organized independent arrival. No negative points.

Apartment as described. Very clean and functional accommodation. Host precise in the information provided. Ideal location to discover the center of Monreale.

We stayed one night in early December. The property is nice and in a great location, but unfortunately it is very damp and simply having a warm environment would have solved this problem. We arrived very late in the evening and, despite the host having been informed of our arrival time, we found a cold and damp environment. Turning on the heating was not sufficient to create a warm environment for sleeping. The sofa bed had not been prepared and, once opened, we noticed that the summer bedspread was dirty; there was no blanket, duvet, pillows, or towels. The host, to remedy all these inconveniences, did not even lower the price.

Excellent experience. Especially for the friendliness and the strategic location.

Very nice property, except for the stairs to reach the top floor. They are a bit tiring to climb, especially with luggage. There was a problem with the water, which was available only on the ground floor. Fortunately we were a group and were able to use the water there. In the bathroom of room 103 there are no windows and no ventilation fans, or perhaps the fan is present but broken. All in all the stay went well. Credit also to the young woman who welcomed us. Very kind and professional.

Excellent stay, clean, welcoming and comfortable place. Beautiful shower.

A structure of superior level even compared to the classification. Superior even to the standard of the territorial context; but this is not the fault of the structure.

New and comfortable accommodation. The only drawback is that there is no parking nearby. The phone contact with the manager was easy and with precise directions.

Perfect welcome, always available, ready to answer all questions. Highly recommended.

Very beautiful and clean rooms. Excellent location close to the historic center and free parking.

Very beautiful, excellent cleanliness, friendly staff. Central area. I recommend it.

The structure is clean and welcoming, super technological (background music via Bluetooth). The bathroom is completely equipped with a jacuzzi and beautiful relaxing colored lights. The host is available and courteous (they allowed us to return to the room despite the expected check-out time). The location is central, but not very easy to find. The only flaw is that the sofa bed is not a real double bed, but only a single one with an additional mattress, so it is not really comfortable. The double bed, on the other hand, is top-notch.

The accommodation was perfect, very clean, modern and comfortable. The only small drawback is the bidet, too small to be used by an adult.

B&B excellent, we had a great time, very clean, comfortable bed and wonderful pillows, Excellent.

It is not the first time I stay in this property and I must say that everything is impeccable.

Everything absolutely perfect. Beautiful, well-kept, very clean room equipped with everything necessary. You can really see the attention to detail. And then excellent value for money.

The structure was welcoming, clean, and complete with everything we needed (it would be useful to also introduce a washing machine for a better service!), so I always gave the highest marks but I feel I have to give 9/10 on the value for money ratio only because during the period we went they were resurfacing the road right in front of our structure, so getting there was a bit more complicated and rather noisy, especially in the morning.

All good. Nice room, well furnished and equipped with amenities such as refrigerator and kettle with tea bags, espresso machine and cups. Very spacious, including the bathroom with a beautiful shower. Ceiling music connectable from phone with wifi. In the heart of the city and therefore very convenient.

We were in the room on the third floor which has a beautiful terrace. The room was very clean and spacious. Recently renovated, with excellent taste. Also the spacious bathroom with a large shower.

Detailed instructions. No surprises. The manager had warned me that there were works in progress in the historic center. Despite sleeping very well, the fixtures are super soundproof. Comfortable apartments equipped with every comfort. The highlight of my stay was the shower with chromotherapy light, very relaxing. Highly recommended.

Recently and accurately renovated structure, clean, comfortable and very beautiful. Optimal position: central and quiet. The management is very organized, check-in and check-out done remotely with great ease. Excellent impression!

Beautiful room, the area loses a lot due to the ongoing construction, I ruined a pair of shoes. We paid a lot for one night and in addition, you can't even find breakfast in the morning, just a coffee machine in the room.

Everything wonderful! Helpful and kind staff, elegant and very clean room. We had a great time. Hope to come back soon. Highly recommended ❤️.
