The communication with the host was friendly and uncomplicated. My apartment had a different address than on the website, so I had to walk a little bit longer from/to the train station. For one night it was perfectly fine.

Very good value for a short stay near all the tourist sites. Practical bathroom. Clean bed linen. Secure and private parking. Welcoming host. Italian-style breakfast in a pastry café.

Quite noisy due to the neighbors, internet connection almost non-existent, connection only in the bathroom, otherwise nice welcome and pleasant stay.

Attention, there are 2 addresses for Astrea. The unofficial one is noisy (busy street) and the isolation between the apartments is not perfect. It takes 20 minutes to get to the old city center of Syracuse. The owner remains available. Breakfast is in a bakery 100 meters away which is good and very enjoyable. Parking is free and next to the apartment.

Good welcome from Alessandro. Well located accommodation next to the ancient ruins of Syracuse, and not very far from the center, about 1km to Ortigia. Parking without too much difficulty on the streets or nearby parking. Spacious rooms and good bedding, breakfast with a warm welcome in a bar 80m away, bathrooms a bit chilly in mid-season because the radiators do not work, air conditioning in the rooms ok.

The operator is only seen briefly during check-in. Suspicious high-rise building with no elevator. Constant noise in the room. Breakfast at a nearby coffee bar.

The 'Astrea' is located on the third floor without elevators, this is the only negative aspect. Otherwise, it is excellent.

The structure was spacious, excellent for the stay of two people. The manager was very kind, courteous and available for any requests, all kept with care. The neighborhood is quiet and the distance from the center and Ortigia is about 15 minutes on foot. A property that has few rivals in terms of quality-price in Syracuse.

Upon our arrival, the kitchen and balcony were not clean. There was a bad smell in the room and bathroom. The owner was cold and unwelcoming! The apartment's location was quite convenient.

Cara ospite siete stati accolti in un appartamento da poco ristrutturato la cucina è un area comune, quindi dipende dagli ospiti tenerla pulita noi possiamo fare la pulizia alla fine del soggiorno circa il rapporto qualità prezzo pagare 25 euro a persona in agosto direi che un buon prezzo, per camera con bagno in camera e colazione. ma se siete abituati al 5 stelle forse dovreste farvi meglio i conti.

The only thing I could appreciate was the manager's availability for check-in and private parking. The room lacked comfort, there was only a kettle without cups or glasses and cutlery, so much so that I had to cut a plastic bottle to have one.

Cara opsite Rispondo alla tua recensione solo per educazione. Stanza priva di confort... non hai idea di cosa siano i confort e del loro prezzo. Infatti una camera con bagno in camera e parcheggio privato difronte al santuario viene venduta a 80 euro; voi avete pagato 50 euro. la colazione al bar è spesso apprezzata comunque, sono gusti. Circa la pulizia e la struttura non so a cosa ti riferisci.

I stayed for one night at the b&b Astrea. This time I was in a room in a renovated apartment, all with new furniture. The kitchen was equipped with a refrigerator. The location is close to the Sanctuary and the Greek Theater. Breakfast is at a nearby bar. When I return to Siracusa, it will be my reference b&b, hoping to find a spot.

The room, very spacious and clean, corresponds to the photos. The bathroom is very large and equipped with everything necessary. Just outside the structure, there is the bus stop for the tourist bus that goes to Ortigia and Syracuse. About 10 minutes away, with a quiet walk, you reach the archaeological area of Neapolis where the Greek theater is located. Alessandro turned out to be an excellent manager, super helpful and welcoming. I definitely recommend it and hope to be able to return soon.

The structure is well renovated, equipped with every comfort. However, the room where I stayed was quite humid and I used the duvet during the night, even though the outside temperatures were already quite high. I stayed for 5 nights and the room was never cleaned. Excellent the bar where breakfast is served!

Il BB si trova in un luogo a pochi passi dai più importanti monumenti e parchi di Siracusa. Personale molto gentile e stanza ampia. Consigliato.

B&B comodo e conveniente. Noi siamo rimasti solo una notte per assistere alle rappresentazioni al teatro greco, vicinissimo e raggiungibile facilmente a piedi. Il titolare è stato cortese e disponibile. Le Tre camere sono semplici, essenziali e molto ampie. Silenzio assoluto e letti comodi. Riscaldamento autonomo e clima. Colazione più che sufficiente in saletta dedicata. Da sapere: L'appartamento è al terzo piano senza ascensore. Una stanza é con bagno in camera, mentre le altre due hanno un grande bagno cadauno, ma nel corridoio. Noi ci siamo trovati più che bene e ci ritorneremo con piacere.

Siamo stati ospitati dal gentilissimo gestore in una struttura nuovissima di via Teocrito, in stanza molto fresca e silenziosa, pulitissima. Posizione ottima, di fronte al Santuario, accanto al Museo Archeologico, a due passi dal complesso archeologico di San Giovanni, a pochi minuti, a piedi dal Teatro, di fronte alla fermata del bus navetta n°2, che arriva al capolinea, Molo Sant'Antonio, da dove il n° 1 porta ad Ortigia (biglietto unico- durata 90'; nessun bisogno di automobile). Da riconfermare per una prossima visita.

Il posto è molto pulito e accogliente. è ben situato, infatti si trova vicino all'area archeologica dove è situato anche il teatro greco, è vicino ai musei e a un supermercato. è ben collegato anche con il centro, infatti la fermata dell'autobus si trova a circa 200 metri. La colazione è abbondante. Un particolare ringraziamento ad Alessandro, il proprietario, che è stato molto gentile, cortese e sempre disponibile. Olimpia e Alessandra.

Struttura meravigliosa, pulizia eccellente, posizione strategica per visitare la città. Alessandro il gestore persona squisita e gentilissima. Super consigliatissimo, noi appena possibile ritorneremo volentieri per continuare a visitare Siracusa e le sue attrazioni.

Le camere da letto ed il bagno sono molto confortevoli. Il proprietario cordiale e servizievole. A due passi dal teatro (raggiungibile a piedi!), a 5 minuti da tutto (negozi, attività commerciali, etc) a 15 minuti da Ortigia. Possibilità di parcheggiare liberamente nei pressi della struttura, quartiere tranquillo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo, è già il terzo anno consecutivo che lo frequentiamo.

Quando sono entrato ho pensato che nessuno l'avesse usata siete stati i migliori ospiti da quando ho aperto. Questi piccoli grandi gesti mi hanno reso la giornata migliore grazie di cuore P.s. A casa mia troverete sempre un amico e visto che ci siamo se tornerete prezzo di 40 a notte è il minimo. ultima cosa cercatemi si fb. se ci siete. Buona giornata.
