The breakfast is prepared to please everyone's tastes, both sweet and savory. We use high-quality and mainly local products, which is why it may vary depending on the season in which you come to stay. Typically, it consists of fruit juices, coffee, cappuccino, tea, and herbal teas. You can also enjoy almond and cinnamon ice cream, blancmange, local and savoiardi biscuits, croissants, fruit salad, fresh fruit, local almonds, and ricotta cannoli flavored with Sicilian citrus. We serve ancient grain bread with natural yeast, sausages, salami, provolone cheese, caciocavallo cheese, olives, tomatoes, all seasoned with our homemade oil and oregano!

We lived out a real-life fairytale here. We kept saying it was like living out a Disney movie or an old romantic painting. Ragusa is art and our stay at Evoca B&B was magical. Firstly, Giuseppe was the friendliest, funniest, and most charming person – he was eager to help us navigate to parking and then fetched us and our belongings up the steep and narrow, winding paths to our stay. The views from our room and the terrace were stunning! The room itself was so comfortable and well-appointed. What was really remarkable was the stone work, everything looked to have been carved right from the walls of Ragusa Ibla itself. It was beautiful. We had ample water, snacks, and drinks. Mamma cleaned the rooms and found one of my contact lenses and was able to salvage it, even storing it in solution for me! Giuseppe helped us map out how best to use our time and had lots of recommendations for Ragusa and surrounding towns, all of which we took which led to the most spectacular time. He sent us directions and recommendations for parking. He even gave us recommendations for the next destinations on our tour! We really loved our stay here and wish we had stayed longer, but we have vowed to return!

I have nothing but praise for Evoca: lovely room with amazing views from the roof terrace, beautiful breakfast in the hotel next door, and the best host. Giuseppe (and his mum!) were both lovely. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Evoca is a lovely B&B conveniently located near the city center of Ragusa Ibla with amazing views from the terrace! Peppe and his mother were very welcoming, warm, and hospitable hosts. They were kind enough to pick up and drop off me and my friend from the Ragusa bus stop. All rooms were cleaned with great attention to detail. Each day I thought it was cute to find my phone charger rolled up and even the toilet paper corner nicely folded. It's the little details like that that make Peppe and his mother stand out as hosts 😊 Just a heads up, the breakfast was provided by another hotel nearby, but it was delicious nonetheless. There were many options to choose from, with a mixture of Sicilian and traditional American breakfast items. If you want to feel like you're staying with family, this is the place to choose! Thank you Peppe for making this a truly memorable trip 😁

Evoca wasn't just a stay, it was an experience. Perched on a hilltop, the views of Ragusa Ibla are simply breathtaking. Add to that charming, unique accommodations, a delicious breakfast spread, and a host who couldn't be more helpful, and you've got a recipe for perfection. Highly recommend!

Pepé went above and beyond to please the guests. He showed us where to park our car, then drove us to the front door. He made an excellent breakfast and delicious coffee (any coffee you want) and gave us directions as to where to go sightseeing. If my wife and I could stay here every night we would. As an added bonus, the city of Ragusa was beautiful, safe and clean. Evoca B&B was the best place we have stayed at in our month long holiday. It was tastefully appointed and very comfortable. And the price was unbelievably inexpensive.

Absolutely stunning property and a wonderful host. Pepe made our stay a memorable one. His restaurant recommendations were great. The breakfast was excellent and the view from the breakfast terrace was spectacular. The room was spotless and beautifully renovated. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

One of the very best B&Bs we have stayed at. The room was very well designed, spacious, clean and comfortable. Peppe is a wonderful host, he made us very welcome and provided a very special breakfast each morning including sweets and treats that he made himself. He was also helpful in recommending places to visit and advising us about tours and events in Ragusa. Peppe and his Mama helped us with our luggage. We had a wonderful stay at Evoca & would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you again Peppe.

The stay at Evoca B&B was very pleasant; the room and the bathroom, nestled in the rock walls, are furnished with designer objects; there is a mini-fridge and a supply of wine and crystal glasses. Air conditioning and TV are available. No concessions to 'plastic'. A magnificent panoramic terrace welcomed us for breakfast (excellent with zero km products) and for relaxation. The Manager is a very welcoming and professional person, very attentive to the guests' needs. Evoca B&B is highly recommended.

Proud, as a good Sicilian, to have a compatriot capable of designing an elegant and functional structure. The management, then, as far as cleanliness and professionalism are concerned, is top-notch! The breakfast? Well, a perfect mix of goodness, choice, and originality (the mint tea, strictly 'natural', delicious!) And then... the sweetest part... Peppe... well... behaves with competence, professionalism, and... friendship... truly one of us! Great, great, great! Just like my stay, finally without surprises! I recommend to everyone!

Beautiful structure, the result of a skilful and accurate restoration work; spacious rooms equipped with every comfort, beds with very comfortable mattresses and pillows, bathrooms with exposed rock. Spectacular rooftop terrace where, in addition to enjoying the view over the roofs of Ibla, you can have breakfast, a true sensory experience, a delight for the eyes and the palate. Almond, pistachio, and cinnamon ice, homemade yogurt, cannoli, fruit, almonds, local cold cuts, cheeses, and olives, tomatoes, almond milk (also pistachio), iced tea. Peppe, the manager, welcomed us with great warmth and professionalism, pampering us for four days with great grace, without ever being intrusive. Thanks also to Peppe's mom, who accompanied us to the parking lot before we left, a very sweet lady with whom we had a pleasant conversation. We will be back. Thank you and see you soon.

Evoca is a gem nestled in a wonderful city. Here we enjoyed fantastic breakfasts made of homemade high-quality products, slept in refined sheets in an elegant and very clean room, followed Giuseppe's perfect advice to visit the places, beaches, restaurants. Can you give more than 10? Carmelo is a careful person, available for every need. The house is splendid, Ragusa Ibla is more beautiful than one can imagine.
