I stayed three nights and had a great experience. Ms. Veronica was always helpful and made us feel like family. We found the room spotlessly clean, deserving more than ten out of ten. The room is furnished with exceptional taste and has all the comforts. The bathroom is perfect and the sanitary fixtures are excellent. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Palermo for a few days. It is also located near the port, a few minutes' walk or drive away, and within walking distance of the city center. It is in a quiet and non-noisy area.
