Highly recommend and would come back again. Lovely, spacious, clean room and bathroom and a wonderful memory foam mattress on the bed. The place feels extremely safe and is situated so that it's also very quiet although close to everything you want to experience in Palermo. Breakfast was of high quality. Overall great value for money.

Very good B&B if you come to visit Palermo.\n\nVery nice rooms and bathrooms, bedding, cleanliness level, very good and hearty breakfasts, accessibility to floors by elevators.\n\nOnly negative point: you need to prepare your arrival by downloading a map and not rely on a local map to easily find the street where the B&B is located.\n\nApart from this small downside, I highly recommend this B&B.

I stayed at the property for 4 days and I must say that everything was absolutely perfect. The location is great for reaching the main monuments and attractions on foot. The breakfast is varied and truly delicious, offering homemade typical Sicilian pastries, savory food, cappuccino, fruit juices, yogurt, cereals, etc. The room was lovely, very large, spacious, with a very quiet air conditioning. I highly recommend the stay!

Location very close to the historic center, within the ZTL area. Paid parking, outside the ZTL about 7/8 minutes on foot. Comfortable and cozy rooms, excellent cleanliness, good and abundant breakfast. The manager is always available and kind. Highly recommended.

Three nights in a very spacious deluxe room with everything needed: air conditioning, a large minibar, a spacious shower cabin, a bidet, and a wardrobe for clothes. The only drawbacks are: the bed creaks with every little movement, and the overall cleanliness is a bit rough. In short, it would take little, just a few details or precautions, to further improve. The breakfast is good in a cozy dedicated room with some homemade products and enough variety for every taste preference (sweets, savory, fruit, drinks). The location is excellent, close to the center. The staff is friendly, attentive, and available for any suggestions.

The structure is located right in the historic center of Palermo, just behind the cathedral, in a strategic point to see the most important places of interest in the city. Vincenzo and Manuela were friendly, kind, and hospitable to give us the maximum comfort always with discretion. The breakfast is exquisite, especially the homemade cakes by Manuela, to the point that I stopped my "low carb" diet: it would have been a shame not to taste them! Not to mention the fresh cannoli every morning. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. I highly recommend it!

New structure and very central location, spacious and very clean rooms with daily towel change. Varied breakfast with local sweets made by them. Manager Mr. Vincenzo, very kind and available for any request. Gluten-free breakfast provided. We will definitely come back.

The building has been renovated and excellently refurbished in all spaces. Excellent and abundant breakfast, very central and strategic location for the main tourist sites. The setting is that of a small hotel rather than a bed and breakfast.

Essentially furnished room, very tidy and clean, towels are changed daily as well as shower gel/soaps if needed. Breakfast is served by a girl and the hosts with great attention to details, offering homemade cakes, cannoli, coffee/cappuccino/tea, yogurt/fruit, and juices (all very good and in more than abundant quantities). Welcoming hospitality. I would gladly return. Highly recommended for short or long stays especially for visiting the city: it is indeed strategically located near the main points of interest and close to the bus departure point to Monreale.

Excellent location just steps away from the points of interest in Palermo. Super helpful staff, especially Emanuela! Luggage storage available, both on arrival and departure. Blessed air conditioning on a day when Palermo reached nearly 43 degrees. Free parking available near the property, but remember to buy a daily permit for 5 euros from a tobacco shop to access the ZTL. Varied breakfast, including Sicilian sweets, served at the table and no longer buffet style, in accordance with anti-Covid regulations. I believe there is also the possibility to rent small apartments on the other side of the street. Worth considering when you visit Palermo. I will return.
