Beautiful property, everything new, well maintained, host helpful and present, offering useful advice. If we come through the area again, a must-stop. Very close to the sea, 100-150 m, about 5 minutes on foot, with no parking problems. Nice garden, hammocks available, outdoor showers, table tennis, foosball, barbecue and outdoor tables. Beautiful place.

Enchanting place to spend a peaceful holiday with your family. The coolness you feel when returning from the sea is priceless. We really appreciated the proximity to the sea, the cleanliness, the very well kept common areas, the availability of a washing machine, the outdoor shower and Stefano's exceptional hospitality. I can only give a couple of suggestions to further improve the holiday home (especially for us women): add a bin in the bathroom; the outdoor kitchen is very convenient but, given the presence of wasps, I would add mesh covers and, due to the limited space in the cupboards, some shelves to store a small grocery shop. If possible, I would remove the bunk beds and replace them with single beds: even though this would reduce internal space, it would increase comfort. One last suggestion to make this house even more welcoming: offer guests a welcome kit. I will definitely recommend this charming gem to friends and relatives. P.S. For a pharmacy and a larger grocery store you need to go to Villasimius, about 15/20 minutes by car.

Perfectly located property, with the beautiful and peaceful Solanas beach just a three-minute walk away. Street parking is available in the shade. Outdoor areas are well kept and pleasantly cool. If you need a quick meal, breakfast, or some snacks or drinks, you can go to the nearby beach facility (there are a couple of small markets in Solanas; for larger shopping you need to go to Villasimius). The studio is modern, clean, and well equipped. It could be further improved with a few extra comforts in the bathroom (a waste bin, first and foremost, and a couple of additional hooks). A few small complimentary touches would be a very nice plus: some tea bags, a little chilled water in the fridge. The only drawback is the presence of many flying insects (mosquitoes and wasps), which force you to sleep with the patio door closed (and therefore keep the air conditioning on, unfortunately) and make it difficult to use the outdoor kitchen. I would equip the units with mosquito nets and insect-control items (mosquito coils, mats, repellents), which we had to provide ourselves.
