Riccardo is a friendly and helpful host, but always very discreet. The room and bathroom are well equipped and very clean. The breakfast offers a sufficient selection. The location makes it possible to visit the old town and many sights on foot.

Everything was perfect at B&B Kemonia **: the apartment, impeccable, the private bathroom, the view of the mountains from the balcony, but above all the 3-star welcome from the owner, who gave me great tips on Palermo and advice for sightseeing and transportation.

The stay at Riccardo's in Kemonia was an all-around positive experience that we would repeat at any time. The great advantage of the central location is also the only disadvantage: due to the street traffic, it is never really quiet, but we didn't expect it to be in the middle of Palermo either.

Perfection exists: very clean rooms, excellent breakfast, great location, a 10-minute walk and you find yourself on Via Maqueda. The owner is exceptionally kind. I will definitely return.

The structure is splendid, in a strategic position for those who want to visit the historic center of Palermo. Just a few steps from the Capo market and the Teatro Massimo. The manager has always shown cordiality, kindness, understanding, availability. The conditions agreed upon initially over the phone before the booking confirmation have been respected. The environment is quiet, comfortable, practical. Everything very clean, precise, welcoming. I highly recommend this property for those who want to spend a holiday or something else in the wonderful Palermo, because B&B Kemonia is located a few steps from the Teatro Massimo.

Writing this review is more than a pleasure. I recently stayed at this property with my sister and besides being able to confirm the excellent value for money, I must add that the manager is welcoming, kind, helpful, attentive to every need. In fact, given the hot climate of the city and the season, we found a bottle of water available in our room every morning. Furthermore, due to its central location, you can enjoy a modest view and a pleasant tranquility.

Excellent logistical position. A few steps from Piazza Politeama. Excellent structure. Excellent reception. Bedrooms and bathroom clean. Very kind and very helpful managers in helping you with everything. Excellent and abundant breakfast. I strongly recommend it to those who want to spend a few days in the wonderful city of Palermo.

We stayed at B&B Kemonia from 3rd to 11th August.\n\nThe manager, Riccardo, was very kind and extremely helpful in fulfilling every request and need. The atmosphere was comfortable and very familiar. The croissants for breakfast were freshly baked, and jams and yogurt followed our preferences every morning.\n\nThe location of the B&B is very convenient to reach the historic center: literally steps away from the Capo market, in five minutes on foot you reach the Cathedral.\n\nHighly recommended.
