Centro Storico

We had a wonderful stay at Centro Storico in Lipari. Its location is central and within easy walking distance to all facilities, and the host was very accommodating.

Very well located, near the port and shopping streets. Large rooms, well-equipped kitchen that allows you to eat on site by cooking yourself, very well-maintained accommodation. The owner speaks only Italian, a few words of English. Rich breakfast.

I stayed in this property for 5 days at the end of a trip to the Aeolian Islands. The property is new, located in a recently renovated building in the heart of Lipari, just a few minutes' walk from the port where hydrofoils and ferries dock, in a very central area close to restaurants and shops. However, being situated in a street parallel to the main road, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, it is a very quiet place. The rooms are actually small suites, very spacious, equipped with a private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The room where breakfast is served is also a brand new kitchen available to guests. Upstairs there is a small laundry area with a washing machine for guests and a terrace with a view of the center of Lipari and the Castle, with the possibility to hang laundry. The breakfast is very plentiful, with the addition of fresh products (such as croissants and pastries) upon communication with the owner. The owner, Stefano, was extremely helpful for any request and also takes care of the breakfast service, asking in advance for the guest's preferences. He was also very helpful in providing advice of all kinds to make the most of the stay and vacation. As soon as I arrived, he gave me the keys and his mobile phone number for any needs. The value for money is excellent and combined with the excellent availability and professionalism of the staff, I highly recommend this property.

Great location in the historic center of Lipari, convenient to reach the port and the bus stop, clean, spacious room, good and abundant breakfast.

Central location but quiet, kind, affable and helpful manager.

It was a pleasant surprise, above expectations: Stefano, the manager, a very helpful person attentive to customers' needs; the B&B's location is strategic and central for evening outings and daily excursions, everything within reach; the structure is comfortable with spacious rooms; the breakfast is abundant with top quality products; in short, excellent value for money if I decide to return to Lipari I already know where to stay!

All really excellent, starting from the manager, very friendly and kind, the great location just a few steps from the sea, the port, in the center for evening outings, for shopping and much more. Very simple B&B with all possible comforts, spacious rooms, equipped kitchen, super abundant breakfast with excellent quality/price, what can I say, there is really nothing that went wrong. I recommend it to all those who want to stay in Lipari and other islands, really easy to reach from the B&B.
