Above all expectations! Will definitely return here. Owners were super helpful and spoiled us with homemade cakes and amazing baked foods from the Sicilian tradition. Awesome location, couldn’t have asked for anything better from a vacation.

We arrived with no great expectations and were so positively surprised. I would prefer to give 11 stars in every category. We were welcomed so warmly, especially our little 7-month-old daughter, who was entertained and carried around every day (so we could even have breakfast in peace). The breakfast was great, varied, prepared with much love and too abundant, but everything we couldn't finish was packed as a takeaway lunch. Our apartment was well-equipped and clean. It was even cleaned daily. We would come back anytime and felt extremely comfortable.

Could not have gone better. Great value for money. It's like going to your mother's home. Rooms clean, welcoming and equipped with everything. No luxury, but lots of heart. Staff very helpful, breakfast and location absolutely top. In the city centre but on a quiet side street. You can sleep peacefully despite the location. I really appreciated the breakfast bag in the morning for going to the beach, great for a light and genuine lunch. Highly recommended. We will come back.

B&B in the very center of San Vito. Clean, very kind and helpful staff, excellent breakfast with homemade cakes and savory items of the highest quality.

Excellent location, very close to the center and near the sea. Good and plentiful breakfast with the "fagottino" to take for a snack on the beach. Friendliness and kindness of the B&B staff. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in San Vito.

My stay here was truly perfect. Mr. Franco's welcome and kindness were the key element that made me feel at home. Not to mention the breakfast: everything was cooked by him that very morning, tasty and abundant. The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy the liveliness of San Vito lo Capo without giving up proximity to the sea, which is just a few steps away. I would return and would recommend it to anyone. It's rare to find places like this.

Very spacious room, also equipped with a kitchenette. Enviable location in the city center. Breakfast is served on a very well-kept terrace and prepared by Mr. Franco. Everything smells clean. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with every comfort, it does not have a window but has a fan. It is advisable to communicate allergies for breakfast.

Very pleasant stay, like being with family: breakfast made with fresh products directly baked by Mr. Francesco, all delicious and truly abundant. The suggestions for the stay provided by the managers were very useful for spending a nice vacation. Mrs. Pina is very caring and Mr. Francesco has so much to tell to really make you savor the flavor of this wonderful land. Unbeatable quality-price ratio.

Super welcoming managers, like family, with free packed lunch preparation. Historic structure in the center, well maintained and clean. Excellent value for money.

What can I say... There are no words that can describe the wonder of this B&B. The location is perfect: in the city center but quiet, just 2 steps from the sea and all services. Close to the bus stops. But above all, the kindness, friendliness, and pampering from Pina and Franco, who with their fantastic breakfasts, lunch bags, and stories of their lives made us feel in paradise, and Mariuccia, who every day made sure our room was like a little jewel. We felt like family! To top it all off, a wonderful white sandy beach and a dream sea. A holiday that will remain in our hearts forever.

Very welcoming B&B, the room has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The kindness of Mrs. Pina and her husband is the aspect that stands out the most. The breakfast is super abundant, simple products made by them but delicious. We stayed only one night with our little one, who really enjoyed the presence of the hosts. We will definitely come back!

Great property! Clean and located in the center a short distance from the beach. We had a great time, friendly and helpful managers, good and plentiful breakfast, with sweet cakes, savory focaccias and jams prepared by them, seasonal fruit was always available. As it was not possible to eat everything, the remaining food was delivered to us to be consumed on the beach. I recommend it.

Pina and Franco together with Mariuccia make their bed and breakfast charming. Very clean, great breakfast and excellent location near the sea and the center. One must go to be able to come back.

I stayed for 3 nights in the Sole room with my husband. Everything was absolutely perfect, very difficult to find accommodation facilities so complete in what they offer! Impeccable cleanliness, in the room and in all the areas of the bed & breakfast; the towels are changed every two days but on the day they are not changed, they are still hung out in the sun on the terrace. You won't find a single hair on the floor or a limescale stain on the sanitary ware, absolutely spotless. The common areas smell clean. Breakfast is almost all homemade by Franco (3 different sweet pastries and 1 savory), fruit, yogurt, fruit juice, and hot drinks. The jam is also homemade. Everything that is not consumed at breakfast is given to you to consume during the day, so maximum attention to waste (as well as water). On the day of departure, it is possible to leave your luggage in the property and use a bathroom with a shower. Extremely kind people, totally at the customer's disposal, always smiling and welcoming. The bed & breakfast's location in the center is very close to the sea. Impossible not to return to Da Pina if you go back to San Vito.

Mr. Franco and Mrs. Pina were very kind and helpful, as well as Mrs. Mariuccia. The location of the B&B is enviable: a stone's throw from the sea and the city center. Highly recommended!

The owners Mr. Franco and Mrs. Pina are very kind and welcoming, Mrs. Mariuccia, in charge of cleaning, performs her work with dedication and attention. The cleanliness is excellent, the breakfast is abundant with homemade pastries, small pizzas, dressed bread, fruit juices, etc. Moreover, everything that Mr. Franco does not consume is put in bags and containers and prepared in a bag for take-away. The structure is located in the center, a few meters from the sea. Excellent value for money.

We stayed at Da Pina the first week of September. We found some exquisite people like Franco's breakfast, which will surely also become lunch, considering the abundance and quality. Highly recommended.

I review all my votes: very central location, extremely high cleaning attention, breakfast always homemade including bread, a tart, a focaccia and a brioche with orange marmalade or pistachio cream, hot and cold drinks, plus different salty options every day that you can take away as a packed lunch. I also add that all our requests were met according to the baby's needs (under a year) and the family atmosphere makes the stay very pleasant.

Simply excellent. Very clean, centrally located, close to the sea. The welcome from the "sea wolf" Franco and his wife Pina is warm. And if we talk about the breakfasts prepared by the host, (Franco precisely), with cakes, different every morning, brioches, yogurt, pizza, 'pane cunzato,' etc., well, what can I say: if you go to San Vito lo Capo, you will definitely return to 'Da Pina.' Oh, I forgot: the things you can't eat for breakfast, (given the abundance), are prepared for you in a small bag to take to the beach.

The property is located in the city center, the hospitality of Franco and Pina is fantastic, the cleanliness done by Mariuccia impeccable, what more could you ask for? I rated the property and the value for money "only" 8 because I had the opportunity to compare my beautiful room with the less beautiful one of my friends and therefore I averaged (mine was a 10!). This year was the second time I stayed there, on the occasion of the Cous Cous Fest I had already been there in 2018, and, not to debunk the popular saying, I hope to return in 2020.

A whole life at Pina and Franco's! A Bed and Breakfast like this truly deserves it! And not just for the care, cleanliness, and kindness but above all because they are two exquisite people! Just like the unique, unforgettable, and endless breakfasts cooked with true passion by Franco! Furthermore, the Bed and Breakfast is located in a street surrounded by typical restaurants and a stone's throw from the wonderful crystal-clear sea. Thank you so much! My family and I stayed at this Bed & Breakfast from August 24th to 29th, 2019 and immediately felt at home. Friendliness, cleanliness, and efficiency is what we received from the entire staff. From Mr. Franco who pampered us with his fantastic terrace breakfasts and his friendly and affable manner; to Mrs. Pina, to whom we extend our infinite compliments for the meticulousness we found in the furnishings, simple yet functional, nothing was missing: from the minibar already stocked with mineral water, to the hairdryer equipped with nozzle and diffuser, not to mention the reserve of toilet paper, plastic cups and cutlery for each occupant, air conditioner and ceiling fan, TV, safe, and small terrace equipped with a drying rack and clothespins, everything perfectly functional and above all perfectly clean and fragrant thanks to the excellent commitment of Mrs. Mariuccia, always with a smile on her lips.\n\nThank you all for the special welcome.

Perhaps the first Bed and Breakfast born in San Vito. The memorable breakfasts of Mr. Franco with homemade sweets. The kindness and courtesy of Mrs. Pina and the efficiency of Mrs. Mariuccia make you feel at home. All in the center of the village with everything at your fingertips.

It is difficult to forget the days of vacation spent in the sunny town of San Vito lo Capo and equally not to remember with great pleasure the treatment that the B&B Da Pina reserved for us. Seeing the entrance of the structure leaves one a bit doubtful, but once the door is opened and the luggage is settled, you immediately understand how much attention has been dedicated to details, how much love and passion the owners dedicate to their customers. Impeccably clean and comfortable structure, (change of sheets and towels every day, endless showers) abundant and tasty breakfast (watch out for the waistline), the welcome, availability, and friendliness of Mrs. Pina, Mr. Franco, and Mrs. Mariuccia made our vacation truly carefree in beautiful Sicily. 10 for breakfast is not enough, praise must be added! Thanks to Franco and his New Year's Eve dinner style breakfasts, in 5 days, we didn't spend a single euro for lunch. The property is located on a side street off the main street, with all the pros that come with it: the beautiful church, shops, shopping, bars, restaurants, stalls and lots of people but absolute silence as soon as you cross the B&B door. Perfect room for three people, with a kitchenette that, thanks to Franco, we never used, spacious bathroom, comfortable mattresses and impeccable cleanliness all just 5 minutes from the beach. Our rating is three 10 and praise!

Strategic location, central but not too much and a stone's throw from the sea. Mr. Franco who accommodated us in a very charming two-room apartment where there is everything needed for a comfortable stay, welcomed us very courteously and was very helpful. He prepares a rich breakfast, sweet and savory with a final surprise, what you can't eat he puts in a bag for you! The area is pedestrian but there is a convenient parking lot on the parallel street. I recommend it.

I stayed at this wonderful B&B with my family in July 2016 on the recommendation of a dear friend who is never wrong. We were welcomed by Franco and Pina, two kind and always available people, who immediately made us feel at home as if we were their guests. The rooms are equipped with everything, tidy as if they were hotel rooms and very clean. Being a glutton, my weak point was breakfast; every morning Franco waits for his guests in the veranda and delights them with his homemade sweets, fresh fruit, sandwiches, savory pastries, etc., always serving everything with a smile. The breakfast they prepare is truly extraordinary, so much so that you would want to eat everything because it is exquisite and you can't finish it. I must say that they do a unique gesture, preparing a bag with savory pastries or anything else to take to the beach. The location of the property is excellent, right in the center but in a quiet area, 5 minutes from the sea and 30 seconds from the promenade. I can't forget Mrs. Pina, a golden woman, who treated us like relatives, always kind and caring to everyone; she surprised us when, at the moment of departure, she gave us a bag of sandwiches for the trip. I hope to come back soon to visit you, San Vito, besides having a wonderful sea, is surrounded by people like you, simple but rich in love.
