Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Such helpful hosts, amazing breakfasts and chats. Wonderful room, clean, comfortable and ideal. A great location close to everything in the city by foot and car. Recommended for anyone visiting Agrigento and looking for a place to stay.

This Bed & Breakfast reflects the true spirit of hospitality. The team’s kindness, attention to detail, and excellent recommendations for local restaurants made us feel genuinely welcome. After a busy day visiting Agrigento, we especially appreciated the calm, peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast, featuring fresh local produce, was absolutely fabulous — a perfect start to each day. The location is ideal, just minutes from the Valley of the Temples. A wonderful and memorable experience — we thank the team and would gladly return.

We were hoping for a relaxing experience, but instead we came away sore and tired after a night of very little sleep due to poor mattress. We changed our plans and decided to only stay one night instead of the 3 we had booked because we could not imagine another night on the bed. I am being very candid which is to say that the mattress in the doppia king garden room was actually a box spring and we both could feel the metal springs pressing into our hips and back. We were astonished.

Our room was comfortable, breakfast was amazing. However the street was extremely narrow, so I'm glad we could park on the property.

Fantastic breakfast and very convenient location.

This is a very lovely Bed and Breakfast in Agrigento, near the Valley of the Temples. The property is stunning, with a beautiful outdoor terrace, where we spent most of our spare time. The outdoor terrace has two patios, each with a pergola over them. One is near the kitchen and has a huge table and benches where we ate. The second, smaller terrace has very comfortable couch and chairs for lounging and reading. The garden is full of fruit trees and the manager lives behind in a cottage. The breakfast was amazing - all local, fresh, and prepared by our hosts or from local vendors, markets, and farms. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have outdoor balconies or terrace access, air conditioning, and fans. Our air conditioning/fan did not work. But it rained and the temperature was cool outside so we left our patio door ajar with the privacy metal shutters down for fresh air. We all very much appreciated the kindness and generosity of our hosts.

Lando and Tiziana are the best hosts in the world. It has been our third visit as we became friends and it always feels like home!

The location conveys serenity thanks to the hospitality of Lando and Tiziana, who know how to pamper the guest and make them feel special. At Villa Maiolica you can breathe in the wonderful Sicily.

A strong point of the B&B is the friendliness, professionalism and kindness of the hosts.

A truly pleasant stay;the owners were extremely kind. The location is more or less central;the beach is not very close, we got around by motorcycle. Breakfast was km0,nothing prepackaged: no croissants but local and homemade items. Daily cleaning was done in record time. We had a ground-floor room with a terrace, perfect for those who smoke like me. Recommended.

We stayed at Villa Maiolica for only one night, but we were particularly impressed by the kindness and availability of Lando and Tiziana who went out of their way to meet all our requests. The property is elegant and welcoming, meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. We were able to park in the patio and after a peaceful and restful night, enjoy a plentiful breakfast rich in local products from zero kilometers and delicious jams, all accompanied by culinary explanations and interesting anecdotes. In short, our stay was very pleasant and when we return to Agrigento, we will be happy to stay again at Villa Maiolica!

The property is welcoming and has private parking, which is quite a bonus! Mr. Lando was not only kind but also very professional and friendly with us, as well as with the other guests. The room and bathroom are spacious with a small outdoor space as well. The breakfast made with typical, carefully chosen and selected sweet and savory products is that extra touch that really makes you happy to have stayed at Villa Maiolica!

The owner is very sweet, the rooms are very clean and new, but the highlight of the property is definitely the quality and variety of the breakfast: all ingredients of the highest quality, all local and delicious.

Staying at Villa Maiolica makes you understand how much care and love the hosts have for their work and for our Sicilian land. Well-maintained structure with a beautiful patio for breakfast. The rooms are well-kept and spotless, where you will find everything you may need and even more. The breakfast time is very pleasant, with Lando entertaining the guests and especially the products, all local, varied and of excellent quality. We will definitely return to this structure that I highly recommend.

I stayed with friends on 7 - 8 - 9 June in this B&B and we must thank Mr. Lando for the welcome, availability, and courtesy he showed us in every way. Spacious room, new bathroom with all comforts. Parking inside the facility. Super breakfast with freshly baked bread, homemade jams, local dried fruits, dark and milk chocolate, homemade cake, fresh fruit and orange and lemon juice, coffee or cappuccino. A marvel, thank you Mr. Lando for pampering us, it was a pleasure to stay at your B&B.

With friends, we stayed at this property for 5 days. The availability of Lando and Tiziana made us feel at home. The breakfast is top-notch with a variety of local zero-kilometer products, jams, a variety of fresh and dried fruits, homemade sweets. The rooms are simple but clean, and the location is a stone's throw from the sea. I highly recommend it.

We have just spent a few days in Agrigento and stayed at B&B Villa Maiolica. The structure is beautiful and the managers are very kind and competent. They gave us the right advice to visit the surroundings. The breakfast is exceptional, plentiful with good and genuine products. Clean rooms and the possibility of parking internally is a real luxury. Absolutely recommendable.

We were welcomed very well, friendliness and availability made us feel important and at home. The breakfast was superb. Lando offered us the best of Sicilian products, from savory to sweet products. Breakfast was completed both mornings with the Sicilian cannolo expertly made. Excellent experience.

Very kind managers, superb breakfast! We got a double room with an extra third bed, for three the space is a bit tight. Excellent solution for a few days to go to the beach and visit the valley of the temples. A gem: the courtesy kit in the bathroom with sewing set, wet wipes, sanitary pads, paper tissues... etc... etc... really special attentions for the guests. There is a splendid terrace that could perhaps be exploited even better with a solution for more shade and adding a nice communal table. The same attention would be needed on the details of the room (a few more hangers in the wardrobe, pillowcases and curtains to be reviewed, a towel rack in the bathroom...) and you would easily reach excellence. In any case, we had a good time: well done!

Beautiful villa located 3 minutes walk from the seafront of San Leone. Extremely friendly and kind owners. I understand that not everyone receives the breakfast, but I can assure you that there is a careful selection behind each proposed product, trying to offer local organic products at 0 km or at most Sicilian products of always high quality. I don't give all 10 for the following reasons: Structure 9: it would be 10 if it had a pool, but I understand the limited space available. Location 8: if the same villa had been on the seafront, it would be 10. Quality/price ratio: I found it slightly expensive considering the period, but it is understandable given the context. Breakfast 9: it's a breakfast that not everyone understands the value of. Advice: the breakfast served in the beautiful garden, but for foreigners it would be appreciated to know what is being offered. Great idea to put labels on each proposed product, but you should also add English and not just Italian.

The place is quiet and clean. The owners are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. There is also an internal parking. Recommended.

Bed and breakfast in a strategic location for visiting the Valley of the Temples, the Scala dei Turchi, and the birthplace of Pirandello. Excellent room cleanliness and rich and excellent quality breakfast.

If we could give 11, we would! Absolutely perfect. Lando and Tiziana know how to pamper their guests. The highlight is definitely the breakfast, comparable to that of a 5-star hotel. From fresh fruit to homemade jams, to the Sicilian cannolo prepared on the spot… yogurt, coffee, and dried fruit in abundance. The savory part was a bit limited but we are in Sicily and breakfast is done the Italian way! I would go back with my eyes closed. In the surroundings, there are many beaches immersed in the natural reserve not to be missed.

I spent a few days with my family in Agrigento at the B&B Villa Maiolica and never was a choice more fitting. The owners were extremely kind, friendly, excellent advisors, and unparalleled hosts. It was three days as if we were at home. The location has an excellent position both to reach the beauties of the surroundings and to reach the sea and the seafront of San Leone. The internal parking is a strong point. The unforgettable breakfasts that with simplicity and competence every morning greeted us were simply unique. The fresh local fruit, local butter, bread, sweets and pastries, jams, chinotto and orange as well as the delicious coffee and cappuccino. I can't forget the orange juice. The room was comfortable in its simplicity, clean, air-conditioned. They were three serene days for which I thank Lando and his sister Tiziana. I highly recommend.

We spent 4 nights at this stunning B&B Villa Maiolica, well-kept and peaceful. Ideal base for visiting the Valley of the Temples, Agrigento, and the nearby beaches. Internal parking. We had a great time, Lando and Tiziana made us feel at home, friendly, kind, affable, never intrusive, and with a special care for each guest. The breakfast served in the patio is spectacular, with local and very fresh quality products. Fantastic yogurt, very soft cake, crispy bread, fresh orange juice, lemon picked directly from the garden... and the cannoli prepared on the last day are the cherry on top. Lando gave us great advice on beaches and restaurants: better than the Michelin guide. Even Gino, their cat, is super polite. A small (to me big) attention towards me: I have a phobia of cats, and usually people say "don't worry, it won't do anything", true, but the phobia remains, and I can't enjoy the place in serenity. Lando and Tiziana made sure that Gino stayed outside the patio without batting an eyelid, indeed they always try to make sure he doesn't wander near the breakfast area out of respect for everyone. Small gestures that make a difference. My son pointed out to me how already on the second day, Tiziana knew what I wanted for breakfast. Well done, keep it up! Highly recommended!

Lando and sister (can't remember the name) extremely helpful. Also great for the motorcycle parking in the inner courtyard. If we come back to the area, we know where to stay.

We had a good time especially because we were traveling with the dog. The only problem is the parking because the B&B Villa Maiolica is located on a small street always crowded with cars and the B&B has space for only three cars. The owners are kind and helpful.

We overall had a good experience; the managers were very kind and the breakfast was excellent. The price seems a bit high compared to the general situation; it is necessary to better clarify the directions to access the structure; the street is not very visible from the main road and a sign incorrectly indicates the prohibition of access.

Nice location, 5 minutes from the seafront, but away from the noisy evening nightlife. The villa is surrounded by a lovely, well-kept garden, in a peaceful and quiet setting. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast is a truly 'mystical' experience, with homemade jams, sweet and savory products, and zero-km fruits served in the well-set veranda. As you may have understood, you are dealing with welcoming, very kind hosts, but also very discreet.

The structure in general (both internal and external parts) is well furnished, with taste and attention to details. You can breathe an atmosphere of accuracy. The welcome is excellent, the manager and his sister are very pleasant people, helpful and have the ability to make you feel "at home". The environments are very clean, rooms always tidy, nothing is missing. The outdoor spaces (terraces of the rooms and spaces for relaxation and breakfast) are well cared for and available to guests. Breakfast is plentiful, with typical delicacies and local products, seasonal fruits, typical sweets, homemade jams, artisanal creams from the area (pistachio, hazelnut, almonds). We highly recommend it, it was a beautiful and very welcome surprise.

I highly recommend the B&B Villa Maiolica. The spaces are very well maintained, it is clean and above all, an excellent and abundant breakfast with high-quality local seasonal products is served, served with care. The owner is very kind and conveys the passion he puts into his work.

It was very pleasant to spend 2 nights with my family in this very welcoming and beautiful structure, kind and very helpful staff. Very close to the sea and near the temples. Breakfast outside in a very pleasant atmosphere with excellent quality local products in the company of Tiziana and Lando who made us relax. Recommended!

Classy environment, accurate service, family-like and caring atmosphere. Fabulous breakfast with local products, served in the garden. The hosts are generous with information for the stay. Central location for visiting Agrigento and surroundings and at the same time secluded and quiet, close to many restaurants along the waterfront. We had a great time.
