It's rare that we can wholeheartedly recommend a place, but Ad Maiora Elegant Rooms is exactly that kind of find. The room is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. You can tell that someone truly poured their heart into every little thing, and you feel it from the very first moment. The self check-in system deserves a special mention; it's brilliantly designed. You don't need any human contact at all, everything works flawlessly and intuitively. You just walk in and you're home. We suspect this place hasn't fully blown up yet because the prices are surprisingly affordable for the quality you get. If you're reading this, book it before that changes. One small thing to keep in mind: this is the very heart of the city, and after 10 PM life outside doesn't quiet down — quite the opposite, the city only picks up and keeps going until morning. But even this has been thought of — earplugs were waiting for us in the room, which we really appreciated. A small touch, but it says a lot. A huge thank you to Ivan, who was with us online throughout our entire stay. He was always ready to help with absolutely any question, even things that had nothing to do with the accommodation. That kind of care is something you don't forget. We left truly happy. Thank you for everything, it was a wonderful experience.

Excellent property. Central and strategic location for getting around Palermo. Brand new and modern. The owner is very helpful and kind. Highly recommended. Excellent value for money.

We stayed here with another couple of friends, and Ivan's welcome was the real added value: very kind and always helpful. He let us check in before the scheduled check-in time, kept our luggage after check-out and always responded immediately to any questions we had. In short, a warm welcome and impeccable handling of guests. The property is brand new and still has few reviews, but they deserve the highest rating.

Definitely a 10 for the hospitality. Ivan is a knowledgeable host, very helpful, and you can tell he cares about doing his job well. The property is new, clean, well maintained, and pleasantly scented. Great location for visiting the historic center on foot. If you're not put off by two flights of stairs without an elevator, this B&B is ideal.

We stayed two nights at this property and found everything we needed. The cleanliness was perfect throughout the room, and the bed was very comfortable. We greatly appreciated the small attentions of the host Ivan and his wife Maria Ilenia and their availability and courtesy with all our requests. A major strength is the location, which allows you to reach the historic center, the port and the station in a few minutes. It is really hard to find a property like this elsewhere at such a competitive price. Highly recommended.

I spent the weekend at this property and had a great time; it is very central and easy to reach! Ivan, the host, was extremely friendly from the time of booking, available and ready to help with any need. The property is brand new and beautifully renovated, as well as spotless. Overall it was an excellent experience, so highly recommended!

We stayed two nights at this property and we highly recommend it. The cleanliness was perfect. The room had everything needed and the hosts were very friendly and extremely helpful; they provided all useful information and recommendations for the stay. The location is excellent, with shops, bars, restaurants and various venues; most of the main attractions are a few minutes away or a short 15-20 minute walk. The value for money is also excellent. We highly recommend this place.
