We absolutely loved the hospitality of the B&B owners — they were amazing! Everything was super tidy and spotlessly clean. The place has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. We'd recommend staying here to anyone!

The stay was perfect in every respect. The property is new, comfortable and clean; there is a very convenient private parking area and within a 10-minute walk you reach the centre of Zafferana. The lady who runs the B&B is extremely friendly and very helpful. If possible I would have given more than a 10 for the breakfast service: fresh every day, homemade and delicious. I recommend it to everyone, both for the experience at the property and for the ideal location of Zafferana Etnea - from which all the main points of interest on Mount Etna and its surroundings can be reached in half an hour or slightly more.

A perfect stay: welcome, cleanliness, and breakfast rated 10 out of 10! I had the pleasure of staying at this B&B and I can only recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing experience. From the very first moment, the welcome was impeccable: the owners are kind and helpful people, always ready to give advice and make guests feel at home. The rooms are spacious, meticulously maintained, and above all, spotlessly clean, an aspect I appreciated very much. And then, the breakfast… simply fantastic! A wide selection of fresh and genuine products, with homemade pastries and options for every taste. Starting the day like this is truly a pleasure. If you are looking for a B&B where you can be pampered, this is the right place. I can't wait to return!

Excellent welcome from the manager, exceptional cleanliness, strategic location to reach Etna, but also to visit Catania and its surroundings. The breakfast is rich and very varied. Maximum availability from the lady, for any type of need. Excellent B&b!

The structure is very large and welcoming. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. There is a common area where the host provides water and other useful things such as the coffee machine. The strong point, in my opinion, is the breakfast, which is really special, very abundant and delicious, even with homemade products! The host is very kind and really available. In short, a really super bed and breakfast.

We stayed in Zafferana for a concert and could not have wished for better. Mrs. Rosaria is of unique kindness and sympathy, able to make anyone feel at home, showing those little attentions even before arriving at the establishment. The B&B is brand new, clean, and has really spacious rooms and a bathroom. The common area is large and taken care of in every detail. The breakfast, ranging from sweet to savory, was entirely made by her, very fresh, abundant, and always varied. Excellent location, close to the center and with parking available inside the B&B courtyard. Highly recommended establishment, excellent.

Good morning, we stayed at this B&B for 3 nights. Signora Rosaria is extremely kind and immediately made us feel at home. In the morning, she prepared everything from sweet to savory, all made by her. I highly recommend this property, truly excellent.

We went to Zafferana for a concert. The staff of the facility was very kind, the breakfast was abundant and of quality, and the cleanliness was excellent. We are fully satisfied with the welcome and treatment. A huge thank you to the lady. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at 'Le Tre Rose dell'Etna' and we had a great time. The owners were kind and welcoming. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was abundant and they offered excellent local products. We will definitely come back, it was a great experience.

We booked a triple room and Mrs. Rosaria was helpful and kind from the start. When we arrived at the property, she welcomed us in a truly hospitable manner. She also recommended nearby places to visit (Etna, Milo, etc), even though we didn't have much time, we managed to see everything and were amazed by the beauties we visited. We relied on the property for the concert of Ermal Meta at the Falcone Borsellino amphitheater, just a few minutes walk away. Extremely convenient. Mrs. Rosaria also recommended several places to eat. She told us various anecdotes about the area, including upcoming very interesting events. The breakfast was very abundant and varied, from sweet to savory, from typical products to fruit. We really liked the croissants made by Rosaria. Everything was excellent, including the cleanliness. We were impressed by the veranda. We will definitely come back another time.

Very welcoming structure, aesthetically very beautiful, very clean, spectacular view of both Mount Etna and the sea. The owner gave us many tips on activities to do in the area and also places to eat, breakfast with local and abundant products. I came to attend a concert, but I will definitely return to spend a few more relaxing days.

We are a family of 6 people and usually we have logistical difficulties, but to my great surprise, Mrs. Giovanna called me a few minutes after booking to agree on the best solution for our accommodation. A warm welcome that made us feel immediately comfortable; even the kids were positively impressed by the friendliness. The rooms are tastefully furnished and welcoming, impeccable cleanliness. The shared dining room is beautiful and welcoming, and having a kitchen available is an unusual plus. What amazed us was the superb breakfast, so many delicious things, from freshly baked muffins and cookies to citrus jams, honey of various flavors, in short, everything was delicious! We hope to see you again; I will definitely recommend the property to all my friends.

Structure located on the second floor of a villa, spacious and bright, with a large terrace surrounding it and a convenient fenced parking lot. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need; in addition, guests have at their disposal a nice living room, a dining room with a veranda, and a well-equipped kitchen. The icing on the cake is the kindness and availability of the hosts who try to meet every need and make you feel at home. It is located in a very quiet area, yet not far from the town center, which can be reached on foot in about ten minutes. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Lovely people, a family atmosphere that felt like being at home, excellent reception, I spent a fantastic stay in this B&B. Stunning, bright, clean room, abundant breakfast with a phenomenal view. What about the excursion offered by the manager? Unique and unrepeatable, qualified and prepared staff. I recommend it to everyone. Rating: 10 out of 10.

The structure is tastefully furnished and in a great location, just steps from the central square, with a breathtaking view of the sea and volcano that we witnessed during our stay at 03:00 to an truly exceptional explosive show, it seemed like we could grasp the volcano. We will definitely return but for a few weeks.

A relaxing New Year's spent with friends in this simply fantastic B&B. To go back. The location is also excellent, easily reachable to other nearby towns and easily reaching the La Sapienza refuge to then climb Mount Etna. What can I say, better than this.
