I stayed in this apartment for two days and felt very good. The location is clean, welcoming, and well maintained. The staff was kind and helpful for every need. The breakfast, provided by the bakery downstairs, was excellent: simple but tasty. I definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for comfort and tranquility. I will gladly return.

We had a relaxing weekend and it is the second time we are returning. We feel great. Giovanni is a very friendly and helpful host. The place is brand new and in the center with all comforts at hand. Giovanni can advise you on places to visit, the sea, trekking, and typical restaurants. The e-bike service he offers is also great. He gave us a route through the coastal locations that you normally can't visit by car. Excellent, I recommend it and we will definitely return!

Ospitare Ennio e la sua compagna, per ben due volte nel giro di pochi mesi, è stato un vero piacere. Puntuali, rispettosi delle regole e attenti alla cura della camera. Ma ciò che rende davvero speciale la loro presenza è la piacevolissima chiacchierata che abbiamo avuto al momento del check-out. Ho scoperto persone di grande interesse e spero davvero di avere l'opportunità di approfondire la conoscenza nel prossimo futuro. Assolutamente consigliati!

Ospitare Gianluca e il suo amico è stato un vero piacere. È stato un po’ come quando un vecchio amico, durante un viaggio in moto in Sicilia, passa a trovarti per salutarti. Nonostante siano rimasti solo una notte, abbiamo avuto modo di confrontarci e condividere una piacevole oretta insieme. Straconsigliati!

Great location: by going up a single flight of stairs you reach the city center. New apartments with a simple and modern design. Excellent cleanliness of the premises. Owner is always friendly and helpful. I feel like recommending this apartment.

Per quanto riguarda la colazione, capisco il tuo punto di vista. Essendo un affittacamere, non abbiamo l'obbligo di fornirla e non possiamo manipolare alimenti, ma offriamo comunque la possibilità di fare colazione in camera, inclusa in una tariffa di 60€. Credo che questo possa rappresentare un valore aggiunto. Inoltre, mi ha fatto piacere portarti un cornetto in occasione del late check-out! Spero di poterti ospitare nuovamente in futuro. È stato un piacere ospitare Roberta, la sua famiglia e i suoi amici. Hanno richiesto con insistenza un check-in anticipato, che con qualche difficoltà è stato concesso per le 13: 15. Tuttavia, sono arrivati alle 12: 45, citofonando ripetutamente. Gli amici, che avevano prenotato una doppia, si sono presentati con un bambino di un anno e mezzo, dando per scontato che avrebbe dormito nel letto con loro. Fortunatamente, quel giorno erano gli unici ospiti in struttura, perché tra il tono di voce alto e il rumore dei bambini avrebbero potuto disturbare gli altri. Prima della partenza, mi hanno segnalato alcuni piccoli miglioramenti da apportare, cosa che ho apprezzato, ma non hanno menzionato di aver danneggiato la maniglia della porta scorrevole del bagno. In generale, ragazzi simpatici, ma con margini di miglioramento in termini di rispetto ed educazione.
