Enza is very kind. We arrived at the port in the early morning, she allowed us early check-in and the next late check-out. The apartment is huge and well-decorated with selected antique furniture. The breakfast includes fresh croissants and nice coffee, fruit, and yogurt. Moreover, when we left the apartment, we forgot our bag, she helped us mail it out to Rome. She is very nice, responsive, and kind, the apartment is near the city center in a quiet neighborhood with access to public transportation and within walking distance to the center. Please choose her property when you visit Palermo.

We were welcomed by two very warm ladies who really wanted to please us. They were very attentive and also very accommodating with our luggage. We were in Palermo in the middle of July. It was very hot and we really appreciated the air conditioning.

Very well located in the city center. Enza, the owner is very welcoming and friendly. She gives great advice to help us in Palermo (restaurant for example). Comfortable and quiet room at a very reasonable price.

Good option if you are in an area not far from La Zisa and the Politeama, also because of its convenient location. Ms. Enza, who runs the B&B, is very kind and always tries to make travelers feel at ease; she even offered me a ricotta croissant. There were some minor issues with the keys/locks of the entrance doors and the fixed shower, but nothing serious. I thank Ms. Enza and recommend the property for anyone staying in Palermo for more than a day.

Beautiful Sicilian style and great attention to detail, perfect location (the most famous sites and museums are easily reachable on foot). Mrs Enza makes guests feel at home. Ale & Katia.

The structure is in a strategic position, close to the center with a short walk, but in a quiet and peaceful area. Beautiful historic building, clean and well-maintained rooms. However, the strength of this B&B is Enza, a sparkling landlady who with carefree passion pampers her guests at every moment. Discreet yet always available, she fulfilled every wish or request of ours without ever making our needs weigh on us. Her empathy and charisma are so vibrant that you will fall in love with them. From the first moment we felt at home, and her contagious kindness spreads a sense of collaboration and serenity to all guests... in short, an oasis of peace that I will recommend to anyone who wants to visit the splendid Palermo!

10 minutes walk from the center, the B&B Houel30 is in a historical building very well maintained. The manager is very helpful to provide you with the breakfast you prefer, give you suggestions and useful information, she is really nice! Very clean rooms, spacious and with everything you need.

I confirm the positive reviews about this B&B. The structure is elegant and ideal for visiting the historic center of Palermo. However, the strength is Mrs. Enza. From the beginning, she welcomed us in the best way, making us feel at home. \n\nFurthermore, she advised us on where to have lunch and how to move around. Thanks for everything to Mrs. Enza. Very central location. Shopping, cultural area, and nightlife just a few steps away. Stylish structure, well taken care of in details. All 10+! We really felt at home, excellent structure, large room, clean bathroom with a window. Perfect for trips to and from the airport and around the city. Enza pampered us and spoiled us with small and big attentions that made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Extremely convenient structure to reach the center, 5 minutes walk from the Capo market, 10 minutes from the Massimo Theater and Politeama Theater. Environment furnished with attention to detail. Mrs. Enza is a superlative host, very kind and extremely available to meet any customer needs. Abundant breakfast with all kinds of fresh products, the homemade orange jam is truly fantastic! Spacious and very clean room. Everything perfect! Thank you Enza for the excellent hospitality!

Mrs. Enza is a lovely person, she was super kind and caring, she suggested events and was available for every request, always with a smile. The property is very clean and tidy, the breakfast is very abundant and Mrs. Enza is available for any need, the location is 10 minutes walk from the center and in a very quiet area. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house in a historic condominium very close to the Teatro Massimo. Mrs. Enza, very kind and helpful, made us find fresh croissants for breakfast the first morning. She also gave us many useful tips on what to see and where to eat. The room was very spacious and very clean, equipped with everything necessary. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at B&B Houel30 with Mrs. Enza in a group of four. The location is really great, central (we also found out that bus 101 took us just a few steps from the B&B) and we had a really good time. We can only be happy about the friendliness, kindness, and gentlemanliness of the lady. If I were to return to Palermo, I would definitely choose the same B&B. Mario and company.

The central location of B&B Houel30 allows you to visit the wonderful city of Palermo without having to use the car. Excellent facility located a few minutes' walk from the Teatro Massimo and the Politeama. Very welcoming, clean, spacious B&B, tastefully furnished, even in the common areas. Mrs. Enza who manages the B&B Houel30 was very courteous, hospitable, and extremely helpful in showing us the routes and schedules to visit the city's attractions. Breakfast was always excellent, with genuine and typical products, with attention also given to any dietary intolerances of the guests. Excellent value for money. We stayed for 5 nights in a triple room, spread over 2 floors, comfortable and clean. Only small suggestion: place another light point and a full-length mirror in the sleeping area on the upper floor of the room. We will definitely recommend to friends and relatives to stay there to make the most of Palermo and we hope to be able to return ourselves!
