Very happy with the cottage! It was perfect for us since we're divers, so we didn't have to climb all the way up to the village right after diving. Beautiful views of the harbor; we kept watching the dances of the various ships coming in and out. The air conditioning was a godsend, and the accommodation stays fairly cool when you're out. Perfect, we can't wait to come back!

The property is located halfway between the port and the town, so it's perfect for getting around without difficulty. The apartment is small but well furnished and, above all, clean. Attached to the apartment is a small shared terrace where you can have breakfast or an aperitif with a sea view. The owners are very kind and helpful; they allow you, after checking out, to store your luggage in their office at the back of the property, where there is also an outdoor shower that you can use before leaving. Very convenient. Recommended.

Excellent property. The host was very kind from the first moment we got in touch for the booking and the welcome from the father and Mrs. Michela was great! The place is beautiful, a short walk from everything and centrally located. Highly recommended, also by our Aaron. We will definitely return for our next holidays in Ustica!

Charming environment, very clean. The island is fascinating and the sea is spectacular. I was lucky enough to see a dolphin passing by while I was at the window. Unforgettable. I will return soon. Everyone was very helpful.

Great stay, the hosts were extremely kind and welcoming from the very first moment. The apartment was very well kept, clean and equipped with all the necessary utensils. The location is truly beautiful and the shared little terrace, overlooking the sea, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Highly recommended.

The small apartment is in a perfect location near the harbor with a pleasant sea view. A flight of steps leads to the town with its various services and restaurants. Clean and equipped with everything needed. Mr. Luca Gentile is helpful. The only drawback is the management by the lady who works with him; the last day was an unpleasant experience. It's a shame: so much genuine care in the hospitality somewhat marred by a lack of competence.

Perfect location for a relaxing weekend in Ustica, stunning view of the harbor, just a step (a staircase) from the main street of the village. Great to have everything at hand. To visit the most beautiful seaside spots, just take a ride on a rubber boat or call Pippo who will take you (and pick you up) wherever you want to go. Courteous and helpful owner, as well as Mrs. Michela.

The apartment is really nice, clean, and functional. The location is perfect for enjoying a beautiful view of Cala Santa Maria and for being close to all the amenities of the island. The shared terrace is very nice, complete with loungers and tables for pleasant moments of relaxation. Apartment simply stunning. Sea view, very convenient and equipped with everything. A few steps from the center. There is also a shared terrace with a sea view to organize aperitifs. The owner of the structure is very kind and simply available! I absolutely recommend it to all couples, families, or groups of friends.
