I can only highly recommend this apartment. Recently renovated, clean and quiet. It has the convenience of having a home in the city center, with all services within walking distance but at the same time away from the noise and confusion of via Roma. Also convenient is the bike/scooter rental that is just around the corner. The lady who welcomed me is always cheerful and smiling. I couldn't have made a better choice.

I believe it is important to provide a basic set in the kitchen, such as salt, pepper, oil, for longer periods than 7 days. This considering the availability of pots, colander, pans, and a dishwashing and bathroom detergent.

Everything as described, the owner is very kind. The little house is not in the center nor by the sea but you can reach everything in 5 minutes by scooter. Very happy, we will come back. Thank you.

Very nice and cozy apartment; kitchen and bathroom just renovated. Maximum availability of the owner and Mrs. Anna who takes care of the house on site. The only note is for the external air conditioner unit placed right next to the window of the room and very noisy. It would be great to find some cleaning products and dish detergent, so as not to have to buy a pack for a short stay.

The apartment is brand new, very clean, comfortable as it is close to Via Roma but quiet, there is air conditioning, the people who welcomed me were kind and helpful and even gave me a bottle of water upon my arrival (which is a nice gift in this heat!) in short, I had a good time, thank you for everything! If I really have to make a criticism, the lock of the front door opens with difficulty and the sink drain in the bathroom was a bit clogged and then I would suggest leaving basic things in the kitchen like salt, sugar, a sponge, and dish soap.

New and cozy apartment, equipped with air conditioning, which can make a difference on August nights! Great location, both for the city center and the bars, all within a few meters and reachable in a minute on foot, and for the beaches. Available and very kind owner. What can I say, I hope to come back soon!

We stayed in both the ground floor and first floor apartments, the latter with a balcony. Both are charming and functional for a family of 4. Some shortcomings in the details of the ground floor apartment (Lights a bit dim, broken hook in the bathroom), but nothing that cannot be easily fixed. Great location in the town center, very convenient with everything, but not noisy. Just a stone's throw from the Bar dell'Amicizia.

Given that I am a solo traveler and tend to prefer the convenience of the town center over the romanticism of 'sea view', this apartment turned out to be perfect for my needs. Right in the heart of the town, just a few steps away from all services, it allowed me to move around in the evening without taking the scooter; nevertheless, the apartment is extremely quiet. The solution is also perfect for a couple with children, but I recommend it to everyone.
