Excellent location, located 200 meters from Piazza Duomo, parking available 30 meters away in a private garage. Spacious, well-renovated space, high comfort and excellent livability. Good quality/price ratio. In conclusion, a satisfactory outcome to recommend to couples with children.

The loft is truly comfortable and welcoming as every space is taken care of in the smallest details. Everything necessary is available to enjoy a few days of relaxation in a comfortable structure located just a few steps from the Duomo of Ortigia. The position is pleasant as it is also close to the seafront as well as to the Maniace Castle. Impeccable cleanliness and refined taste in the choice of furnishings. The owners of the loft are extremely kind and available. We will return to visit them as soon as possible.

Charming little apartment located in the heart of beautiful Ortigia but quiet because it is set back from the busiest streets. Very convenient parking in front. Renovated and furnished with good taste and skill by the owner, the architect Ignazio, a very pleasant person who knows how to offer tips and suggestions on how to make the most of your stay in Syracuse.

Very welcoming, intimate structure with a strategic location. Nothing is missing. Impeccable manager, friendly and very helpful in providing any information and guidance. I absolutely want to return as soon as possible.

I found both apartments fantastic, both in terms of presentation and architectural profile: one smaller and the other larger, both had adequate spaces utilized in the most functional way possible. Furnished with taste and modern essentiality, creating a wonderful contrast to the ancient structure located in the heart of beautiful Ortigia. The manager was welcoming and available, a brilliant architect.

Very pleasant stay in an intimate and practical context at the same time. Both lofts are in a strategic position, but outside of tourist traffic. Tastefully furnished, modern and comfortable. No flaws. I would return with another couple, since the two lofts are communicating.

Great loft in the heart of Ortigia! I stayed one night in the smallest apartment. Everything is brand new and furnished with great attention to detail. Nothing is missing despite the cramped spaces, which are made very pleasant by the modern and essential taste of the design furniture. Everything is spotless and the bed is ultra-comfortable. A bit of caution is necessary on the stairs. Let's say it's not for people with agility problems.
