I absolutely loved my stay at the Marina Boutique Rooms. The owner and staff were so friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The location was just a short walk to the beach. They also had a beautiful private pool that felt so relaxing to lounge around by. The rooms were cozy and clean. I will definitely be coming back here on my next vacation to Sicily. I’d also recommend this B&B to my friends and family who plan to visit Sicily soon. Great price for such luxury. Thank you for the great experience! :-) I traveled solo, but would also highly recommend this place to couples as well.

A very comfortable stay, lovely hosts, clean rooms and a great breakfast.

We stayed here one night before an early morning flight. The owner's father picked us up at the train and brought us to the property. We did not really "check in" in a traditional sense - but were messaged prior to arrival and after arrival with lots of information and hospitality. The place was very clean and updated and modern, with lots of thoughtful additions and tasteful designs. There was AC, a TV, and a small refrigerator. The pool area was lovely and we could tell the breakfast would be great too although we left too early to use it. Our bed was comfortable, and all was well. It was a bit strange to not see anyone from the management during our stay, so it feels more like an Airbnb room than a hotel in that regard. The location is in a seaside residential neighborhood very close to the airport yet removed enough that you are not bothered by airplanes or noise. Technically you can walk to the ocean and a small beach, and a restaurant. We walked to the beach but we chose to get dinner via delivery since we did not want to walk after dark in a strange area and had no car. They arranged a transfer in the morning with a very nice driver and overall it was a good, short stay. Recommended!

Wonderful property but only accessible up a back lane located in the middle of nowhere. Super cooperative host, very clean rooms. For me the most advantageous feature is the closeness of the airport.

Our stay could not have been better. Barbara is very welcoming, and eager to help. The property is beautifully restored and maintained. Barbara recommended a family run restaurant in the neighborhood, 3 minutes away, that was excellent. I highly recommend this property.

What a beautiful new bed and breakfast! The bedrooms and bathrooms are well designed and contain the latest features. The garden and pool are exquisite and the penthouse dining area, where a superb breakfast is served, has inside and outside seating and magnificent views.

Really very practical before taking the plane. Very comfortable and a small beach not far away, easily reachable by bicycle lent by the owner. They came to pick us up at the port of Palermo and took us to the airport.

Very good establishment to stay near the airport. It is necessary to have a vehicle to get a meal.

Calling it a B&B is an understatement: services and cleanliness comparable to a 5-star hotel. The property is completely modernized and stylish, with high-quality constructive and functional details. The staff are friendly and, above all, attentive to every need. The rooms are extremely functional, elegant and spacious. The elegant pool, always clean, is the centerpiece of a well-kept and relaxing garden. Also noteworthy is the breakfast service, fairly extensive; a distinctive feature is the 24-hour availability of the kitchen and its spaces, convenient for an afternoon snack or a takeaway pizza.

Beautiful structure, with elegant and spacious rooms. Excellent cleanliness of the entire structure and the availability of the managers.

I recommend this beautiful structure to everyone visiting Sicily. The proximity to the airport makes it convenient on the first and last day, but not only that. Elegant rooms on the top floor with a design terrace. Heated pool and private garden for end-of-day relaxation. Be sure to visit Terrasini for dinner with a sunset view Cala Rossa for souvenir photos.
