We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Trapani! The accommodation was perfectly equipped, spotlessly clean, and truly left nothing to be desired. Every detail was carefully thought out, and we felt at home from the very first moment. The apartment offers a breathtaking view of the sea–simply unforgettable. There is truly no better place to discover the beauty of Sicily, its culture, and its charm. The host is a true Sicilian gentleman: exceptionally professional, warm, and incredibly friendly. You immediately feel his dedication and genuine hospitality, which made our stay even more special. Everything, from check-in to departure, was smooth and effortless. We are more than satisfied, truly delighted, and can wholeheartedly recommend this place. We honestly can’t wait to return and be guests again soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at La Casa sul Mare in Trapani. The setting near the water and the Torre di Ligny is lovely. We enjoyed evening strolls out on the walkway by the water. Sunset views from the roof deck are also a possibility. It was nice to be right in a neighborhood. The walk through the little streets to the caffe for breakfast was enjoyable. Pietro was a most accommodating host, giving us information about the town and some great suggestions for restaurants!

First of all, thank you for the warm welcome from Pietro. He picked us up by car at the port bus station. We stayed for 3 nights in a 3-bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The room was simple, clean, with all the necessary washing items. It is only a 5-minute walk to the center with many shops and restaurants. On the top is the terrace from which you can enjoy amazing sunsets. Breakfast is served at the nearby cafeteria/bar Nettuno with really delicious breakfast that you can enjoy anytime in the morning. The price includes one sweet or salty item with a drink. Try their pistachio croissant. The atmosphere is really great. There is also a fish market every morning to see all the delicious seafood you can enjoy in every restaurant.

Pietro is an excellent host and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him, organizing taxis and recommending places to eat. The location is outstanding with the sea on two sides. The apartment is in a quiet location but the main areas are only a short walk away. The apartment is well appointed and very clean.

We are returning home and already miss The House by the Sea. The B&B is located just a few meters from the Torre di Ligny and a short walk from everything. Clean, new, it offers wonderful sunsets from the terrace available to guests. Pietro is an attentive, precise, helpful, and discreet host; he gave us excellent advice regarding excursions and restaurants that made our short vacation perfect. We hope to be able to return soon.

I stayed twice in this B&B in the last few months. The location is amazing, the view from the large apartment and even better from the private terrace is incredible. In the evening, you can admire the sunset while being rocked by the sound of the sea! The B&B is near the Bligny tower, in a quiet area and conveniently close to the center of Trapani, reachable on foot without effort, close to the port and with several parking lots nearby. Spacious and clean rooms. Last but not least, Pietro's availability for any information, advice, and to organize arrival and departure is fantastic! Highly recommended! When I return to Trapani, it will definitely be my first choice!

Wonderful structure located in the most beautiful position in Trapani with breathtaking views of the Egadi Islands and Erice, with unique and spectacular sunsets. The terrace, surrounded by the sea, allows you to enjoy a stunning panorama while sitting under the gazebo listening to the sound of the sea. It is a very clean structure with spacious rooms. Pietro welcomes his guests with kindness and cordiality and is always available for any needs. Excellent breakfast, served in a bar just a few steps from home. The breakfast was scarce at the external bar and not in line with the other Sicilian breakfasts. Let me explain better: the structure is certainly enchanting in an enviable position. Regarding the breakfast, I specify that on two days of stay, one included the closure of the bar and we were given a discount of 2.50 Euros each for the missed breakfast. At the bar, we were offered the choice of a hot beverage (choosing between coffee, cappuccino, or tea) and one sweet or savory snack. We had to pay for water separately. In another establishment where we stayed in Palermo, breakfast at the bar included unlimited consumption; in other structures in Sicily, we found internal breakfast with coffee, tea, hot and cold milk, almond milk, fruit juices, fresh fruit, yogurt, typical and classic sweets (cannoli, cookies, croissants, etc.), bread, jam, and water at will. It is evident that comparing the offers, one would say that the breakfast was not in line with the other Sicilian ones. This is the only observation we dare to make, without polemics and especially without wanting to hurt the feelings of those who welcomed us with kindness and availability. Thank you again for the hospitality.

Excellent location to walk around the city center and to reach the port, should you want to go on excursions to the Egadi Islands. The hospitality and kindness of Pietro are unique, and you will truly feel welcomed. He always gave us excellent advice on restaurants, excursions, and organizing our trips, in addition to being constantly available for any need. Large room, spacious bathroom, and everything was very clean. Definitely more than recommended.

Beautiful holiday at the bed and breakfast La Casa sul Mare. The structure, completely renovated, has three rooms and a terrace from which you can admire wonderful sunsets. Our room was on the ground floor, furnished in a simple but absolutely comfortable way, the bathroom large, convenient, with a beautiful shower. The fact that the room was on the ground floor involved some inconvenience in having to go up to the terrace every time to hang out the costumes and towels. Another small drawback was the lack of a mosquito net on the window. The location is excellent, very close to the Torre di Ligny, with a beautiful small beach and an adjacent little garden. A few steps away is the center of Trapani with shops and restaurants. The port is also easily reachable on foot. Free parking nearby. Highly recommended!

Wonderful structure in a breathtaking location right on the sea, a decidedly spacious room with a sensational shower bathroom all extremely clean and tidy. The hospitality, availability, and cordiality of the host make the stay impeccable. The structure is near the center, reachable in a few minutes on foot, public transport offers the possibility to easily move to any location. Breakfast is served at a bar near the structure from which you can admire every morning the characteristic fish market. Wide choice of croissants, all particularly good. The structure offers a panoramic terrace from which you can admire fantastic sunsets, relax, or enjoy the view. I spent a few days at the structure but they were wonderful days. I thank Mr. Pietro, a truly excellent host. It is not easy to find so many beautiful things all together.

I spent 8 dreamy days in Sicily: it's beautiful, magical, and if you stay at La Casa Sul Mare it's like putting the cherry on top of a perfect cake! The location of this accommodation is strategic, allowing you to be in the center within a few minutes on foot and it's not far from the local amenities. The B&B is surrounded by art, culture, fabulous views, and a truly stunning sea (actually, two seas!) in all this you truly breathe an atmosphere full of positive energy! The house has been excellently renovated and the room on the first floor is comfortable, cozy, and spacious with a beautiful bathroom (even the shower is very large!). The environment is always impeccable, thanks to a lady who comes every 2 days to change the linens and clean, which she does with great professionalism. The owner, Pietro, is very precise and doesn't miss any detail, he is always very attentive and available to the needs of his guests. From the moment I crossed the threshold, I really felt at home! If you aspire to a dream vacation and relaxation, "La Casa Sul Mare" is the place for you. I also feel the need to emphasize another not small detail: on the small beach below the house there is an ancient little church and a botanical garden that, besides being a splendid frame, offers shade to the bathers. Both are taken care of by a group of volunteers to whom credit goes for their care and upkeep.

The experience was fantastic from every point of view. Mr. Pietro proved to be welcoming, caring, kind, and polite. Nothing but positive things can be said about him. The structure is perfectly furnished and tastefully renovated. The room is very spacious, the bathroom fantastic, and the terrace a dream. The location is fabulous. The house is located by the sea, with a delightful little beach right below. Furthermore, it is a stone's throw from the city center and a convenient distance from the port where hydrofoils and ferries depart. Breakfast is served in a bar very close to the house. It is a complete and high-quality breakfast. In the immediate vicinity, there is the possibility to park the car for free. I hope to have the opportunity to come back soon.

Very beautiful structure located in a magnificent position by the sea with a wonderful view. Our ground floor room was spacious and cool. Furthermore, we could use the beautiful terrace to enjoy the sunset, the pleasantly cool air. Pietro, the owner of the structure, welcomed us providing all the necessary advice to make the most of Trapani. He also managed to arrange the rental of a car which had proved quite difficult. He has always been caring, attentive, and available to meet our needs. As for breakfast, it is offered in a bar a few steps away, facing the sea, and it is nice to enjoy this moment in complete tranquility.

By the sea, close to the historic center where there are excellent restaurants with affordable prices, the possibility of excursions to the nearby islands (Favignana, Marettimo) or just relax in the cove of San Liberale, right below the B&B.

We stayed 3 nights at this delightful Bed and Breakfast, in an excellent location with a panoramic terrace overlooking the sea and the Torre di Ligny. The owner was very helpful and kind for everything, even driving us with his car since he was free at that moment. Truly appreciated. He gave us a lot of information on what to do, how to get around, and where to eat. The ground floor room is very spacious, clean, and renovated.

Structure overlooking the sea, enjoys a breathtaking view, especially at sunset where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Ligny tower and the Egadi islands. The room is very spacious, with a wonderful bathroom and the possibility of showering with chromotherapy. Air conditioning, 5G Wi-Fi, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV... amazing! The owner, Pietro, is a very friendly and kind person, extremely helpful and never intrusive. He helped us in finding restaurants and much more. A fabulous stay!

I stayed with my wife from June 24, 2022, to July 7, 2022. B&B in the historic center of Trapani, exceptional location, beautiful panorama overlooking the sea and a stone's throw away there is a small cove where you can swim. Furthermore, the location is strategic for tourism. The interior of the B&B is very well-kept, clean with a beautiful bathroom. The manager Pietro is very professional, kind, and helpful. Additionally, you can have a good breakfast at a bar a few steps from the structure on the port where there are fishermen selling fish, a nice picture of a seaside town. I will return to finish visiting the surroundings of Trapani.

Renovated and very clean structure. Even if you choose the ground floor room, you have access to the terrace with a view of the two seas, the Ligny tower, and the cable car that goes up to Erice with a dining table. Ideal for relaxing in the evening.

B&B with new and modern rooms and excellent location, located by the sea (suggestive view from the terrace) and less than 10 minutes walk from the city center. The manager Pietro is very kind and helpful for any request, will make you feel at home! Breakfast at the bar located around the corner is really excellent!

We stayed in the apartment on the first floor with a splendid view of the stretch of sea facing Erice, truly a remarkable plus. The apartment is spacious and clean. The manager Pietro was very courteous, he gave us directions for our stay. Breakfast is provided at the bar 5 minutes from the apartment. The only aspect that could be improved is the cash-only payment. Staying for 3 nights, it would have been better to be able to pay with a POS or equivalent service (such as Sum Up), even though we were informed about it.

Pietro personally welcomed us, providing all the useful information about the house and the neighborhood. Also at check-out Pietro's wife, Maria, was present and friendly. The house enjoys a unique view of the two Seas and the Torre di Ligny. The cleanliness is impeccable; the seaside bathroom from the (almost) private beach a few meters away, wonderful. We hope to come back!

Very close to the center of Trapani, it is practically on the sea, where there is a natural pool with very clean water. Also close to the port from where hydrofoils depart for the Egadi Islands and various organized cruises. Strategic for traveling by car to Marsala, Segesta, San Vito lo Capo. The owner, Mr. Pietro, is very kind, helpful, and generous with advice and suggestions to organize the vacation. Absolutely worth returning at the first opportunity.

Fabulous! Stunning place and enchanting location. Excellent structure by the sea, spacious, airy, and very clean rooms, as well as the bathroom, all very clean. It was a unique and unforgettable stay. The kindness and courtesy of Pietro made everything perfect. On the terrace, there is a wooden gazebo with a small sofa, table, and chairs and a sea view of Erice and the Egadi islands where you can admire spectacular sunsets every evening that take your breath away, with the sound of the sea in the background. I highly recommend staying in this structure because it's practically a dream.

The manager is a very correct and polite person. From the very beginning, in the initial contacts and when he welcomed us, he proved to be helpful and welcoming. He also helped us beyond what was expected, for example by advising us on what to visit, where to have dinner, and taking us on a short tour of the area. We recommend the property precisely for this intimate yet professional relationship. Furthermore, La Casa sul Mare enjoys a beautiful view and is very clean. The rooms are large and well ventilated.

Sitting under the gazebo, on the terrace, you are surrounded by the sea and its sound that lulls you during the night. What about the owner? Location, hospitality, comfort, and cleanliness make this property highly recommended. I would like to give a specific note about the cleanliness: the apartment is cleaned, with a change of linen, every 2 days and this also happened in our case, even though the apartment was already clean and we were leaving the next day. The owner/manager Pietro La Commare is very helpful and discreet. We will return to this B&B where, as a person from Trapani who has been away from his city for decades, I immediately felt the charm, warmth, and echoes.

Excellent structure, we booked a double room and found ourselves in a two-story house, with a marvelous view. The owner is truly welcoming and very kind. Despite being in the center, parking is free 200 meters from the front door. Experience to be repeated absolutely!

We stayed for a week at the end of June in the B&B La Casa sul Mare. The structure is brand new and located by the sea. The owner is very kind and helpful. Unforgettable sunsets at the Torre di Ligny in front of the B&B. We highly recommend it!

We stayed at La Casa sul Mare from May 31, 2016, to June 2, 2016, in the recently renovated and made habitable part by Pietro "host", who immediately put us at ease with his friendliness. The property is located at the end of a closed street with no traffic and offers a breathtaking landscape. Pietro's tips, during a quick tour of the city, were extremely helpful for us, who were in a city we had never visited before, from the restaurant for dinner to the fast food for a quick lunch, to after dinner. If we have the opportunity to return, we will definitely go back to La Casa sul Mare.

Very nice property, recently renovated in a fantastic location and a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Trapani. The manager (Mr. Pietro) is very hospitable and of a unique kindness and cordiality, he indicated a restaurant not far away where you can eat very well at a fair price. If we return to Trapani, our stay will definitely be at La Casa sul Mare, which we recommend to everyone, both for the tranquility and for the strategic location.

The structure enjoys a fabulous location. A few steps from the center, convenient for the beaches and for the departures to the Egadi Islands. Free parking just a few steps away. The owner is exceptionally helpful and courteous. We stayed in the ground floor room just renovated, equipped with every comfort with a huge and super equipped bathroom. Obviously the view is not comparable to the upper floor but we did not suffer from it because as soon as you step out the door, the panorama leaves you breathless. We arrived at this property having booked by phone. The property manager would deserve an exclusive review for the kindness, availability, and cordiality shown towards us. During the first phone call, we had asked for a date when the property was already full and the manager had indicated another B&B, still being available to show us all the city's attractions. Later, we anticipated and, luckily for us, we stayed in this very nice apartment, right on the sea, from where we could admire a breathtaking view and extraordinary sunsets. No deposit or bank transfer was required. Breakfast, of a good standard, is served in a nearby bar, where you can choose a pastry and a drink.

Mr. Pietro is extremely kind, extremely helpful and professional. His advice was extremely valuable to us. The structure is truly a house by the sea in a unique and strategic position; you could spend hours admiring the view from the balconies. Apartment equipped with every comfort, maximum cleanliness.
