I was able to communicate with Salvatore through text. He was always able to respond to my requests. However, I was unable to see his text responses. My phone seemed to have problems receiving his response. I have always had issues with US phones communicating to overseas numbers.

Misleading info about the on-site breakfast, the photos depicted fruit etc. and guests were said to 'love the abundant breakfast'. The reality was a croissant and a cup of coffee 3 blocks away. Otherwise, this property was very attractive, so it seemed a shame that this aspect was disappointing.

The room is in a central location, very close to the Teatro Massimo. It was clean, modern and nicely decorated. Salvatore was a great host, who warmly received us, even after having a delayed arrival. The communication was great and he gave us all the important information plus some nice recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. Very friendly and nice service. I would definitely come back. Fully recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay in Palermo. The host was checking on me periodically to make sure everything was good. Breakfast was at the nearby cafe and I tried their croissants, desserts, and sandwiches which were all fresh and delicious. The breakfast pass covers one item and a coffee, which was sufficient. The room was clean and cozy.

We are fans of guest houses for sharing with the owners. However, this time there was little sharing, a mediocre breakfast outsourced to a café located 300 meters away (we were entitled to a hot drink and a pastry, which is little for a B&B breakfast). For the positive points: well-kept room and bathroom. Spacious rooms. Good location of the B&B. Good to know: if you come by car, the good news is that there is parking, but you will have to pay 15 euros per day.

Very good location at the harbor as a starting point for ferry or cruise trips. Beautiful, quiet rooms. The Teatro Massimo can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Thanks Salvatore, PERFECT accommodation from A to Z! Can only recommend everyone to book the accommodation. Motorcycle parking in the secure courtyard, THANK YOU again. Rooms extremely clean and quiet. City sightseeing can all be reached on foot. Great restaurants in the surroundings.

Beautiful B&B very close to the historic center, tastefully decorated, very spacious common areas equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, and refrigerator with water available. Very nice room, well-equipped, nothing is missing. Spotless. For breakfast, one can go to a nearby partner bar. Highly recommended!

A welcoming and well-kept place. I really appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room, as well as the constant availability of water and coffee, small details that make a difference. The location is perfect for exploring Palermo on foot, really strategic. One small note: there was no mosquito net, but Salvatore was very kind and prompt in bringing a mosquito repellent to the room, solving the problem right away. Recommended!

I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely B&B located in the heart of Palermo, and I can only highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to experience the city in complete comfort and tranquility. First of all, the cleanliness is impeccable: every corner of the property is cared for with great attention, from the room to the bathroom, to the common areas. You can immediately sense the care and professionalism with which the place is managed, which helps create an extremely comfortable and relaxing environment. The location is another strong point: just a few steps from the main monuments, historic markets, typical restaurants, and public transport stops. Perfect for those, like me, who love to explore on foot and immerse themselves in the authentic beauty of Palermo without having to move around too much. Finally, I cannot fail to mention the availability and kindness of the manager. Always present but never intrusive. His warm welcome made the stay even more enjoyable, making us feel at home from the very first moment. In summary, a truly excellent experience. I will definitely return!

Perfect stay, new and well-furnished structure, with excellent services and where we felt at home. All environments perfectly clean. B&B with well renovated rooms even though in the attic with only dormer windows (even if electrically regulated). Nice central location just over 500 meters from the Teatro Massimo. Kind manager even if a bit elusive (seen only on the morning of departure). Parking, in the case of a rental car, may present some difficulties (fortunately we didn't have any), as it refers only to a public parking lot along the stable street, which is free. Breakfast not the best because it is affiliated with a bar about 100 meters from the B&B.

The B&B Cubbaita is in a great location, very close to the place of my work meetings and to the center of Palermo. A negative note (partially) is the breakfast at a very crowded bar that offers at most a croissant (or a sweet pastry) and a coffee… very serious for those, like me, who have sugar limitations and need a substantial breakfast to take medication. If Cubbaita changed at least the bar for breakfast, it would certainly have full marks.

Clean and well-organized room, quiet. The manager is very helpful and provides various amenities for guests. Breakfast is served at a nearby bar and is very good. The only thing I point out is the lack of sufficient hangers for the bathroom towels, as there was only one for three guests.

The structure fully meets expectations. It is very beautiful, new, very clean, and welcoming. The room is spacious and very bright. The professional manager was very helpful for all our needs. The welcome and check-out are done with care and there was maximum availability from the structure to let us leave our luggage. The breakfast service could definitely be improved, as it has not been served on-site for some time, but a voucher is given for a nearby bar with good products but anonymous service. Having breakfast on-site would make you feel even more at home. Improving this aspect would make it an excellent structure. We had a very good time and were satisfied with the choice. Recommendable to friends. Thank you.

Excellent B&B Cubbaita. Renovated interiors of excellent quality and extremely clean. Water and coffee available. In a neighborhood not far from the center, relatively quiet but with several bars and restaurants within a short distance. Very kind and friendly manager, generous with useful information and advice. Only downside: breakfast not on site, but in a nearby bar where you are greeted with coldness and little courtesy.

Beautiful stay around New Year's, I had a great time at this B&B, the manager's availability and cleanliness are impeccable. The building needs some maintenance but the B&B Cubbaita internally is tastefully renovated. Breakfast must be had at the external bar with a well-stocked pastry shop. Thank you.
