Description Breakfast

The rate without breakfast actually includes the possibility of being able to prepare breakfast independently, and at no additional cost. In fact, we have equipped a self-service breakfast corner with a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave oven, a fridge and a bottle of fresh water. In the fridge there are always yogurt, milk, fruit juices and other drinks. We also always offer biscuits, cakes, croissants or other packaged single-serving products. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace of the Cannoli B&B, or in the breakfast room if the weather is bad. Those who choose the rate with breakfast receive a ticket to have breakfast at the bar nearby. The partner bar/ice cream parlor has tables outside in a pedestrian area just a 3-minute walk from our B&B. The ticket, worth 5 Euros per person, entitles you to one thing to drink and one thing to eat, sweet or savoury, with table service.

Wow! For the price, the location is superb! Walking distance to the sea and city center. The host walked me through check-in on the phone! Super easy! The old elevator was neat. The room was perfect and super clean! If you are thinking about booking, JUST DO IT!

We stayed 7 nights at the B&B Cannoli and loved this place. The location is great for walking tours of the city. Perfect furnishings and good quality bedding. The owner is available and will answer all your questions. We really enjoyed staying at this B&B.

For us, it was the perfectly located accommodation, as we arrived by ferry without a car and left with the rental car from Sizily by car. Everything is within walking distance, about 500m to the Opera and the surrounding shops, nearly 2km to the Cathedral. The check-in from 4 PM should be arranged with the landlord via WhatsApp, as he is not always on site. We arrived early in the morning and had to first find an open luggage storage, on that Saturday everything was closed. We found a solution at kubogreen.

Excellent location and super nice. Very clean. Located very centrally, about 1 km from the ferry port. We came from Genoa. There are several parking spaces in the courtyard and they are also secure. Gate to the courtyard locked. There is one disadvantage, which is often the case in old buildings, also in Germany, no elevator available, so difficult for those with foot problems. Otherwise great, when we arrived we were offered a cold beer as a welcome. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the man, he immediately gave us a city map and drew many things explaining also a lot about various topics. Great! If we should visit Palermo again, we would come back here immediately. Thank you very much.

I had a pleasant stay in Palermo! The location of the property is really convenient, perfect for visiting the city and getting around easily. The parking space was a great advantage, very useful especially in such a central area. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Additionally, the luggage elevator was a really appreciated convenience. Recommended!

Excellent accommodation, newly renovated with great taste. Modern furnishings, well-chosen colors, attention to decor and details, excellent wifi. For the rooms located in the attic, you need to climb a few stairs. Available, highly appreciated, fresh water, coffee machine and coffee capsules, herbal teas, biscuits, and fruit juices in a small refrigerator. Not far from Politeama, where the direct bus to the airport passes, and close to the maritime station for those using the ferries.

Excellent location near the port and the main streets of Palermo. The B&B is located in a historic building on the third floor with an elevator and has 5 well-furnished and well-maintained rooms. The common areas are beautiful, the manager is always friendly and helpful.

We were fantastically well. New furnishing. Very clean and tidy. I gave 9 and not 10 as an overall rating because the bed could have been a bit more comfortable. Let's be clear: we slept well and the 2 days in Palermo literally flew by. I forgot to say that the manager was always courteous and available and also responds immediately. Congratulations.

A beautiful bed & breakfast, absolutely better in person than in photos. Located almost in the center of Palermo, it offers a modern structure with spacious and very bright rooms (both the triple and the quadruple). Highly recommended.

The B&B Cannoli is extraordinary! Very clean and brand new. The rooms on the upper floor have a large roof window that can be opened to let in light and fresh air. The B&B Cannoli has a magnificent terrace, smoke friendly, where you can have breakfast or relax. The owner, Pietro, is very kind, friendly, and always available. Rating 10.

Gentilissimi, mi dispiace che il servizio colazione non vi sia sembrato di qualità. Tuttavia vorrei evidenziare, solo a beneficio di chi legge e non per polemizzare, che nella vostra tariffa la colazione non era inclusa. Avete quindi usufruito del servizio di colazione self service incluso nella tariffa senza colazione. La legge impone infatti prodotti monodose e confezionati che noi non facciamo pagare e lasciamo a disposizione degli ospiti. Yougurt, succhi di frutta, caffè, latte, tè, biscotti e merendine sono poco ma sono gratuiti e possono essere consumati in camera o in terrazzo. Chi invece aggiunge il costo della colazione ottiene il ticket per il bar qui vicino che invece può servire prodotti freschi.

Beautiful and very comfortable place, great location to explore Palermo and the manager is really kind and helpful. The only thing, but it's not important, maybe breakfast could be provided inside the property. However, I believe that if I come back to Palermo I will contact the B&B Cannoli.

Avevate scelto infatti una tariffa senza colazione. Avete quindi approfittato del servizio di colazione self service con prodotti monodose che offriamo a tutti, anche a chi non desidera fare la colazione a pagamento. Questa invece viene servita al bar qui vicino. Spero che per il resto vi siate trovati bene.

Given the price and considering the lack of internal breakfast service (packaged brioches and self-managed coffee in pods), the hotel is preferable at the same price. Beautiful furniture but lacking in soul.

Fantastic Pietro, the manager of B&B Cannoli and then a very welcoming, comfortable, and very cute structure. Very central area, easily reachable. Also, Pietro is an artist and paints fish, some of which enrich the walls of the B&B making it even more pleasant.

Very cute and original rooms. Well taken care of as well as the whole structure. Breakfast practically non-existent. Vouchers are provided in a bar where you can only get a drink and a croissant. Bar without table service very uncomfortable despite the croissants being very good. I recommend a rate without breakfast. I advise the owner to specify the type of breakfast.

Very nice B&B, but the room is located in an attic with a skylight and is accessed via a large staircase. We booked and paid for a parking spot, but the second night the spot was taken. After paying, we had to park outside. Breakfast is not served inside the property, but in a modest bar nearby where there is no sign of cannoli.

Great location, it's easy to reach the city center (5 minutes on foot). The property is located in a historic building and has been completely renovated. Unfortunately, the manager of the B&B Cannoli was not present during our stay and there were some unexpected issues.
