Super nice and warm landlords. Already upon arrival, we were gifted with a box of vegetables grown on site. The apartment is very quiet, surrounded by vegetable fields and greenhouses. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach, and about 30 minutes to the town of Donnalucata (along the beach). So, it's advisable to have a car. The apartment was clean and furnished with new furniture. The mattress is nice and firm. Towels were also provided. For hot days, there are fans in both rooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We cooked for ourselves every day. The beach is wide, sandy, and gently sloping, perfect for children. We had a great rest.

Cottage immersed in the green, clean and well-kept, equipped with all accessories, including air conditioning and fans. Large veranda that allows you to enjoy the outside overlooking a small garden. Very close to the sea with the possibility of moving to wide beaches, privacy guaranteed along with peace and tranquility, we spent fifteen fabulous days, we will come back. Top manager.

We spent, my partner and I, some truly fantastic holidays. The place was secluded and, above all, there was a silence and a peace that made you feel like entering another dimension. But the most beautiful thing is the barbecue and the veranda, where in the evening we enjoyed grilled food. The nice part is the manager Nicolò, always active to make you feel comfortable and very discreet in his appearances. Thank you, Nicolò.

We have been coming to this corner of Sicily for several years and the enthusiasm is always like the first time, even better. The structure managed by Nicola is human-sized, quiet, green and a stone's throw from the sea. The hospitality of Nicola and Francesca is truly special. The apartments have everything you need and at the same time simplicity is their characteristic. The location is strategic being in the area of Sicilian Baroque, such as Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli and Noto, just to name a few. Not to mention the sea, the possibility of reaching other beaches is within easy reach. A warm embrace to the owners Nicola and Francesca and a special thought to Sicily, a corner of paradise for us.

The house is a bit dark and 'spartan', however in a strategic position as you can reach the beach on foot in 10 minutes. There is a very nice outdoor space and equipment available for the sea. In the area there are several very beautiful beaches and cities to visit within a few kilometers. The owner is very helpful in providing all the information for the stay.

Nostalgia for this quiet corner of paradise, blue sea scented with little fish nibbling at ankles, kilometers of clean beach, the home garden with Jacarande that looks like Africa, scents and greenhouses as far as the eye can see. Nicola, discreet but vigilant and caring owner, immersed us in this baroque south that touches the soul and the senses: Donnalucata is a beautiful village, a fraction of the majestic Scicli, you can stroll on the promenade or choose the excellent nearby beaches or head towards Punta Secca or Sampieri at the Fornace Penna (la Mannara) among Mediterranean scrub and industrial archaeology. Take a nice swim near the Aziz beach club and then go discover Ragusa Ibla, Noto, Donnafugata, Scicli, and you can even venture as far as San Lorenzo in the green Ionian passing through greenhouses, vineyards, and almond groves. Nicola's wife delighted us with an almond pudding, the house that offers everything even sun loungers and umbrellas invites you to stay, silent and cool, reflecting on the great culture that this land expresses and the miracle of nature that has been granted to it. With baroque in the heart, thank you Nicola and family and we hope to see you again. Giancarlo and Anna.

A green and happy oasis inside Nicola's farm, the friendly homeowner always available to meet all our requests. The place is ideal for families (in our case 4 adults and 6 children) with kids who can move freely and safely in wide spaces. Just 5 minutes walk separate the houses from a splendid beach, not crowded even in August, with fine sand and crystal clear water easily accessible even for the youngest children. A few minutes from Donnalucata, and strategically located to visit Ragusa and surroundings. Thanks again to Nicola and his family for the wonderful vacation.

I have to tell the truth. The hardest part was leaving. With my family, we had a fantastic week. The property ensures tranquility and the opportunity to enjoy a beach with golden sand. It is the ideal place for those who want to discover the charming baroque views of Scicli, Ragusa, and Modica. Nicola and Francesca are excellent hosts. We will definitely return. I would add that it is the ideal choice for those, like us, who own a dog.

During our small Sicilian tour, the stay with Nicola and Francesca turned out to be the most pleasant and relaxing stop. Their friendliness and warmth made us feel at ease right away. The welcoming and quiet environment and the fantastic beach within reach did the rest. A special mention to their wonderful children who made our little one happy. This is the second year that we have had the privilege of spending our holidays in this enchanting place. Rediscovering these splendid places and Nicola and Francesca, their managers, has been fantastic. After a winter spent remembering the splendid and warm sea, the golden beach, the quiet and welcoming house, the friendly conversations, and the fascinating places of Baroque all to be discovered, the magic has come true again and we have been able to cleanse ourselves of all the tinted thoughts accumulated in a difficult season. Ecstatic. A return to my roots after thirty years of absence from my father's homeland. What can I say. Wonderful location, pure peace, nature, and relaxation. Flavors. Sicilian friendliness, led by the manager Nicola and his lovely and special family. We could not have asked for better. The laughter, the conversations, I could go on. To conclude, let us say that a ten out of ten for the manager is really low, it deserves a hundred. The house is fully equipped, even with a barbecue and a washing machine. Better than home. In short, I recommend it to anyone, both for groups of friends and for families. Long live Nicola and family, long live Montalbano e Dintorni.

Giovane coppia con bimba di 7 anni, simpaticissimi e molto alla mano, sempre pronti alla battuta e allo scherzo! Fin da subito ci siamo "trovati" e abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane piacevolissime e per questo troppo brevi. Ugo troppo giusto, Lucia troppo grande. Era un piacere quando la sera si riunivano con gli amici del matrimonio e davanti al barbecue si chiacchierava allegramente del più e del meno. Persone molto educate e cordiali, hanno riconsegnato l'unità abitativa priva di danni, ordinata e pulita. È incredibile come in 2 settimane si possa instaurare un rapporto così vivo e intenso, che ti gratifica dentro e ti rallegra fuori. Grazie ragazzi, grazie di avervi conosciuto. Vi aspettiamo presto. There is no swimming pool, there is no hot tub and there is not even a maid who brings you coffee in bed. But there is a fabulous sea, a sea of courtesy, friendliness and cordiality from Nicola and his entire Team (Francesca and C.). We spent this holiday period very well due to the equipped and clean structure. Nicola and Francesca are two wonderful people, very helpful, humble and welcoming (like many Sicilians, they give you their heart). A small house 300 meters from the sea where maximum tranquility reigns. In the morning, how nice it is to wake up to the singing of birds, and how nice it is to rest under the olive tree with a green lawn that brings peace and serenity. The most beautiful moment is in the evening around 8, while dining on the terrace, the swallows come fluttering in and bring you joy. Contrada Pezza Filippa is a strategic point to reach the most important beautiful and baroque locations of beautiful Sicily. We stayed for 10 days in June. Congratulations to Mr. Nicola for his availability and courtesy. The house is very welcoming, comfortable and well equipped, including the veranda with the barbecue. The sea, which is about 300 meters away, is fabulous and the beach is stunning.

A huge thank you to Niccolò and Francesco for our wonderful holiday in this paradise corner. A lovely, cozy little house. Silence and peace. A beautiful sandy beach just 5 minutes away on foot. Warm, gentle sea. What else do you need for a vacation! Within 5-10 minutes by car from the house, there are a large number of small resort towns where you will find all the necessary infrastructure. Various chain supermarkets and small private shops. I can recommend this place for those looking for privacy as a couple, for families with children, as well as for groups who love to indulge themselves with barbecues in the open air.
