Giuseppe is the ultimate host - friendly, responsive, accommodating, beautiful home and utmost comfort in mind! This is the second time I have stayed at Casa Ruffino and hope to visit again soon! Giuseppe makes one feel right at home, has a bright spirit and serves a delicious traditional Sicilian breakfast including: local pastries, meats, cheeses, coffee, blood orange juice and olive oil produced by his own olive groves. The price is very reasonable! Casa Ruffino, and by nature, Giuseppe are definite gems as is the village of Balestrate.

Beautiful clean rooms with high vaulted ceilings in a lovely, refined historical building. Excellent location, in the heart of the city and close to sandy beaches. Katarina and Ettore.

Giuseppe and Paola are two wonderful people. Kind, always available and affectionate even with our little girl. Always generous with advice so that the stay is full of pleasant experiences in the area and beyond. Historical residence, spacious and clean rooms. The cheeses and delicacies with ricotta at breakfast are excellent. We take home a pleasant memory.

Location of the property in the historic center. Near the sea (5 minutes by car). Mr. Giuseppe (manager) is a very courteous, very kind and very helpful person. Good breakfast with local ingredients (excellent croissants with ricotta).

Lovely property in a central location, but not far from the sea. Clean rooms and good quality linen. Excellent, rich and abundant breakfast, served in a cozy place. The manager is very friendly and attentive. A bit difficult to maneuver the window. Highly recommended.
