This is an excellent place to stay for a short visit to Modica. The room opens up to a panoramic view of one side of Modica Alta. They are simple rooms but have everything one needs, and the beds are comfortable. The hosts are very nice and friendly and offered cheese and prosciutto in addition to typical Sicilian cake for breakfast, which was a very nice touch. Highly recommended.

Nonostante ciò vorrei farle notare alcune incongruenze sulla vostra valutazione: 1 - vi abbiamo accolte fuori dall’orario di ricevimento senza nemmeno farvi pagare extra, e siamo stati molto pazienti nell‘attendervi; 2 - Non avete scelto il servizio della colazione, e quindi non capiamo come potete permettervi di darne un giudizio; 3 - Eravate già state nostre ospiti, quindi conoscevate perfettamente la nostra posizione. 4 - Gli appendimi, si potevano sostituire, se solo ce lo aveste saremmo state disponibili a qualsiasi vostra esigenza; 5 - in quella stanza mancava uno specchio grande verticale: quello sì.

This establishment is very delicate. The staff is very attentive, especially Carmela is truly delightful, caring, and professional. The scent of jasmine and the jams at breakfast (in an old noble ballroom) make it all very enjoyable. A magical place!

Very convenient for reaching the center on foot, also with easy parking nearby. Good breakfast with homemade products, the fig cake and lemon jam are excellent. The owner is very polite and helpful. Room needs improvement, especially the bathroom, but it was still clean and spacious. I assume we were staying on the floor of the structure that is still to be restored.

The structure has a very central location. The rooms and common areas inside a typical noble palace retain many features that have been enriched with tasteful contemporary art insertions. Highly recommended.
