Fantastic host and fantastic homemade breakfast! The room was big and looks to be newly renovated. Just a short walk to the beach in this small and charming town.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially our loud toddler. The room was spacious and the shower was great. Everything was really clean, and the bed was comfortable. FANTASTIC BREAKFAST!

I have just spent a week in this establishment and I highly recommend it. The B&B Aria di Mare exceeded my expectations. The property, which is new and very welcoming, the impeccable cleanliness, the service, and the friendliness of the owners make it a top destination in San Vito Lo Capo. Excellent property in a strategic location, a short walk from the sea and the town center. Spacious modern room with bathroom and private terrace. Buffet breakfast, both sweet and savory (the cakes made at Maria's home, fresh every day, are truly a delight). Everything very clean and cared for down to the smallest details. Ideal also for those with small children. We also used the pre-departure service (for those traveling in the evening and wanting to enjoy their last day at the beach), which allowed us to get ready: they provided us with a shower kit after the beach and before leaving. Not very central, but this is a benefit because the area is quiet. The breakfast we had 50 m away at the Arte Mare hotel was more than special. The property and furnishings are new and functional. The owners are kind and welcoming.

New and very clean property. The hostess prepares an exceptional breakfast based on typical and always fresh products. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in San Vito lo Capo. Only downside: there is no room available to take a shower on the day of departure. Everything else was great.

Magnificent place near both the beach and the center, fantastic breakfast is an understatement. Mrs. Maria, every morning and I mean every morning, baked cakes made by herself... legendary. Aria di Mare is the ideal B&B to spend some days by the sea, extremely clean structure, in every corner, cleanliness is the first thing that catches the eye, followed by the new furniture. Family-run structure with extreme attention to every detail. The feeling you get right away is that of being welcomed with affection and attention. The cleanliness is impeccable throughout the structure, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the room very quiet, the common areas well organized... everything is in the right place, in an informal yet truly high-level context! The breakfast with fresh fruit, cakes, and freshly baked focaccias by Maria and the coffee affectionately served by Salvatore, is the best way to start a beautiful day in San Vito! In the morning, you will be delighted with specialties from the Sicilian land (try everything both sweet and savory, it's a piece of advice). The rooms all have a bathroom and are brand new (with a hairdryer and shower gel dispenser) as well as quiet. The B&B is in agreement with shuttles to and from the airports of Palermo and Trapani. Welcoming owners always available to provide tips for planning the day. Good location, close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle of the center. The only downside is the lack of a POS.

Very beautiful structure, all new, finely furnished and meticulously cared for with feminine precision by Mrs. Maria, assisted by her husband Salvatore. The family management is particularly warm and friendly. After 10 minutes, you feel at home. Breakfast is always a pleasant surprise and is personally curated by Mrs. Maria, who is an excellent cook and a wise supporter of local products. Mr. Salvatore is the local promoter: for any tourist information, just ask him and he will explain in detail what to do, where to go, what to visit. Everything is available to guests, from bicycles to umbrellas/parasols - if it rains - to the beach 'snack.' Nothing will be missing! For anything, just ask Maria and Salvatore. The rooms of this B&B are impeccably clean and impeccably cared for, as are the bathrooms and breakfast area, the courtyard where breakfast is served is also very nice. Another gem of the structure: a wonderful common terrace, with several sun loungers and a shower, where you can sunbathe in tranquility and privacy even when it's too windy at the beach! My husband and I were pleasantly impressed by this structure and its owners and highly recommend it to everyone.

We only stayed for 3 nights, but despite this we were pampered by this structure where the owners are 2 exquisite people, they made us feel at home. It is a comfortable and well-kept B&B, it offers all the services needed, including private parking and a space to hang clothes, which is essential when going to the sea. The breakfast in the morning is tasty and ranges from sweet to savory, many things are homemade and every day they are different, so it is also a continuous discovery.
