Thanks for your review! Check out is before 11:00 am! This is normal time for any hotel as check in starts at 1.30pm we need time to clean all the rooms! For the shower, we are sorry you did not like it. It is a modern style glass box. Happy Holidays!

Comme vous pouvez le constater, vous êtes les seuls clients à n’avoir pas apprécié l’enregistrement automatique ! Nous sommes toujours présents dans la structure et toujours disponibles pour les clients, mais l'enregistrement automatique rend l'enregistrement des clients plus pratique et sans souci, sans souci d'arriver en retard, etc. Chaque fois que nous nous rencontrions, vous ne voulais pas socialiser avec nous. Nous, les Siciliens, sommes très chaleureux mais si nous comprenons que certaines personnes ne veulent pas socialiser, nous n'insistons certainement pas !

Wonderful breakfast, b&b location very close to the archaeological museum of the catacombs of San Giovanni, the Greek theater, and the Ear of Dionysus, great reception and support. Sometimes a bit noisy but you can't have everything. We had a good time. Thank you.

Very good welcome in a well-equipped apartment comfortable room; 30 minutes walk to go to the tourist center which is very attractive. On the other hand, the building is located at a crossroads with a lot of traffic and therefore very disturbing noise for rest. Night included. Too bad.

Nous sommes désolés que même si vous avez apprécié la propreté, le copieux petit-déjeuner et notre hospitalité, vous nous ayez attribué une mauvaise note pour la position dans laquelle nous nous trouvons. Je suis désolé de vous contredire mais comme vous pouvez le constater dans les centaines et centaines d'avis personne ne s'est jamais plaint des bruits forts qui l'empêchaient de bien dormir. Bien sûr nous sommes en centre ville (avec possibilité de visiter tous les sites d'intérêt à pied , Parc archéologique, musées, ils sont tout autour de nous à 2 minutes à pied.) donc il n'est pas possible d'avoir le silence de la campagne. Cependant, le double vitrage rend les chambres insonorisées, ce que confirment les notes élevées obtenues sur la qualité du sommeil et le confort, obtenues par des centaines d'avis. L'île d'Ortigia est à exactement 1 km (distance google maps), elle est certainement accessible en 15 minutes ou 30 minutes selon la façon dont vous marchez. Dans tous les cas, l'île d'Ortigia n'est accessible qu'à pied car il n'est pas possible d'y accéder en voiture.

Everything was perfect! As soon as we arrived, the person took the time to explain everything worth seeing starting from the B&B. The B&B is well located if you want to visit the archaeological park of Syracuse and Ortigia is a 15-minute walk away. Comfortable room, very good hearty and varied breakfast. We will gladly return.

Great welcome in this well-kept B&B, clean and with a good breakfast (homemade cakes and jams). A bit far from the center but easy to park and move around if you have a car. The staff speaks French.

This old building at a crossroads seems unassuming. However, once we climbed the 3 floors, we entered a special place. Our room was very spacious, with a balcony. Very clean and modern. The staff is very welcoming, speaks French well. They took the time to explain to us using a city map the places to visit. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. We visited the old town on foot (15 min.).

B&B at the top on all levels. Impeccable reception, very professional staff. Beautiful, chic decorations. The manager, with perfect French, invited us to come back and use him as a guide. Nothing to say except to recommend it.

The bed was a bit small, about a one-and-a-half size. Breakfast was good. Parking was always available nearby. Fairly convenient for getting to Ortigia (more than 1 km).

We were very well. Strategic location to visit the Archaeological Park and Ortigia, which can be comfortably reached on foot. Area where parking can be easily found. Very friendly and helpful staff. We recommend it.

The structure is well maintained and clean. Our room was human-sized with modern furniture. International breakfast with a good choice of products. The B&B is very close to the archaeological park of Neapolis, while to go to Ortigia you need to have good legs, even though we never used the car. In the area, parking is free and easy to find. Recommended.

Great location, close to the Ear of Dionysius and Ortigia. The room is spacious and offers every comfort. The cleanliness and breakfast are excellent. The only flaw is the lack of a parking lot, although there is the possibility to park on the street at no additional cost.

The structure is very close to the Archaeological Park (I absolutely recommend the guided tour). In the adjacent streets, there is ample availability of free parking, but unfortunately this year there is no longer the shuttle that connects that area with Ortigia (beautiful!), so you have to walk a bit on foot to go there in the evening and visit it. Attached to the B&B there is also a modern and very tall sanctuary that deserves to be visited.

My wife and I were happy to return to La Maison des Rêves. As always, we were very pleased with the service offered to us. Our room (Deluxe With Balcony) was spacious just right, clean and detailed. The breakfast with artisanal products is unbeatable. Mr. Giancarlo and his father were as always kind and caring towards us. The B&B's location is perfect for getting around in Siracusa, both on foot and by car. We found it easy to park in the area. We will happily return.

Modern and finely furnished rooms. You can see that the owners care, everything has been recently renovated. Super abundant and varied breakfast (you can choose breakfast from a digital menu, everything you want, there is really a wide choice including homemade muffins, everything is then served in the room). The best post Covid-19 breakfast ever! Impeccable cleanliness. Great location, you can walk both to visit the archaeological area (the Neapolis district, elegant and well served by restaurants, pizzerias, bars, etc.) and to reach the island of Ortigia (1 km, a pleasant walk). I recommend it 100%.

Once we arrived and saw the building hosting La Maison des Rêves, the interior atrium of the building, I didn't know what to expect. However, once we entered, we were reassured. The B&B is located in a very convenient position near the Greek theater, the sanctuary of the Madonna delle Lacrime, and the archaeological Museum 'P. Orsi'; public transport allows easy access to Ortigia. The structure is very clean, equipped with every comfort. The only downside: since the rooms overlook an important street in Syracuse, some noise is caused by passing vehicles; however, if the windows are kept closed, they isolate perfectly, and the air conditioning allows you to manage the internal temperature of the rooms at your leisure. The managers are very efficient in communication and very pleasant in direct relationship.

Nice place, clean, friendly staff, more like a hotel than a bed and breakfast. The location is quite convenient, but far from the center, and the street below is very busy, but the room is well soundproofed. The breakfast is unique: with real pastries from a pastry shop. I recommend it.
